Brandon was absolutely amazing helping my mom and me with our headlights! One of our headlight fuses had burnt out, and he not only figured it out quickly but also switched them out for us on the spot. He was honest, incredibly helpful, and made the whole process so easy. We’re so grateful for his kindness and expertise—definitely someone you can trust!

They are WONDERFUL @ O'REILLY auto in Menifee Ca. Brandon helped me out so much!! I purchased a headlight and blinker bulb for my car @ O'REILLY. My husband is disabled and I am unable to install as well. So Brandon came outside to my vehicle and installed Both for me!

My car would not start earlier today. I called Auto Zone and O’Reillys. While Auto Zone was just a few dollars cheaper, the customer service I received both on the phone and in person from O’Reillys was exceptional and definitely worth a few more dollars! German greeted me with a smile and dropped a new battery in my car in less than 10 minutes! The best experience I received today was the fastest, simplest service I’ve ever dealt with as far as my vehicle is concerned. I appreciate the patience, questions answered and overall exceptional customer service. Thank you!
The customer service in this store does not exist at all as I went to buy some windshield wiper fluid for my car so I walked in and there was no customer in the store and the two you guys who work there were busy talking. I must have waited something like 5/6 minutes until the younger kid came and asked me what I want. I asked him where the fluids are and he just pointed at them. After I picked up couple of bottles I went to pay but asked him what was more expensive one and he just without looking at me said “ don’t worry they are for dead bugs” and just gave me my receipt and left. FYI I am 73 and was shocked and will never use OReilly again.
Me and my mother came in with some difficulties with her tail turn signal light, and was hoping to get some help for a low price. Cole was the one who helped us out and gave us some pointers on how to install a new bulb. He was sweet, and gave us all the information we needed, without charge! The experience was quick and easy. I work on cars quite a bit, and the crew here at O'Reilly's is always the best to deal with. They carry good products at decent competitive prices with good warranties... and even flux capacitors! I encourage anyone to shop here, even if you just want a Coke and a Hot Wheels car.
I went to O’Reilly’s to get a new battery for my car. I had such a great experience with Michael S. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. I had no idea my battery was not under the hood but under the backseat!?! He removed and replaced my battery it was a very hot day and he was so helpful and accommodating. Thank you for having such an awesome employee.
The counter help a O'REILLY'S is second to none the best out there. I had the most impossible parts to find and they got them in 2 hours. That's too notch service, I appreciate that.
They seem to alway get me out of a jam. By have the correct part the 1st time around. The other stores, who will not be mentioned, have had incorrect parts in their system that do not fit the car. Example: Brake pads a centimeter longer then it should be, and wouldn't match up to the original fitting. But O'Reilly, had the correct size in the system. That's just 1 of many examples. Oh! And I don't have to wait in lines for long periods of time either. Thank's to the friendly staff at O'Reilly.
I went to get my rotors resurfaced at 3:00pm and they told me it takes 2hrs to do and for me to come back tomorrow morning. I asked is there a cutoff time to have them there by and he didn’t have a set time. I guess they get to decide if they want to do it for you or not. I know because they were going to be closing in about 6hrs, the 2 hrs it would take is cutting it to close... so I called the lake Elsinore store and they said they could do it as long as I get there before 6 pm. I didn’t even have to ask that she just informed me so there isn’t any confusion. The Menifee store needs to get there shxxx together and be more like the Elsinore store...
I bought brake pads from here but didn't end up needing them. On a previous visit to O'Reilly I asked them about there return policy and they told me if I didn't use them and there still in packaging isn't opened then I could return them. So I brought the brakes in today and they told me I couldn't return them because the box they came in looked a little weathered. The pads in the box were still packed and sealed in plastic unopened. So I asked for a manager. The manager walked over and before even reaching the counter he started telling me I couldn't return them. Without opening the box and looking at them. Very poor professionalism. I tried to explain what happened to the outside of the box and show him the pads in the box were unopened and he cut me off I stated he could not resale them and therefore would not let me return them. I was going to purchase pads for my truck and a few other things like I usually do, but because of being very dissatisfied with them I decided to not do business with them anymore.
The curly haired dirty blonde was very rude and stuck up. She tested my battery and said it was bad and I needed to buy a new one. I said no thanks and took it to get tested at autozone and it took 15 minutes to recharge it fully. So the female at oreilys tried to scam me. I have proof if further action is required.
Staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable on majority of any questions or concerns I've had regarding my vehicle as well as my motorcycle. Always pleasantly surprised when I come to O'Reillys and receive great service. The military discount is always nice as well!
I called looking for some parts. A lady by the name of "Savana" answered. She was able to locate the parts and listed them off the various options. There was the "OE" and then some others. I asked her what the differences were because she glossed over them. She pretended she knew the differences but kept going over it quickly. I asked her to explain the differences because brand names don't mean anything to me. She was unable and kept trying to put it off on me as if it were my problem. I decided to have the OE because she either didn't know, had an attitude problem and couldn't admit that she didn't know and pass me on to somebody else, or was a complete moron. After thinking about it I decided not to pick up the parts because I don't want to help her career. I'll order the parts anywhere else but from there. So though they were able to be of help to somebody who knows about the field, like a mechanic, they were not able to help me come up to speed and make a good choice. Furthermore I had to put up with something similar to a valley girl with attitude.
My mother's battery died while at the market. My mother asked an employee at O'Reilly about a battery, employee Merlin walked over and helped charge the battery. He ran several tests to determine the cause of her vehicle not starting. While my mother was waiting, he advised her that it was going to rain and her wipers were bad, he offered to change them for her. It was near closing hours and he installed a brand new battery and the wipers for her. I feel he went beyond and above his duties. Now a days it's hard to get excellent customer service any where.

Usually have vintage car and truck parts, IF not, they usually will order it and have it in the store within 24 hours, on your honor that you will pick it up. No pre pay or credit card needed. Old School and this old man loves that. If the part they order fits my application when I see it, I buy it, as I should. Awesome.

This place is awesome! They are helpful and they will lend you tools for your project. I changed the brakes on my car and they provided the necessary tool to reset the calibers. Everyone is nice and helpful!
These guys know what they're doing. There's always no issues at this location. I once tried to return an item with receipt to another location and was told my "30 day warranty" was over. Annoyed, I didn't argue and left the store to check online and discovered O'Reilly's return policy was much greater than 30 days. Went back to Newport and with no problems they took it back and refunded me the money. Thanks guys for making me trust O'Reilly' once again :)
You can find your part online with year make and model. Must have been operator malfunction on my phone the last guys part. But as long as they sell you the correct part. Double check before you pay. It's the best advice I've got. Over all there parts are a lot better than auto zones. Hands down. But both store the,,people that work there don't have much automotive experience so be cautious with your question. Good luck
