Jeff was assigned by my vehicle's roadside assistance after the first tow company assigned flaked and didn't answer any calls. Jeff was courteous, professional, very timely and treated my 2021 Mini GP with care. He stayed in contact and he also sent me pictures of the car as he delivered it to the service center. Thank You.
I was assigned to this towing company through my insurance. The first company they assigned me quoted me a different price two times and the driver was unprofessional. Had to cancel and assigned again. Much better experience with Joseph. Joseph was able to help me out and he was very professional and friendly. Was able to tow my car and drop me off at home no problem. Definitely made my worse day better.

I called many towing places. No one was able to come until at least 2 hrs +. I called Accident Towing & Recovery they said they could be there in 40 minutes. The driver Joseph got there before the 40 minutes. He was very quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. I appreciate their effectiveness and quick response. I recommend using them, and would use them myself again if needed.
