I wouldn't recommend them to anyone . The reception lady was rude and. The guy who worked in the back. He said he didn't want to. Get contaminated from touching my vehicle .and he had gloves on. Already which was great . But it was rude as he and her look scruffy . And. She acted uppity and. Rude as all get up.bit was unbelievable . Because they deal closely with the. Police they think it's cute to look look down on the less fortunate . Ugly attitudes .
Very unprofessional, driving through my Apt 5:10 driving in the middle of our apartment lanes almost hit my car twice. When I called the guy say he's doing his job almost hitting my car has nothing to do with his job. Predatory tow fees and service. Will try and find any excuse to tow your car won't even check to see the current state of your car and calling in is horrible they'll hang up on you after giving commands if you have to choose a towing service for your property, literally anybody else is better and your residents would be happier.
If I could give them -5 stars I would because they are scammers & over charge you to get your car released google says they’re open 24 hours but when you call they say their office isnt open & except you to pay & tell you to sit up an appointment to get your car back then charge you more for there convenience especially if your car was just towed 10 mins ago it’s $500 which is a scam I’m going to report them to the business bureau.

I dont usually put reviews but after this experience, its needs one. My BIL got into a accident and they charged $350 to tow a vehicle out the way for not even 20 minutes and they charge by the hour. After they towed it to the yard they charged another $70 to take it out from the impound when he told them to take it to beaumont, then proceeded to try to charge $700 for the tow to beaumont. I work at a company thats minimum is $175/h and even we adjust the time it takes to get a job done, if it was done in a half hour, charged by half hour. Not $350/h and try to charge double when asked in the first place. They were rude to not only him and took advantage but rude to me as well.
If i could give them -5 stars i would! They suck at communication and never show up when needed! they literally service my apartment complex, signs are posted saying contact pepes towing for tow, and then they say oh we cant tow from there like what?? it makes no sense. just a horrible business over all! highly do not recommend unless you want bad service guarantee.
Horrible employees that are not knowledgeable nor helpful. You can tell they don't care about people and do shady business. Called in the morning to get information to get my car that was inappropriately towed to one of their locations. Guy that I spoke with never told me that the location my car was stored at closed at 5pm even thought their website states 24hrs. Purposely holding information to charge for additional storage fees. Dispatch was no help at all and did not care to try to help or come up with a solution. Don't use their services and boycott this business
Went in this morning to get my truck out from being towed and the office Lady Maria didn’t even bother to look up the time my truck got towed in and immediately charged me for holding it past 24 hours. But once I asked her to show me proof it was held longer than the 24 she seen that I was right and charged me the AMOUNT I was suppose to pay rather than trying to scam me into getting more money out of it. All she had to do was look it up but rather try to scam me.
These people are terrible people. Towed my car within 30 minutes of being in a guess parking spot. And charged me $490 dollars to get my car out. Car was there over night and place is down the street. Also scratched my bumper lip.I hope these people get what they deserve and get shut down. Terrible money hungry people.
Money hungry Thieves, my parking permit fell from my windshield to my seat and these mfs towed my car, car had been there for a whole month. No point on fighting with these low lives, from the tow drivers up to management they're rude.
Pepe’s towing is absolute trash $145 to tow a vehicle less than 5 miles when I questioned as to why the driver said do you want your car towed or not bro? Really that’s how you respond to your customers? It’s obvious Pepe’s towing could careless about their reputation based on my experience and I’m convinced they have no clue what integrity is have your drivers research how to add value to the customer experience. I highly recommend using another towing service otherwise you will be severely disappointed!
Tow driver damaged my front bumper and refused to accept responsibility…. When I asked for pictures of the pre existing damage they were unable to provide them. They only had one photo of my car from very far away and it was not from the front of the car or taken from a close range. The driver said he was only required to take pictures of the violation not of the cars condition. Company is still refusing to accept the responsibility. This photo was taken before I had paid to retrieve my car from their hold. there were paint chips on my car but this is very clearly a dent on my bumper from incorrectly loading up my car.
This tow yard is totally fraudulent. They towed my employee vehicle, killed my battery to where it damaged my electrical components, and stole my gas. I showed them all types of proof that the vehicle belonged to my company and they still didn’t release it. I had to wait 6.5hrs after arguing to finally get it out. The one employee there name Serrano or Cervano threatened me and refused to get my car running. Luckily, Beto was there to handle it after I called the manager Fernando and told him what was going on. They need to be shut down. No wonder they have such a low rating on here.
I'll give 3 stars. No one like to get thier car towed specially when they think they are in the right. So that's a 0 star for me. However they listen to me qhen I called and even gave me a discount. For customer service I give them 5 stars. Even put air in my low tire. So I'll average it out and give 3 stars. This review is from someone that was towed for parking and not someone that called for thier service. Keep that in mind.
be careful!! This company tows your car even if you are on private property. I was unloading grocery bags from my car , in only 2 minutes my car was gone. they have people inside the communities who notify them so they can rob people and ask you $350 for return your car at pepes towing. Additionally, you call to ask for information about your car and a rude person with a zero level of patience answers you. terrible service!!!. Quick note: don't even think about calling at night to have your personal items inside the car , they will charge you an extra 80 dollars for that. C'MON ! ARE YOU SERIOUS ?
They drive through the apartment community and never tow any cars parked in spaces they should not park, they make you wait 30 minutes before the come....they really get over on people!!!

You stay parked by the Walmart off Moreno Beach Drive to “catch” cars parked for a quick minute while they drop off their groceries or put their kids in the car without having to park outside the gated apartments! Because there’s no dam parking!!!
This company are nothing but thief’s. $440 to tow a car illegally! I left permit in my pocket as I didn’t stay at the property for more than 20 min. Come out my car is gone! People over the phone very unprofessional and rude. Only carrying about fees that they are stealing from people.

Update. By law wether you have a contract or not. Tow company’s are not allow to tow cars that have only parked for less than a full hour. Just sadly people don’t know the law and they fall for this type or robbery. I’m gathering all information now
This company tows vehicles ILLEGALLY! Just to rip off people on top of that they charge crazy inflated prices, the lady on the phone was VERY! rude I repeat VERY! rude, they don’t even know their own contracts with the apartment complexes so they tow vehicles illegally before in force hours, they just care about money, save yourself headaches and don’t deal with this company the worst in the inland empire.
I had got my car stolen and my car got impounded to this location! All I have to say is the management and the staff are real down to earth and they understand real life struggles they were able to help me out as much as they could! If I could give a 10 star review I would! Thank you so much to the help and the time that they gave me to help me get my car out!
This service is phenomenal. Great prices beat. They beat it all others hands down. My driver was excellent, Ishmael Berumedal (pardon the spelling of your last name) was outstanding. Intellegent, professional and absolute to work with.
My vehicles were illegally towed by a private parties request from my home's driveway while i was in town. Luckily my neighbors saw them being towed & could inform me of such because otherwise i wouldnt have known what happened to them. I wasnt able to obtain paperwork to prove ownership until days before they went to auction where they were sold &lost them forever...i am currently filing a lawsuit against the private party responsible since it is the only course of action i know of.
THEY ILLEGALY TOW!!!! They are not 24hr service as they advertise which is false advertisement. They also have “spotters” in neighbors. Also, the tow truck drivers do not go directly to the store facility which is against the law. This company isn’t even listed on the BBB website which is also illegal. They have horrible service, called 3 separate times and all 3 calls had different ppl with different answers to my questions, one of the women I spoke to didn’t even know how to correctly answer my questions or give me correct information. This company is garbage and extremely sneaky and dirty. Snakes.
One of the worst towing companies ever. ONE they towed my car as I was unloading groceries for my disabled grandmother. TWO they used a spotter that called the driver, which is illegal. THREE they told me that if I made it to the yard before the driver got there I wouldn’t have to pay the gate fee as well as the storage fee for the weekend yet the driver never arrived at the yard after an hour. Where did you take my vehicle that was wide open as I was returning to it. FOUR they claim to be 24 hour service yet the lady over the phone said MAYBE I can recover my vehicle Saturday, if someone decides to go to that specific store. I will be filing a police report as well as taking this up with the BBB and filing a lawsuit. Stop illegal towing!
It’s not their fault my car was towed, so I think all these low reviews are a little harsh. They took good care of my car. I do think the price to get my car out was quite high and their hours really suck for people who have to work all day, but that’s just something that they need to work on. Their contracts with the local apartments are a bit shady and uncaring, but again...not their fault—it’s the apartment’s shady policies. Overall, they were nice when I got my car out and they’re very thorough to make sure you’re the owner.
They claim they're a 24 hour service but then after driving 45 minutes to their location you find out their office and yard is only open from M-F 8am-5pm and closed on Sat & Sun. So I need to take time out of my busy day to go pay your outrageous prices to get my beloved vehicle out of storage.
