This place is a true 1 of 1. My wife and I had a wedding celebration here this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect. There are so many different areas to enjoy from the hotel dining area to the saloon, the deck, the grilling area, and the lawn. The kitchen in particular is insanely well appointed but the whole hotel is very well stocked. Angela and Steve were very easy to work with and there at the drop of a hat if we needed anything.
Don't expect things to be taken care of for you, but if you found this place you probably understand that. This is not a soulless luxury hotel but rather a unique place full of history and charm.
This is a venue hotel. You have to rent the entire place. It has a large bar and full kitchen with all the amenities. It is a lot of fun for your large group to enjoy the mountains.
We stayed in one of the China Alley cabins. It was fantastic. Everything we needed. This is the 2nd year that we stayed there. They are very clean and comfy. Would recommend it to anyone! Angela was amazing!
We hosted my daughter’s wedding at the Union Hotel and everything was very magical. We had a long weekend of laughing, celebrating, catching up with family and a wedding that everyone still talks about. Our photographer was able to capture some amazing photos that will be cherished for years to come.
We definitely recommend this location to all our friends who are looking for venues or family reunions.

My husband & I were struggling to find a location for our wedding when the Union Hotel was brought to our attention and let me tell you... it exceeded every expectation. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, the hotel provided enough space for how large our wedding was and the environment made it feel as if we were having a destination wedding without being too far from home. I am very proud to have been given the opportunity to get married here.
Nice comforts in a beautiful historic building with lots of old photos and historic documents on display. Wonderful space for an event. The owners are very nice and helpful.
We spent last weekend there for a company event and the hotel is amazing! The kiddos had lots of fun, we had plenty of spaces to spend the hours, the kitchen is MAGNIFICENT! It has a great game room, the patio, the dining room and the bar is so much fun! You can hike around and watch lots of nature. Definitely going back again!
