This business has no interest in helping their customers. I’ve towed from here twice, they will decide whether your towing arrangement is acceptable. The Mexican loader operator lied to me and said that he would let me back in after he forced me out of the yard when I needed to cut a little metal off the fenders on my dolly to fit a load on. Then he wouldn’t let me in again until the next day, even though it wasn’t even close to closing time. Try hard to do business elsewhere.
Semi trucks cannot get in from the entrance (will get stuck). There are no signs saying this and the staff will say it happens all the time and tell you to call a towing company. If it happens all the time why don’t you put a sign or fix your driveway. Don’t come here with a semi. You will get stuck and staff will not help. You’ll end up paying over 2k for towing and lose your day. Horrible place.
Our car was towed to this place, we went to pick up our stuff out of our vehicle and everything worth of value was gone. Everything And my wife's wallet was gone. The children's medical cards, her credit cards, ids. My iPhone 12, two android phones, dash cam, My car stereo my Bluetooth speaker. Anything that we had in our car worth of Value was gone. We are filing a police report and will be going to court over this.
