I don’t understand why anyone is eating more than 1 I want to put -1 even I remember why I stopped going here and I tell everyone do not go all my family has went and everytime we get jipped they think as a girl I don’t know anything my dad has had us turning in copper before I know my metals and avg price on most things in general for 40 lbs of scrap (which there was way more they took still) and they only tried giving me 0.39 cents and said they don’t take power tools yet tried keeping all the good stuff and yea nah I left all the trashy stuff n I could see them staring n mad like what thought you don’t take this stuff like that it’s just way ridiculous man I didn’t argue yell just know though you guys are gonna scare over the wrong person one day like that’s why you gifs even change your name just know too that karma got my back you guys were sexist misogynistic they always sexualize me then it’s like try and treat me extra dumb after like no either way 0.04 alb x 40 lbs is way more than 30 cents you guises need better math skills and before categorizing all my metal just steal what ridiculous I know what my industrial grade tools are made of and new cast iron and steel are abundantly more than.04 a lb n I don’t need some petty Attitude filled response from whoever in charge of that very rude no customer service like what’s wrong with peopl
Pay attention to your receipts! I took in 25lbs of clean copper and the dude gives me my receipt which was $82. Something…Then takes it back from me saying he made a mistake and re-prints another one for $37 I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t notice they robbed me for like $50. Then to top it off i go to the window and girl only gives me $31. Robbed me another $5 on top of the $50 they had just got me, I will be more careful with the employees there next time I go in because they aren’t going to steal my money again! Manager really needs to check his shitty employees.

Double check and save all your receipts . They tried playing me twice the same day but luckily we saved receipts from the each time to show the weight and how much was paid for it. They tried paying me half of what I normally got for those items and then after “correcting it “ it was still wrong and had them recorrect it again
Definitely be aware that they’re going to takeoff 10 pounds for their baskets. These baskets do not weigh anywhere near 10 pounds. Other places I have been to have the weights of the baskets and I’ve never seen one over 10 pounds. I believe they’re doing it to cut you out of your money
Yep I officially won't go here on Saturdays that's for sure if I come back literally aren't educated enough to work at a scrap yard they don't know how to drive a forklift safely they don't know the difference is in televisions they certainly don't know the difference between Bare copper and insulated copper and they think that the screen of a rear projection television is where all the value is okay

After reading past reviews I thought there was something fishy about this place last time I came there was a girl wearing a baseball cap checking all the plastic not very friendly at all .payouts seemed fishy looks like other people have gone through the same thing won't go back
They tried to rip me off yesterday for my plastic. Had one barrel. I know they deduct for the empty barrel (called TARE) then right the weight of the plastic on a piece of paper for the cashier. The receipt showed an additional tare of 8 pounds only getting me approximately $3 for an almost full barrel. When I questioned both employees they kept looking at the receipt and eventually gave me another approximately $11.
I seen them help people with there Cans bottle's or what ever been coming here since 2010 and will keep coming back don't like customers who can't read the sign don't park in front of gate . In and out of there bout 10-20 minutes all depends on what stuff you off-loading from your vehicle
Scam Recycling! I had 2 tubs (41 lbs) FULL of crushed plastic, under 24 oz, 4 FULL tubs (59 lbd) of crushed plastic, over 24oz, and 5lbs of aluminum, not sorted, and 1/4 tub of laundry soap jugs. They paid 4.8lbs aluminum, 89 lbs plastic under 24oz & .8lbs of scrap plastic. They said laundry soaps were trash, they d9nt pay for those, but it's OK to just leave them and they'll throw away. I had 19 bags and had them perfectly sorted. I told the guy what was what. He combined plastics & weighed them. He clearly wasn't just writing down what the scale said, he was doing math in his head before writing the totals down. He had 2 listed numbers (41, 59) under plastic and 4.8 under aluminum. The broad at the window then subtracts from his numbers and tosses in .02 scrap.
This isn't the first time. I've been here 3 or 4x. Each time I knew something wasn't right, but wasn't really paying attention. I ASSUMED they were legit. But this time, I got pix and won't lose the receipt. I'm contacting weights and measurements. Absolutely pure trash runs this place. Adios SCAM Recycling.

Weighted material at my house ,came here to test the waters .they weighted it as less ,much less ,scam dont go here and before you reply ,god is watching yo scam lying thieving business.
I don't live in the area but my wife and I were recycling for my mother in law cans and plastic from her garage. I must say I was impressed with overall service of the entire place.
We're do I start the best place I have ever had the pleasure of bing a customer they treated me like family super friendly and nice even helped me unload my recycle everyone from the people weighing on out the recycle to the people at the window cashing u out hands down the best experience I have ever had I definitely recommend this place to everyone this is a place u can send Grama to and be confident that she would be treated right best wishes and much success to the crew over there
