Please give customers the actual pick up dates for bulk items. I had an appointment today and nobody came. Nowhere on the website does it say bulk item pickup is delayed due to holiday. Why would it be delayed when a customer selects a specific date. I've never had a service request go smoothly! There is always an issue. Do better!
These guys are lazy even of you try and be helpful. They are just lazy. How hard is it to push a button to have the arms reach out and pick it up! Happens all the time. They are trash.
