This place truly means a lot to me. It’s not always easy work, and I may not love every part of it, but it matters. California has strong resources, and Green Town Recycling is one of them. For anyone thinking about moving to Moreno Valley, recycling here is a great initiative and a real opportunity to contribute and stay productive. We’re sharing today’s spot prices in our video and review for anyone interested. Grateful for a place that keeps things moving forward.
Normally we like coming here. We've been here many times before, but the lead guy was vulgar, had a really bad attitude and was rude with my husband today. We haven't seen him before. He told my husband he wouldn't buy the glass that we brought because it was shattered in pieces and therefore it was to heavy for him to lift. My husband asked the guy who was sweeping where he should dump the broken glass. That older man told my husband to dump it in a tall trailer that they had on sight. When my husband took our recyclables up to weigh, the lead guy got angry and aggressive with him, telling my husband he shouldn't have thrown the glass away, cussing and saying that he's going to have to pay for that. It seemed like he was going to try to charge my husband for dumping the glass into the trailer. I told him that my husband asked before he dumped it in there. He seemed like he wanted to charge us or hold our recycle for ransom or something. He asked us who had told him he he could dump it there, then the lead guy was angry at that older man and began cursing him. When we first got there I heard the lead guy complaining, telling someone that he works hard for his money, but there was no one there. When we got there and it was time to work, he was afraid to do so. They should bring back the other guys who were not afraid to work. We'll try coming back again in the future, and hopefully he has a better attitude or finds a job he's happy to with at.
Worst recycling experience ever I never do reviews but they shorted me so bad Please don’t ever come to this place This is my first ever review too that’s how bad it was

I've been coming to this place for years these guys are great they help me out whenever I'm really loaded with recycles they give me good deals their prices are amazing and phenomenal I recommend this place to anybody who's trying to recycle

I was at the shop with me and my guys had everything weighed out and when we got there, the weight was much less more than by 10 pounds when I told the guy he acted like he couldn’t speak any English Stay away from this place they’re crooks

Very clean and organized!! It didn't smell like beer all dried out on the asphalt. Everyone from the 2 guys handling the cans and the guy behind the screen taking your ticket are all friendly. A smile and genuine courtesy goes a long way with me. AWESOME!!

Lorenzo helped me today and was very helpful. This is my first time coming to this recycling center due to poor service at others and after working with Lorenzo I will most definitely make this my go to recycling center. His costumer service and promptness is really what places offering hands on service needs. 10/10 great !
This place has amazing and caring workers, they always have a smile on their face as well as an amazing attitude. I had three boxes of glass and one of the workers offered assistance without hesitation ! They are definitely a great establishment with extraordinary workers
This is the best recycling center I've ever frequented. Hands down, cans down, lol. All the employees are super chill, they're always smiling and down to earth! I love how they play music. They offer to help sort your recyclables, whether u are a man or woman young or old. No one there sells drugs. They are respectful, and they are respected! Great job guys hope ur getting at least $15 an hour. Or u can have all my cans as a tip lol jk. See u later today! :) and I work so I really appreciate you being there on Sundays
The guys working there were so helpful and helped me understand the process. I was in and out of there in no time at all. No waiting. They kept things moving. I will definitely continue to bring my cans here in the future.
They are really nice there. I broke a couple of bottles but they insisted on cleaning it up. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that to get your money you have to go around the corner to a locked screen and put your slip in and they slip your money out
First time going here and it wasn't that good of an experience. I'm glad however that this place is so close to my home but with that said, after I had recycled my bag of bottles, (only took one good sized bag cause that's all I could carry going by myself while riding my scooter) I never received the amount of money I was supposed to get only because I DIDN'T KNOW WHERE TO GO TO GET IT. Was going to RePlanet way before they closed and they gave the amount right there at the spot. Not with this place. Perhaps I'll remove this review at a later time...
