I love this store the prices are better then any other place I have a BMW and all the parts are original. The only thing is that the owner needs to have a better customer service but the rest of the staff are the best and very helpful
This place has a unreasonable guarantee policy, about more than a month ago I purchased oil separators for two of my customers each owns volkswagen jetta two years of diference models and both of them fail. We lost the receipt from one but we have the receipt from the other one,they just flat out refuse to return the money even from the one with the receipt. I have previously bought parts for other repairs with out any problems, but seriously this was my last trip to their store.
Autozone, oriellys and Napa didnt have the Valve Cover i needed, before I ordered one online my mom recommended this place. Even though it was for a ford, they got me my part within 2 hours as opposed to however long shipping wouldve taken online
Back in the early nineties I would shop and buy my parts at the Rancho Cucamonga store. These guys had all my E30 parts. Then I moved out here to Hemet and Cucamonga was too far for me to travel to get my over the counter BMW parts. That all ended when I found out about the Mo val store. Thank you Manuel for helping me out with my parts!!!
Prices are similar to other stores but I'm giving 1 star because they charge 15% restocking fee, it sucks!!!! And they don't offer lifetime warranty on most of the parts they sell.
I needed a coolant cap for my BMW, I called BMW of Riverside and was quoted $41 dollars fo the same exact cap......called Rancho and got it for a fraction of the price! Great customer service as well!!
Way too expensive. They wanted over $180 for just the upstream o2 sensor for a 2003 Tacoma. I found the downstream and the upstream on Amazon for $79.99 w/ free shipping. I informed them of Amazon's price just so they were aware of their competition and they were rude and hung up on me. I'll never consider doing business with them again.
They have great customer service. They have almost always had parts for our import cars (Toyota, Honda) when other well known auto stores haven't. We're customers for life or until they close their doors which I hope is no time soon. I totally recommend Rancho Foreign Car Parts.
I was referred here by the tire store just west of them. Rancho Foriegn car parts are a "Car Saver" for me. I have a 2007 C230 Mercedes, and with the availability of the parts and the informative service that I have received for the past two years, I have a better knowledge of this vehicle when I take it in for service with my parts and oil, I save money. Then too I am a slight, female shade tree mechanic :o)
