Bought a full rear axle assembly here. Gears grinded from a bad bearing. When i took it back they told be too come back next weekend to fix it. The next week i was told the same thing again. This went on for a month until the finally attempted to repair it. Because of their delay there was now no warranty left. Their "fix" didn't work and it cost me $750 from a gear shop to repair it properly. Outside timeframe with bank to dispute the charge now because they kept putting it off. This place has the worst customer service and are thieves. I'd stay far far away
Need an obscure part for a truck? This is your place. Needed a couple of controll arms for a Chevy that were discontinued by the manufacturer and were only used for 2 years. These guys had them. Maybe not the cheapest, but I would rather pay a little more than scrap the truck.
Very helpful with my project 4runner. They have a great inventory of Toyota parts, just not the ones I needed. I would highly recommend them for brand customers
If I could rate them 0 stars or even negative, I would. Don't waste your time or money with these people. They have made a profession out of scamming people by claiming there used motors are "low mileage " but realistically they have no clue and also claim there transmissions are "rebuilt" when in reality all they've done is spray paint a transmission and call it "rebuilt" . Very disappointed with these shady people. Don't make the mistake I made by trusting them, they don't take care of business the way they claim. Watch out for Dan, he's a professional bullshiter. Dan or Dawn whatever he knows who he is.
Excellent people. They helped me get the front end parts I needed for my 2007 Toyota Tacoma. Not only did they give me a better deal then other local junk yards but they even offered to install it on my truck free of charge! Thanks again Dan.
this place is ridiculous. avoid if possible. bought a transmission and they demanded we pay a core charge that was to be refunded. our transmission has been ready for pick up already 2 months and we call them 3 times a week to come grab it. they promise to come and never do. Also refuse to give our core charge back.
Overcharged for a wheel. Customer interaction was congruent with other people's experience. No help getting the wheel to my vehicle and when I got there, my truck was blocked in by one of their own. If I can avoid ever giving this place more money I will.
