This is the second time I’ve used this location to Firestone. They are so professional they get me in right away. I don’t have an appointment. They tell me it’s gonna be done at a certain time it is they walked me through my car the things that were needed and what was important to have done right away I would highly recommend this Very professional staff.
I went in last week to have wheel alignment done. I spoke with Angel on the phone a day beef I got there. He was very polite.

Junior helped me and got everything done right. Brake fluid exchange, battery cleaning and oil change. Service is always fast and they always explain everything in detail so you understand each service and why it’s important.
Great service! Ended up with a nail in my tire last minute before having to go to an event and Junior helped me out and got me on my way in a short period of time. All staff seemed very professional and helpful.
I am writing to formally report an unacceptable experience I had with one of your employees regarding the Lyft car inspection service.
I called earlier and was informed that the inspection report was available, but I would need to wait two hours. I agreed and mentioned that this was not a problem.
I arrived at your location yesterday around 10:00 AM. However, the employee told me the inspection would take until 6:00 PM. When I reminded him that I was told it would only take two hours, he rudely responded that if I paid him $100, the inspection would be completed in under an hour. I refused, as this clearly constitutes unethical behavior and an attempt at exploitation.
This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable and could seriously damage your reputation. I strongly urge you to take appropriate disciplinary action against this employee. I believe termination is warranted in this case.
Fortunately, your store has security cameras, and I encourage you to review the footage from exactly 10:00 AM to verify my account.
If no action is taken, I will be forced to escalate this matter and file a formal complaint with the relevant authorities and regulatory bodies.

Service was excellent and quick! I took my car to get an oil change, alignment, and air filter replaced. I had dropped my car off and headed to the near by McDonald’s for breakfast and during my meal they called to inform me that my car was ready. The manager Esequiel helped me. He was very good at explaining everything and informed me of the best way to fix my car problems. Definitely recommend coming here! Great customer service!
Got new tires and an oil change for my Kia optima and JR (Esequiel) was super helpful and friendly. This store got my car in and out in less than an hour! I then got an alignments a few weeks later and I had the same great experience. I will definitely be returning on the sure fact of the customer service, especially from the Manager!
Had my AC out for a couple months.Tried a couple places before deciding and took it to Firestone. Jr gave me an affordable price and my AC has been good and cold. Also, got me a good deal on tires that I truly needed. If you need affordable prices, ask for Jr he will look for the best deal!!
I originally came for a lifetime wheel alignment. The technicians checked my car, they were very diligent in inspecting it and found that my front lower control arms needed a replacement because I had taken a hit from a dip I recently tanked. They were very informative, transparent, and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable. I got my car back the same day; it was handled by very wonderful people.
Post Service:
I noticed that the new lower control arms had new bolt packages jammed inside the cavity, which I fished out. It kind of made me furious initially, but people make mistakes or get tired from long shifts. They mentioned needing to recalibrate and do another wheel alignment after the break-in period (100-200 miles), which I agree with since I inspected the new arms and they definitely need to be retorqued.
Just had service done on my car by them and it was great. They are really fast paced and respectful. I recommended to bring your car here for any service and they won’t disappoint . Also the manager is very reasonable when it comes to what you need.
Junior and his team were very respectful of my time and my business. Got me seen fast and my car serviced faster than expected. Great customer and very clean facility too.
This location is my life saver I have the worst luck with tires and Junior always makes sure I walk out with a great deal and with my car running at its best! Too top is off Being able to get my oil changes and alignments in one spot is the best.

Had the radiator die on an '04 Chevy Colorado on a Sunday. Brought it in and they were able to fix it in 2 hours and helped us so much, Jr and Luis went above and beyond for us. Great service. Kept us updated and absolute pleasant time working with them. 5 stars all around thank you all so much!

Taking my vehicle to be serviced at Firestone is always a great and stress free experience. Junior is always helpful and works with me to insure I get the most affordable deal. The entire staff is incredible. I leave with a car that is better than it was when I turned it over. Nothing weird ever happens where I find something broken that wasn't before, which has happened at other auto care establishments, but never Firestone. I want to start off by saying that this location has by far the best customer service. I walked in and was greeted by the employees. I didn’t have an appointment and they were still able to take in my car quickly and they were fast to changing my flat tire and checking the rest of my tires. My husband is usually the one to bring the car to the tire shop but unfortunately wasnt able to do so today and im glad i had a great experience here. It was really easy and i didn’t feel like they wanted to cheat me of more money like other local tire shops just because im a woman. I will for sure be coming back to this specific location again even though its a drive from where i live just because of the service.
Why they feel the need to roll down the windows when they're working on tires and brakes is beyond me. At least it was hot this time, unlike in February, when it was cool and late in the day. But this is two different locations in two different visits. The window goes down, but has a REALLY hard time going back up. Well, al least this time, they got the window back up. The tires and brakes are lovely, the guys are nice and it didn’t take as long as I thought it would. I made an appointment 3 days in advance, and they’re going to work on the window in 4 weeks, so they’ll score some more $$$.
