The manager, Jesus, was super helpful and didn't make me feel belittled or misled. He double-checked that my battery wasn't dead/bad and suggested an affordable solution. Thank you so much! WAY BETTER SERVICE than Autozone!!!

Underrated...way better than autozone. Called autozone and they said they couldn't help me till 12. Called OReily and they told me come in and helped me on the spot. Customer service 10 out of 10.. service 10 out of 10. Price same as autozone but they offered an offerdable option for battery replacement that autozone didnt.

WORST customer service ever went in there to grab something and when i asked a question about the item this guy named Ruben looked like he was already frustrated and mad at life and he answered with such attitude, no respect at all even his coworkers noticed, and when i called him out on it he looked like he was ready to physically fight me.

The staff is always helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. The store is well kept too. I always get my parts from this store and then have my mechanic install them.

I called asked for a certain part. They had it I got! I was in and out Lickety Split. Nice place to go. I wouldn't trade O'Reilly's for any other place they are good. And they always have what I need you can depend on them so go to O'Reilly's

The young woman, Francis, was very professional and helpful, she gets the 5 stars. But then when I returned to the counter to pay for items, Debbie was rude and said No, we can't get a spill kit for or any other oil clean up items. She was very unprofessional and just wanted to argue. Debbie is not fit for any type of resolution. She only wants to argue. If I come back I'm not not dealing with Debbie. I will go to a different parts store. I didn't need an employee to argue with me at all. Why do you employ non-customer service people?

Horrible customer service. Provide all the information for the vehicle including make and model. Customer service rep very rude. No eye contact and would not answer any questions. I will never return to this store.

Their service is ok until you end up having to do a return and you get told that they don't have the cash but are willing to put it on your card and your card gets locked because of it. Not cool.

Tony officially made this location my preferred store. For majority of women shopping for auto parts can be quite intimidating, but his great sense of humor and honesty makes the shopping experience fun and easy! I highly recommend this location, and if you need someone to genuinely take care of you ask for Tony!

As I came in to exchange a part but didn't have the receipt, I was still able to exchange by looking up the purchase on my phone to prove it. James, who helped me, felt it necessary to accuse me of having never gone there and they were the one that helped me when I first bought the part that was the wrong size, so their negligence brought me back, but they felt it necessary to talk down to me and on the way out even tell me as I took the receipt that it wasn't like I'd keep it anyway. Their workers, and specifically James, need customer service training. It isn't always enough to get what you need if you will be attacked throughout the process. I'm only giving a star as I got what I needed. I won't be returning to this location or maybe to an O'Reillys ever again.

Depends on which one you go some places they are constantly watching you it's kind of creepy but good people makes my O'Reily's shopping experience great

O'Reilly does right by me. When others would have me waiting, they have what I need. Better yet, if they don't have what I need in the store, I can just go pick it up at the warehouse a couple blocks from my home.

Best O'Reilly Auto in the Moval/Perris area, and much more customer friendly than any of the AutoZones in the area. The service is great and parts are on time when ordered.

Needed a replacement locking gas cap (specialty item for a work van). Was able to have from the warehouse in less than 2 hours. Able to find other needed items. Knowledgeable staff, bilingual, friendly, fast. Will use first when looking at parts in future.

Take a death bettery in to recharge got it back same condition I turned in over 48 hrs later. I specifically ask the a guy behind the counter "it is charge, he say yes" it turns out not.

Had a bad experience with customer service, I was basically told that i don't know about my vehicle and what part was right. Long story short I got the wrong part after I specifically told them it was not for my trim of vehicle. The part did not fit, today was all about going to this store to waste my time, money, and gas plus basically being insulted that I don't know my vehicle and what fits and what doesn't. But then again i'm not the one behind a computer telling me what is the "right" part right? Those would be the only reason I would say thank you, for wasting my time, money, gas, and for insulting my intelligence about knowing what I drive.

I had great service here, this is actually the 2nd time i bought and replaced my car battery, i dont have any tools so these guys would do it for you if you ask for it, one of the guys name Carlos was very polite and helpful, while he took care of my order, i also asked him about my car alarm remote was getting low so he helped me out replacing the battery too. He went out his way and took out his tools and helped me open it, i was having trouble opening it but i gave him permission to do it for me since i've never done it before. first of all, i actually asked Autozone if they could check out my car alarm remote but one of the guys was being lazy and told me that i had to do it myself, of course i can do it myself if i have the right tools right then and there. anyway, i'd take O'Reilly's services over autozone cause not only Carlos but these guys would actually go an extra mile for you. i know he will go farther in life, also be sure to sign up their rewards, their coupons makes up for it.

"Ask about our Low Price Guarantee and talk with a Parts Professional trained and ready to help you get the auto parts and accessories you need." SO far from the truth! It was a battle, but I wasnt gonna let the manager win. I needed a VSS (vehicle/transmission speed sensor) for my Honda. Pepboys had one for 14.99 on their website, but they could get in by 6pm. I needed it NOW, so I called up O'reilly, asked if they priced match pepboys, they said yes, brought in the proof on my ipad. O'reillys had the same sensor for like $90. The Manager fought me so hard on this, saying he cant price match, because hes basically be giving it to me for free. This man kept making up reasons why he couldnt price match "we dont price match websites" ok call it in. "oh they dont have it in stock, it has to be in stock" So i made him pull up their price match policy, the first line says they do price match local competitors, but not websites (non store, only online sites) or peddlers. But if you keep reading, it says "We must price match in stock items, or items that can be shipped without any fees within 24 hours" well well well... Pepboys had my VSS, and on their website it clearly states I can have it shipped to store, and have it there way under 24 hours.. And this store Manager STILL didnt want to match it!! He said "I can meet you halfway, but I cant give it to you for 14.99 .. Sorry Sir, but you have no idea who youre dealing with, a well informed customer who has worked at corporate stores. I know policies and you have to adhere to them. As i read their price match policy on their employee site, there is an extension for them to call regarding price matching. He didnt want to call it, because" hes the manager and theres no one higher than him".. b.s.. theres corporate. SO i made him call it, and he did. And guess who got a VSS at oreillys for 14.99. This girl! PLEASE use this information to get any price matching done there, and dont let them tell you otherwise. Dont let them tell YOU to call corporate, make them call corporate.
