For a company with its name stamped across every truck you’d think they’d be better drivers. Just had the displeasure of being behind their black tow truck. Not only was he blocking and intersection but cut me off in the middle of said intersection forcing me to block it as the light turned red, while he was actively blocking a railroad crossing. Not only rude but idiotic. Then half a mile later he stopped living traffic to re-merge into the lane he had previously exited to cut in front of a car, while blocking our lane from moving. Absolutely trash driving
These guys are amazing! I had a lemon car, and the computer shut down on us twice within the past year. The 1st time, my son was driving. He was in Riverside County. They saved the day. My son and the car got home safe. The 2nd time, it was me. The car was stuck around the border of Orange and Riv. County. They were life savers again! Very professional, courteous, and kind. The prices are very reasonable. I hope I don't have to go through those troubles again, but if I need a tow in the future, I will definitely keep these guys in mind and will refer family and friends also. Thank you again!

If I can give a 0 star I will, unfortunatly to leave a review you have to give a star which they don't deserve. Scam and bad customer service. I called to ask to jump start my car and the person I spoke to I told him if my battery after jump starting it if it's dead dead can you tow it to a mechanic and do I pay extra and he said no the $100 will go toward towing. They lied and scam took my money refused to tow it unless I pay more. Never again calling this company. Not only that the guy who showed up refused to give me a receipt and took off without giving me a receipt.
This is my 2nd time using this company and both experiences have been nothing short of incredible. From the phone call in the early morning hours to the fast pickup of my van that had a blown tire both times. Their rates are more than reasonable as well. I will continue to use this company for all my towing needs.
Great service! Frank responded quickly and came to get my car when it was stranded. He was very careful with my car and had great customer service. If I need another tow I’ll definitely be calling him again.
This is such a good towing service, last night we had the worst night ever and frank was very helpful! He came in a mannerly time frame compared to other towing companies saying the wait is going to be 4+ hours. He also let us ride in the tow truck because we didn’t have a ride, and had a very friendly attitude, that made us feel comfortable quick.

I never thought I'd be this satisfied with a towing company! Frank is the absolute best! I was left with an overheated car 60 miles away from home and the first towing service I called cancelled on me after having me wait for over an hour in 100+ degree weather. Frank picked up my call right away, gave me a very reasonable estimate and showed up promptly! Frank is professional, communicative and attentive. He's also super fun to talk to - the 1.5 hour drive flew right by. Cannot recommend his business more!

This company is AMAZING! I needed my father toolshed moved from the top of a steep mountain, I called about 10 places and they all said " sorry we cant do that." when I called Local Towing Solutions, I was afraid for the same response, but instead of them saying "no" right away, they asked for pictures and even took the time of their day to come see the shed in person. Their receptionist was extremely friendly and set up my appointment the next morning. Frank was extremely punctual and although the job seemed risky, he thought of every possible way of to complete the job. He did it!! our tool shed was moved! My experience with this company wasn’t up to par. The driver took forever to get to us... and we were in a easy spot for pickup. Then after our 4 mile tow we were charged a insane price of 250$. If there was an option to give this company 0 stars I would.

I had a great experience with Frank at Towing Solutions! He answered my call (I didn't have to leave a voicemail and have a call returned), quoted the best price, showed up on time and then was able to help me temporarily fix the car so that I could drive it home, rather than have it towed. After showing me how to fix it he reduced the quote by half and only charged me for the service call. I'm a very happy customer and have saved their number in my phone for any future towing I might need!

DO NOT use this towing company !! They backed into my car with their tow truck and left a huge scratch on my car. The owner refuses to take responsibility and claims the scratch was already there. I had NO SCRATCHES on my car before I used their services. He’s very dishonest
