This was a great and amazing professional service. Driver was very professional, kind, polite amd concern about pur safety which was keynto the entire service provided. He main idea was getting is home safe and sound and off the stranded zone we were in. Not only did Felipe arrived at the time promised of ETA but the full service came when he, him self rolled up he tow truck to the point of parking area of our vehicle spot. No question asked. I had a nail in my tire on my Mercedes Benz coupe since car kept turning off stating that it was a safety issue. I contacted AAA to get a tow truck at 7:30 pm and was scheduled to get picked up by tow company after 9:35 pm. I went ahead and called Sanchez towing and they arrived within 10 minutes of my call. The driver was very polite and professional. I was home by 9:15 pm. I am grateful that they were able to do the tow and get me and my car safe before the time provided by AAA town company. Would call them again for future services.
Luis came to tow my car, he was very professional and even looked to see what was wrong with it, wouldn't have noticed my front left caliper busted. He towed my vehicle safely to the nearest auto shop and lowered it without any problems or damages. Would ask for him to come tow again if I'm around the area and need help.

Don’t trust them with your expensive car. They scratched both sides of my rear bumper and my expensive wheels. They refused to fix it and became very hostile. I sent them video proof of the driver damaging the vehicle and they said no it was already like that. Complete scam of a company.

Fast and friendly. Phone call got cut off but they called me right back. Was waiting for a tow truck for a total of 4 hours across 2 days via AAA and they never showed up. Called Sanchez Towing and they were at my location with 15 minutes. Hooked, booked, dropped, and gone. Worth the money spent.

They are great! They are fast and the guy who towed us a few days ago was very professional. They are so much cheaper than Pepe's towing and a few others that have I called for a tow. I am definitely calling them every time , hoping I won't need to. But if I do they will be the ones I call. They speak both Spanish and English.

The dispatcher/Supervisor was very friendly and she gave me a reasonable price to tow my car. She said the driver would show up in 15 and that he did. The driver, Jose was very friendly and got the job done. Super nice guy! This was my first time dealing with a towing company so i didn’t know what to expect. Overall a five star experience! Great Towing Service! Quick arrival time was only about 20 minute wait. He got my lowered car up on flatbed no problem (front bumper removed). Very Affordable. I have no complaints from service received from Luis. 10/10
