Honestly fusion motors has been great to me.. just recently got my car with them and they were and continue to be good people and a good dealer to work with... despite what im currentlt going thru they have helped every step of the way... I am so thankful for them...

I had a very disappointing experience with Fusion Motors in Moreno Valley. I was seriously considering purchasing a vehicle from them and coordinated a pre-purchase inspection through Lemon Squad, which cost me $220 out of pocket. Willy, the person I was in contact with, personally scheduled the inspection. While the inspection was already in progress, I received a casual text message saying the car was no longer available — they had “approval for another buyer.”
This was not a dealership — just a small operation — but that doesn’t excuse the lack of professionalism. There was zero communication or courtesy to inform me before I spent money. Now I’m out $220 with nothing to show for it. This is unacceptable behavior from any seller, let alone one dealing with large purchases like cars.
Bottom line: Don’t deal with this place. Poor communication, unethical handling of prospective buyers, and no regard for the time or money of serious customers
Great hassle free service, drove off with a nice car at decent price. They even helped me get insurance that was cheaper and better than what I already had.

We went around look for a vehicle to purchase and didn't have any luck and was not treated well, and were about to stop looking and Fusion was going to be last stop but when we arrived Willy was so nice and showed us the cars and helped me decide on one and he was a great accent to your company thank you Willy now then the rest was gonna be done by Cesar and that's the final step sometime not always well but again a great job by Cesar he made it pleasant and went out of his way to help us. I've been looking for a car for 2 months and have had a horrible experience with shyster dealerships wanting to add 1-7 THOUSAND dollars on top of the asking price and just wasting my time. Willy and Cesar at Fusion Motors were straight up from the first call through the entire process. I will definitely tell everyone I know looking for a car to go there and next year when my son gets his license, we will definitely contact them again. I would gladly drive the hour from Orange County anytime and not have to deal with all the B.S. I went through with all the other dealers. I have been to 3 dealers before finding this gem Fusion Motors..... all the other dealers told me a price but when I get there I have to purchase the alarm, paint protection, and some clear film or They won't sell it to me!

Very professional, beautiful lot that exceeds expectations of a smaller car dealership. They offered free carfax reports on every car, had nothing but very clean cars ranging from civics to Benz/Lexus and everything between. With all that being said, probably the most impressive thing was their finance guy, Paul who has me convinced he can pull a rabbit out of a hat! Couldn't recommend this place enough!
