THEY ARE NO LONGER AT THEIR LAST LOCATION DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY SELL BAD PARTS AND SCREW OVER THEIR CUSTOMERS. IN ALL MY YEARS I HAVE NEVER DEALT With A COMPANY THAT DOES THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS SO WRONG! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SELL YOU A BAD PART. TAKE IT FROM ME $1500 WASTED AND HAD TO BUY ANOTHER TRANSMISSION FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY BECAUSE THIS COMPANY DID ME DIRTY. It's the worst service. They said one price and later different price. So they respect the first price. So I left my truck, and they didn't do anything for almost two weeks. And they lied. They told me that it is going to take 7 day to fix my truck. Don't ever go to this place.
Took my car here because I needed a new transmission and got a really good deal on a new one . I recommend this place to my friend's especially if you want good work done for great prices

I was looking for a car part that I couldn't find anywhere. that was until I called. Valley Auto Parts. not only did they have the part they gave me a great deal.and there customer service, is the chefs kiss. I recommend them to everybody.
Purchased a transmission paid $895 4/25/24. Less than a month later the transmission failed. I said ok I have a 90 day warranty. I contacted Roberto who hung up on me and turned off his phone. Then I called yulber who was the one I Zelled because they don’t take cards for payment. He was supposed to call me back. It’s been almost a week still I have not been contacted. Roberto offered store credit for 825 through text which is less then I paid. They don’t have another transmission. I recommend not buying here they are dishonest and do not make any attempt to help the customer. Very sketchy place.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Counted on them for a Chevy Engine to be delivered next day. My mechanic had the car on the lift for 1full day before he called me about where the engine is. I was TOLD it would be there that morning. I called them and would not give me a straight answer. Kept saying we'll call you and would not call me back.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. You were warned. Worst customer service.
