I'm in love under new management! I'm so grateful to the people at this store. I went in yesterday to buy a light bulb for my truck in junior helped me. I told him I needed some fuses that didn't know which was to buy since my heater went out on another car. He told me to come in with the owner's manual, and we will look at things together as I didn't trust the diagram he pulled up.I have a 2012 Toyota Rav4ev, and the heater stopped working. Not only did Junior help me to find the fuse diagram and test the fuses, he also consulted with Storm on reasons to heater may not be working.
He helped me to change my cabin filter, and provided great instructions. The store manager Sheryl also came out to try and help me solve my problem. She was kind patient and understanding of my situation. She exhausted every resource available to her and even consulted to other store managers. Lastly Shirmer, also assisted in using the tool to test the fuses. Long story short, this was real teamwork and customer service. Although we did not resolve my problem with the minor fixes, I was okay because I had taken it to Redlands Toyota a few days before and they couldn't fix it either. Because it is an electric Rav4 there's limited information on it. I will have to take it to El Monte Toyota, where they have an electric specialist. But I feel better doing so as the auto zone team helped me exhaust all simple fixes.
The staff and especially the store manager were so kind and helpful to me yesterday. They patiently helped to change my battery and didn't stop working on it until I was able to turn my car back on again. Due to their excellent customer service I'll be shopping at this Autozone for all my car needs moving forward. Thank you for your kindness 🙏
My husband and I had some car troubles recently and had to stop at this AutoZone in Calimesa. Mr. Andre U. went out of his way to help us out and we greatly appreciated his help. Thank you again.
The worst service went in to buy something and asked if there was a trash can to throw some trash they said we don’t have any I said well Thts crazy he’s like it La best for me like u really want trash around ur property after I bought items in ur store. Went back in to buy something and they were rude after tht worse service and visiting from outta state wow. DONT GO HERE UNLESS U WANT RUDE SERVICE.
We were driving down the 10 and the car was over heating. Joshua and Andre were very helpful. In fact we don’t know what we would have done without their help. Not being mechanical and it was the 4th of July , we weren’t sure what we were going to do. It was a busy day in the store and Joshua took the time to diagnose the problem and made sure it was running properly. I always go to Autozone and get great service but today was exceptional. Joshua made what felt like an emergency a blessing.
Joshua Sanchez and Andre we above and beyond to help me through a difficult mechanical problem. They were not only helpful but Joshua was able to get my car moving so I was able to reach my home in the desert before the 4th of July fireworks.
The employee that helped me and my brother he was nice and friendly. He helped us put in our new Battery for my car I appreciate the service I got from AutoZone.
Went to AutoZone to get new wiper blades for my car and the staff was terrific they helped me almost immediately and they were so kind of gentleman put it on for me because I'm so short and can't reach the blades. The cost was very reasonable and of course the staff was so nice and friendly and very helpful so if you need any parts for your automobile or whatever you need to go to AutoZone on Yucaipa Boulevard they're terrific
Kind of disappointed today in my home town autozone took my wife's dead battery in to replace it I guess you guys were having a bad day we stood at the counter and were completely Ignored I thought it strange because two of the guys saw us come in and started helping customers that come in behind us so we ended up leaving with our bad battery went across town to a different parts house to get our battery hope you guys have a better day.
I purchased a motorcycle battery for my Harley. The battery didn’t work out well, I received an error message on my battery trickle, so I checked the battery and found the terminals melting.
I later learned that Harley batteries are specially made for high amp starts and vibrations of the bike.
The young man behind the counter was extremely helpful, using my phone number, he found my purchase history in their computer system and offered a refund.
I was so happy about the no nonsense refund that I bought a set of windshield wipers just to give them some business.
Thank you for making that purchase and return a pleasant one.

Great service, great assistance. Mark tested our battery and alternator (not our problem, but he saved me from buying an unneeded battery). We did need a few other items from inside and he was very friendly and helpful.

My truck broke down in beaumont. Oil was shooting all over my engine because a bolt had fallen out by the valve cover. Joseph helped me figure out what screw I needed. How much oil I was low and had a wrench for me to borrow. He saved my day and my truck. I can’t thank him enough. I was blessed today that Joseph was there and went above and beyond.

This has always been one of my favorite AutoZones, but my most recent experience put it at the top of my list. Sheryl was incredibly helpful and kind. Went above and beyond in helping me get a new battery, to the extent of swapping it out for me. Even went out to my car and double checked it was the correct one when I didn’t have all the info she needed. Top tier service, definitely recommend this location.
I showed up on a rainy night just before closing. Eddie went outside, tested my alternator, sold me my parts and even carried them out to my car for me. Then exchanged my parts and did the whole process over again with the help of Jacob. The exchange of parts was necessary due to me giving them the wrong year of my car but they couldn't have been nicer about it. They were so helpful and kind. Good old fashion customer service! Something you don't see much of these days. This AutoZone now gets all my business because of these two great guys. Thank you gentlemen!

Went there to have them check my battery and engine and I was in the area that night!! Had to go back and have it checked again but instead of going to one closer to me I drove back out there, the employee is Ray and he was so very nice to me! He (I think) went above and beyond! Raymond was so kind, he helped me with my bad battery and installed a new one for me. He made the whole process easy for me, which means alot because my husband usually does this stuff for me but he is at work today.
I didn't have any issues with the employees, I went in for windshield wipers and I forgot to check to make sure they would fit my older GM vehicle the adapters that came with the wipers wouldn't fit. So I went back in to exchange them and found the wipers I needed.
She had no problem helping me out, Thank You.
This is my second most favorite AutoZone, the other one actually has donuts on Saturdays lol, and these guys have been nothing but nice professional and knowledgeable for my 2002 Honda Civic. My most recent visit involved getting an air filter for said vehicle. They have tools that they're willing to lend you to do simple maintenance on your car like air filter change, basic spark plugs, and occasionally hubcaps for your tires.. that's just my experience so far.
This particular visit they didn't have any of their extra screwdrivers so the docent let me use one of their products that they sell to change the air filter. I am not going to recommend it because the tip on the first one broke and on the replacement the tip started to bend. I was just replacing my air filter.. I'm not saying it had to be a Craftsman but for the price it should have lasted longer than a loaner tool of 25 minutes LOL
Local auto parts store. I really don't go here too much except for maybe oil every once in a while. The last time I was here I got windshield wiper blades for my wife's car. I bought the expensive silicone type. Over $60 for wiper blades, I was shocked by such a high price. Of course I asked them to remove the old ones and put non the new ones, Might as well get my moneys worth. Then I got to use them. I've never had such good wiper blades. I don't mind paying for quality products as long as they perfom up to the expensive price. In this case they performed beyond my exspectations!!
Horrible Customer Service! Very Rude to Women, I just had knee surgery and limping around trying to find some things and the 2 guy's working barely wanted to even answer a couple Questions and when they did they just pointed to where the items might be instead of walking over and helping me. And it wasn't because they were busy or anything I was the only customer in the store. Then I had to return one of the items that they said would work for what I needed. Then told me that item wasn't on my receipt so I had to limp back out to my car to look for another receipt and realized it was on the first receipt I took in. I had to show them the item # on receipt and the package!!! I Will never step foot back in that Store!!!!
Great service! I got helped right away and then another person came and helped me. They were patient as I looked it up on my phone and walked me through. They were very knowledgeable and even walked my supplies out to the car. I would highly recommend!
Great customer service. I came it due to battery trouble.they tested it. My old battery still had some warranty. My positive terminal was corroded. He change my terminal and battery. Applied felt and ointment to prevent more corrosion and discounted the battery. Far better service then I’ve ever had at an auto parts store.
Very kind and friendly staff. I bought windshield wipers, and from the start, they looked up the correct size and helped me find some good ones. Even after I left the store, I guess the sales manager saw that I was having a little trouble installing the new wipers and changing out the provided adapters. He came over and installed them for me, and took away the trash. This is A+ quality service. Thank you for all of your help. 😀
