They were ok. Paid COD. It says on their website that they take all types of plastic bottles and containers and even lists price but they told me they would not take it, which was the only reason I chose this place. Had 4 full bags I had to rebag that they wouldn’t take.
This is my favorite recycling places to go to. I am a loyal customer. Price is always great. People are so helpful there. Can’t get any better then that
The gentleman that works there was very helpful and kind. He asked me how did I find out about there recycling business Christopher introduced himself and asked for my name. Excellent customer service skills Christopher has. I had a all around excellent customer experience and I would highly recommend this business.
I’m new in the neighborhood and decided to start recycling. Place is well organized and clean. Service is good to a young man I think he said his name is Chris helped me out. He’s very polite and helpful. He helped me sort my recyclables. Pricing is good too. Will be back.
Fair price and the guys there were very helpful they even helped me unload into the barrels will differently be doing all my recycling there from now on. Amazing service
This place used to be honest about the weight of your bottles and cans.. sadly that is no longer true. These guys will constantly rip you off. If you want the actual amount of money you’re supposed to get.. I suggest you go someplace else! Playing with people’s money is not very smart to do. There could be consequences.. be careful!

I have been to this recycling center quite a few times. Victor and his people are always super friendly and always help me unload my cans and bottles! This is the only place I will go too!

They were so very kind and very helpful! I got a little overheated and one of the men noticed and gave me a water and made sure my hands were sanitized after emptying all my recycles into the containers to be processed. This was my first time there and I will never go anywhere else. I wish more people and places in general were as kind as these two gentlemen.
I have to say one thing guys I didn't know California pays nearly 10cents for 1 plastic bottle I just made a killing here,very nice professional people there
I went to this RIP OFF location for the first time today and I know that they ripped me off!!! I am new to Moreno Valley, so I needed to find a recycling facility out here from my original facility in Monrovia. So I noticed that they don't put the trash bins completely on the scale, so it doesn't weigh the whole amount and they don't give you a receipt to show you the breakdown of the weight of the cans and bottles! I definitely already knew around the amount that I should have received, as I was comparing it to more facility in Monrovia! I received a very low amount of $39 and I usually get around $45 for HALF OF WHAT I GAVE Ecogen today! NEVER AGAIN! I will wait to take my recycles to Monrovia, when I visit my family out there!
I want to thank Javier and Victor for being so helpful. We didn't know all the categories of recycling and they went out of there way to help us divide everything and explain into detail how to recognize CA crv bottles from the others.
They steal from you i found out that they have two paper work one is real and other one is fake, they pay out less and steal the money by the way the young guy is rode as well, I wish they super reach me out
Everything and everyone has been great here until a grumpy old man was hired on and has ruin the whole atmosphere with his distasteful looks at everyone who goes there. He gives the customers attitudes and talks to the customers as if they are stupid and are incompetent of understanding what has to be done. Will not go here anymore til he is gone from there.
Shady payouts from one of Freddy's employee giving out counterfeit ten dollar bills when ya know it did not come from bank of america deposit bag. must be making up for some weight . I got paid less then what I should have received.
They steal from you be careful.The other day i went to another recycling and got so much more for less aluminum.When i came here i had alot and they only have me 10$.F them.
“As customers” we have to understand sometimes they’re very Busy & we have to wait, but besides that their service is pretty good. I will definitely come back..!
Great place, very clean and their workers are very efficient. They do their best to provide great service to everyone. Sometimes the wait is long because there’s a long line, but to be honest, I have waited much longer at other places. I would definitely recommend Ecogen Recycling Center.
