I just left the recycling center after seeing great reviews on a community Facebook page. They are above and beyond efficient and kind! Helpful every step of the way. Thank you guys!

Had some stainless steel kitchen filters that I couldn’t take to market, off spec from the factory. Brought in about 8 boxes of these stainless steel filters. Initially used their plastic bins to weigh about 3 boxes. After the staff saw how much I had, they suggested I pull around the back to use the hopper instead of the bins. Bad idea, their hopper weight is lighter than using the bins. Didn’t have time to take it all back from their hopper and switch to the bins. Glad I could dump useless product and cut my losses but still…

Place is cool just remember to take the tops off the plastic bottles and put them in a bag, and give them the bag also so they can weigh it with your plastic bottles. Check there site for a promo they'll give you more money for your recyclables. Oh and separate the bottles from clear and color.

Do not come here, terrible customer services skills. The woman who answers the phone is very very rude,is unhelpful, and shouldn’t have a job.I tired to call in today about 30 minutes ago to ask a simple question regarding what scrap they take or if they take scrap. She didn’t even let me finish my sentence before she yelled no at me n hung up.Would not recommend this place or at least not there front desk lady.It sucks to because I’ve come here for years but after the treatment I received from the the woman at the front desk I’ll never come back

Fast service! If you go in the afternoon after 1:00 or 2:00 business is usually slower. The recycling folks are experienced and quick in what they do and you get immediate cash.

This place has the unusual requirement that you remove all caps from all bottles, but the two signs that say this are both very small and completely beat up and hard to locate and hard to read. We waited in line with our sorted stuff only to find this out once we got to the front, and then we had to go back through all our stuff and take all the caps off and then the line was full again and we had to get in line again all the way from the back. I understand why the rule, but they just need to make it clearer so that they don't waste people's time and frustrate them and then everybody has a bad time. Decent price for our recycling though.

Good visit and 44.00 richer. The guy that helped pull up my carts and got it ready for the other guy to weigh was really a nice guy. You would know him by his tattoos. I think he had a LA above his shoulders. A real good guy. It's nice to talk to a genuine person.

They go out of their way to try and make your visit a pleasant one...Always helping and explaining their system to anyone not familiar..just ask...

Great place to recycle! The staff is very courteous and always helpful. Parking can be a bit hectic during the busy parts of the day but just be respectful of others and it all works fine. TIP: remove your bottle caps at home and save yourself some trouble. I like to come during the last hour or two of the day; there’s usually almost no line and I can be in/out in under 15 minutes. Highly recommend this business!

The last three times I've been there, which is once every week, I've been given the wrong amount. The guy doesn't know what he's doing at the weigh in. We want Jessy back. He's too slow as well. Sorry, but y'all are slipping on your Customer service.

Been coming here for a few years now. The staff is always helpful and courteous. It gets busy but these guys are fast. Oh, and don't forget the coupon from the Green Sheet for the best pay-out.

Was my first time going here. Didn't know where to park and I didn't read any of the Posted Signs. Oops. Make sure the caps are off all the plastic bottles and that their empty. I was wondering why there was caps everywhere. The guy was really cool about it. Explained their policies and showed me the BIG SIGNS on the side of the main building. Boy I was embarrassed and felt really dumb for not asking questions. I will DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK!!! Great experience! Thanks nice guy with the Beard for taking the time to explain everything to me. I'm very grateful! Happy Holidays!🎁🎄💝🎀

Since there aren't many recycling centers open locally anymore this is one of the last places that you can sell your cans and bottles. It seems they know this and use this fact to take advantage of people. After waiting in line for a basket to put my material in I waited again in line to have my material weighed. when the attendant took my material I presented a coupon for $1.75 per pound for aluminum cans that I got from their website. They also had a coupon on their website for $1.28 per pound for plastic bottles. It must be some kind of funny joke around the water cooler because that is what the state requires that they pay per pound for plastic bottles, they aren't giving you any kind of a bonus. My material was taken & inspected in front of me and then passed to another employee inside to weigh it. The display of the weight of your material is not visible to you. The tare weights of the baskets they use are written on tags and fastened to each basket. While I could not see the total weight of each basket I did take note of these tare weights. When I was presented with my receipt to sign I could see immediately that not only was I not paid $1.75 per pound for my cans but the tare weights on the receipt were not the same as the ones on the baskets. But of course this place is busy so the baskets of my material were already empty and the baskets being filled by someone else. So there was no way for either the attendant or myself to double-check the weights. I was handed a receipt to take to the cashier. Cashier was supposed to pay me $113.04. instead the cashier gave me $103.05. I did not realize that I was short changed until after I had already walked away from the counter. So not only did they short change me $10 but if I go by their weights they underpaid me $2.15 for my material. Unless the place is sold to someone else or gets under some new management I won't be returning to diamond hills recycling center anytime in the near future. If you're looking for a recommendation I would recommend that you sell your cans to a recycling center who uses fair business practices and has some measure of integrity on a professional level. I worked in the recycling industry for a dozen years and I am well aware of how a state certified recycling center makes money. The entire recycling industry in this state is subsidized by the state of California. If you are running an honest business there is no way for you to not make a profit. And if you conduct your business ethically and treat your customers with respect you can also be an asset to the community. In my personal opinion it is a sad day in America when a business chooses to prey on and exploit the people in their community, the same people who keep them in business, because they think they can, because what are you going to do? They are the only place in Beaumont to sell your cans. Tell you what I'm going to do, I'm going to drive to Colton to sell my cans.

Negative Rating...This place is a rip-off. They don't weigh honest...to top it off i was distracted and cashed in 32 pounds of metal and they paid me for 1.4 pounds of metal. Nothing I can do once I walked away.

Efficient processing of recyclables. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't see the scale when they weighed my cans and bottles. Polite staff. Stoked that they had a coupon!!

I went to Diamond Hills Recycling to day to recycle my plastic bottles, aluminum cans and glass bottles. Unknowns to me they will only accept up to 100 lbs of cans per person per day. I had 125 lbs. They told me that they would only pay for 99 lbs or I had to take all of it back. Of course I had no choice but to let them rip me off. If that was not bad enough I had a coupon that stated they would pay $1.75 per lb for the cans which I presented yet they only paid me $1.70 per lb. The end result is they shorted me $50. I will not be doing business with them again.

They were very helpful and quick. I had two loads and were in and out about as fast as I could unload both times.

I've been doing business with Marty and Steven since they opened the business. I wouldn't go any other place unless they closed their doors. Everyone there has always been very helpful.

Couldn't be more satisfied with Diamond Hills Recycling. Quick and easy use with the large mesh baskets. This was my first visit but it definitely will not be my last. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I can not recommend this place highly enough.

So happy I was able to find this place. They are super nice and extra helpful. The giant baskets make it much easier and faster to get through when turning in recycled bottled and cans. The deal on Wednesday’s to spin the wheel was also a really cool perk for bringing them there. If you are in the beaumont area bring your recycling here. They also recycle more than just bottles cans and glass!

Put a hold on payment for recycling. I had CRV recycles, copper, and some aluminum . Did not inform until after the fact, he was going to put a hold on monies owed. No posting anywhere. Looked it up, should hold for 3 days for copper. However should have been paid immediately for CRV.
