It's the worst service. They said one price and later different price. So they respect the first price. So I left my truck, and they didn't do anything for almost two weeks. And they lied. They told me that it is going to take 7 day to fix my truck. Don't ever go to this place.

Purchased a transmission paid $895 4/25/24. Less than a month later the transmission failed. I said ok I have a 90 day warranty. I contacted Roberto who hung up on me and turned off his phone. Then I called yulber who was the one I Zelled because they don’t take cards for payment. He was supposed to call me back. It’s been almost a week still I have not been contacted. Roberto offered store credit for 825 through text which is less then I paid. They don’t have another transmission. I recommend not buying here they are dishonest and do not make any attempt to help the customer. Very sketchy place.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Counted on them for a Chevy Engine to be delivered next day. My mechanic had the car on the lift for 1full day before he called me about where the engine is. I was TOLD it would be there that morning. I called them and would not give me a straight answer. Kept saying we'll call you and would not call me back. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. You were warned. Worst customer service.

Ordered a transmission received a transmission with missing bolts and screws. Later realize they were missing due to the holes being stripped. Transmission oil pan was bent and had a drilled hole. Will never buy from here again.

DO NOT COME HERE! They lie to you and ignore your calls! I finally was able to get through to them by using a different number and they HUNG UP ON ME when I told them which car I was talking about. The only way I could get any information was through taking off work and driving down MULTIPLE TIMES and being told lies. “It will be ready next week” they told me EVERY TIME I drove down there. Our car was there for 5 months!!!!!! I was without a car that entire time. I ended up over paying and they did not honor anything they said they would! BEWARE! Worst experience. Extremely regret ever using this business. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!

This review is not specifically for my car. It’s for my coworkers. All I have to say is that when my coworker called on MY phone they answered IMMEDIATELY. When he would call on his phone it would go straight to voicemail without ringing (meaning his number was blocked on their end). They also do not accept credit cards, so if your spending 4 figures you won’t get an invoice/receipt unless you ask for it. Read the other reviews, do yourself a favor and so spend the extra money elsewhere to avoid any headaches!

I ordered an engine from here and not only did they not deliver it but they gave me the run around and wasted my time. There was a different excuse every time I called. They had to check the compression, then they were on their way, and eventually they stopped answering my call and just sent them to voice mail. Super shady business. Watch out!

I bought an engine 3 weeks ago and after installation something was wrong I took it back for my warranty and they were super helpful with it...it was my choice to get my money back or get another engine... Strongly recommend this place since they were able to help me with fixing my car

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These people are crooks. On at least 3 occasions now, I have seen them list parts for sale at way cheaper and lower mileage places and they don’t actually have them. They’ll answer the phone, promise delivery and never show up and ditch calls. Horrible business.

Spoke with Michael the owner, they sent me wrong engine we had to tear down and replace several parts which we were not supposed to, and he did not want to stand up to what we agreed on for payment of wrong engine, very rude would not answer the phone would not recommend this business.

BEWARE! These 5 star reviews must have been written by the owner on different accounts. I have not one good thing to say about this shop. They have done nothing but lead me on with false promises and unreliable communication. I had dropped off my 07 dodge charger due to a faulty engine they had given to me. I was then promised a replacement that was included in the warranty that I had purchased. I quickly realized that this simple problem that should have had a simple solution became quickly complicated. They strung me along for months while passing me along other "representatives" of their company. I dropped it off in January and didn't pick it up until may. They told me it would be done every other week and just lied to me every other week. They eventually told me they would help out due to my inconvenience by not making me pay for the labor of dropping in a new engine. Ended up getting charged $625 for supposed warranty that was obviously a lie. As I went to resolve the issue I was greeted with more lies and excuses. ONCE AGAIN, beware. Go anywhere but this place to buy an engine or any auto parts. They lack any business ethics or respect for their customers. UPDATE 5/21/21. I have attached photos of my recent conversation with Robert the owner of Valley auto parts. They asked me to edit my review which was nothing but the truth of my experience. I explained that they gave me another bad engine and the labor was extremely below average. He then actually told to me that he did ME a favor for having to honor their warranty policy which tells me they do not very often. He then proceeded to use explicit language and call me cheap for using his business. THIS IS PROOF THEY SELL LOW QUALITY AUTO PARTS KNOWINGLY. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.

Really bad we pay $3500 hundred for engine two months ago truck ran very poorly . the truck just blew a head gasket now they want another $3500 and the engine is only two months now they are blaming us and we also put a new radiator so we didn't have any promblems.
