I went to O’Reilly’s to get a new battery for my car. I had such a great experience with Michael S. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. I had no idea my battery was not under the hood but under the backseat!?! He removed and replaced my battery it was a very hot day and he was so helpful and accommodating.
