I needed a headlight bulb replaced and it was expertly done in under a minute!

Awesome products, including random toys/collectibles (we.go there for our Hot Wheels needs) and keychains, GREAT prices, and knowledgeable/helpful employees who will come out to your car and check leaks, or whatever your concern is. Best auto parts store in the area!!! 👍

Love the staff and service. Returning items is a breeze, the gals helped install new head light bulbs and wiper blades as I had shoulder surgery, great customer service acumen. 5 plus stars!! Doesn’t matter who takes care of you; they are all very helpful!

You know, I like this place alright, I appreciate that it is one of the few auto supply stores in this sparsely populated county. I do not appreciate an experience I have had here though. While in east Quincy I was driving uphill to get to Quincy, and my car stalled on me. So I turned around and stopped in to see what’s going on. A worker there, I do not recall his name, he came out to test my battery, told me that I needed an alternator, and continued to try to sell me one. I’m glad I listened to my intuition, and took my car to plumas auto diagnostics down the road. The gentleman there tested my battery, determined that it was dead, and sold me an interstate battery. I haven’t seen the guy who wrongly tried to sell me an alternator for a while, so I hope that he isn’t trying to take advantage of people’s ignorance just to gain a profit anymore.

Very helpful employees and very helpful when they can. They also will go out of there way to make you feel comfortable and welcome when you come in. They will also help you diagnose and look parts up if you need it to help you repair anything you are working on.

Open 7 days a week until 7 pm, and they price match competitors prices... So why would you go anywhere else? The company itself has a culture centered on excellent customer service, and the employees at this location are all dedicated to that. It's for this reason that I believe this is the best parts house in the area, hands down.

Sunday oct 18, 2020 I was in need of oil in my car. I shopped at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Quincy, Ca. Steve the employee was very polite and nit only sold me the oil but also after put the oil in my car he checked my oil level to be sure it was enough. I want to thank O’Reilly’s for employing such a polite and helpful young man!

Jordan was beyond helpful! He sold me some windshield wipers and offered to install them and then when they didn’t fit, he upgraded me for free! What fantastic service!!! Thank you!!!!
