Unlike other firestone locations, this one brings in a bit more of a welcoming and friendly hospitality. Staff "Jr" was very polite and helpful. I hate waiting lol but the fact that he came in periodically throughout my total duration of 3 hrs here it didn't feel as bad as it would've if he didn't care to check in on his customers while waiting. I recommend this locations to all the locals around ! 10/10

I’ve been coming to this Firestone location for several years now, and Junior, the Service Manager, is the main reason I continue to trust this shop.

Called and made an appointment. Thankfully Junior could schedule me before my out of state trip. I was greeted when I walked in. Junior was friendly and helpful. He explained the car repairs and went over the recommendations for future services. Car was completed faster than I anticipated. Great service! I would recommend!
I stopped by on December 20th to get quotes for new tires. I told Jr that I wasn’t ready to buy yet and just needed help figuring out the best option after the holidays. He was incredibly informative and genuinely helpful. Unlike other tire shops I’ve been to, he never made me feel pressured or taken advantage of. I’ll definitely be returning after the new year to purchase my tires from him.
I called to order tires. They had them the next day and installed them. Louis and Junior were very courteous and helpful. The service was professional and timely. I had to wait a little longer than standard time but Junior made a point to ensure I was comfortable. Thank you. BTW, this is the fourth set of tires bought here. They have consistently treated me well!
The Store Manager was very respectful and took care of my Bronco. Wheel alignment perfect with 35’s couldn’t ask for anything more. Buy the lifetime alignment it’s a deal. Never pay for an alignment again any Firestone can take care of it.
I came into Firestone for an oil change. Luis Navarro was very helpful. He informed me that I also needed a new air filter and cabin filter. He even showed me the filters it was so disgusting. I was grateful how he went above and beyond to show me and made me feel like I was in good hands with my vehicle. I will be coming back to this store for now on. I highly recommend this location to everyone. The honest and transparency is absolutely on point.

Junior and the Moreno Valley team are punctual, honest, nice and a pleasure to do business with. I own 3 vehicles and they’ve all been here for different repairs/maintenance and I’ve always had positive experiences.
Right when I walked in I was greeted by Jr, very professional & very polite. I explained to him what other shops said I needed done. So he checked my car and all I needed was an oil change, tire rotation and a new battery.
If you need someone that’s honest about work he is definitely the guy to go to.
I went in because my check engine light came on and I wasn’t sure what the problem could be, it turns out it just needed a tune-up. The staff and the store manager JR were very reassuring and let me know it was something fixable that could be taken care of quickly. They have Great store, friendly people, and excellent service. Junior helped me and got everything done right. Brake fluid exchange, battery cleaning and oil change. Service is always fast and they always explain everything in detail so you understand each service and why it’s important.
Great service! Ended up with a nail in my tire last minute before having to go to an event and Junior helped me out and got me on my way in a short period of time. All staff seemed very professional and helpful.
I am writing to formally report an unacceptable experience I had with one of your employees regarding the Lyft car inspection service.
I called earlier and was informed that the inspection report was available, but I would need to wait two hours. I agreed and mentioned that this was not a problem.
I arrived at your location yesterday around 10:00 AM. However, the employee told me the inspection would take until 6:00 PM. When I reminded him that I was told it would only take two hours, he rudely responded that if I paid him $100, the inspection would be completed in under an hour. I refused, as this clearly constitutes unethical behavior and an attempt at exploitation.
This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable and could seriously damage your reputation. I strongly urge you to take appropriate disciplinary action against this employee. I believe termination is warranted in this case.
Fortunately, your store has security cameras, and I encourage you to review the footage from exactly 10:00 AM to verify my account.
If no action is taken, I will be forced to escalate this matter and file a formal complaint with the relevant authorities and regulatory bodies.

Service was excellent and quick! I took my car to get an oil change, alignment, and air filter replaced. I had dropped my car off and headed to the near by McDonald’s for breakfast and during my meal they called to inform me that my car was ready. The manager Esequiel helped me. He was very good at explaining everything and informed me of the best way to fix my car problems. Definitely recommend coming here! Great customer service!
Got new tires and an oil change for my Kia optima and JR (Esequiel) was super helpful and friendly. This store got my car in and out in less than an hour! I then got an alignments a few weeks later and I had the same great experience. I will definitely be returning on the sure fact of the customer service, especially from the Manager!
I originally came for a lifetime wheel alignment. The technicians checked my car, they were very diligent in inspecting it and found that my front lower control arms needed a replacement because I had taken a hit from a dip I recently tanked. They were very informative, transparent, and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable. I got my car back the same day; it was handled by very wonderful people.
Post Service: I noticed that the new lower control arms had new bolt packages jammed inside the cavity, which I fished out. It kind of made me furious initially, but people make mistakes or get tired from long shifts. They mentioned needing to recalibrate and do another wheel alignment after the break-in period (100-200 miles), which I agree with since I inspected the new arms and they definitely need to be retorqued.
Had the radiator die on an '04 Chevy Colorado on a Sunday. Brought it in and they were able to fix it in 2 hours and helped us so much, Jr and Luis went above and beyond for us. Great service. Kept us updated and absolute pleasant time working with them. 5 stars all around thank you all so much!
Taking my vehicle to be serviced at Firestone is always a great and stress free experience. Junior is always helpful and works with me to insure I get the most affordable deal. The entire staff is incredible. I leave with a car that is better than it was when I turned it over. Nothing weird ever happens where I find something broken that wasn't before, which has happened at other auto care establishments, but never Firestone. Here exceptional excellence is a guarantee. 10 out of 10. I recommend Firestone to everyone.
