Lake Almanor Country Club Rec 1 is absolutely amazing! The boat ramp makes getting on the water super easy and smooth. Stunning views, clean area, and plenty of space to relax by the lake. Perfect spot for boating and enjoying nature. Highly recommend!

Snowpack is good for xcountry skiing and snowshoeing. Be sure to go to Coppervale for Colorado like power skiing conditions this weekend. Super fun with 70s pricing.
We have been coming to Lake Almanor Country Club for the past 12 years. Our kids love swimming and playing at Rec Area 1. They get ice cream from the pro shop, play pickle ball and tennis. They also ride their bikes all over. It's a gated community and the rental houses great for all sorts of gatherings - family, friends, or Moms and Boys.
It doesn't get better than this! Perfect for family vacations. The rec center includes a swimming area, playground, pickle ball courts, bocce ball, and tennis courts. It's a beautiful, well maintained center. The lake is perfect for swimming or sunbathing. There is a lifeguard on duty during the day. The staff are super friendly. We were driving down to the beach area and somehow would up away the gulf course and the maintenance staff drove us down the beach himself! Talk about customer service! We will be back!
Family friendly but 1 star off because its not dog friendly. Beach and water clean and beautiful. Plenty of tables avlb for a packed lunch. Fun playground for kids of all ages.
My family has been going here for over 20 years now. The cabins and environment are outstanding. There is always something fun to do. Water levels this year are higher than we've seen in a very long time, and the water is very clean. So many wonderful memories of swimming to the dock with my siblings and cousins. It's an incredible place and I can't recommend it enough. Thank you LACC staff for keeping this place so nice!
