Wanted to personally thank Driver Daniel for his help. I'm pretty sure he had other matters to deal with but he took a few minutes to help out my daughter and I. Class act. Hard to find people like him nowadays.
What others wont do, Ace will! They provided great service and were super accommodating. They were quick to help and assist in any questions I had. I appreciate their business and will definitely continue to use them for all my towing needs.

Mike was amazing. He arrived in minutes which was a refreshing surprise for a tow truck service. He was also courteous and super helpful with helping me transfer items out of my car and with locating a misplaced key. I felt very safe too. Jeff is the man! Very experienced with large size toolboxes you can tell the guy knows exactly what he’s doing. Been using these guys for years, but never with such an odd request like a very large toolbox. They have yet to disappoint. Good job guys and thank you.
I let your towing truck, number 26, pass when it needed to. I got into my car and moved it out of the way so the truck could go through.
When I needed to leave, the driver refused to do the same. Instead of moving the truck to let me pass, he continued handling his own tasks and stood in the middle of the road until he was completely finished. He could have moved for a moment to let me exit, but he chose not to.
This is unacceptable behavior. Next time, I will not move my car at all. Your truck will wait until I am finished, no matter how long it takes. That is exactly the standard your driver demonstrated.
There was zero courtesy — no “thank you,” no apology, no basic respect. Actions like this damage your company’s reputation.
I had a great experience with this towing company! They had great customer service and were very kind and helpful. They were recommend by a friend and I’m Glad I chose to trust them with my vehicle 5/5 stars !
The young lady that pulled u to save my families car off the side of the road was very fast professional and tightened it down. Like a pro!! Would recommend to my family!
I can’t speak for the entire Towing company itself but RACHEL, the manager is known to pocket money and be very rude. 2 of us in line watched her manipulate a old lady out of her cash and then charged her the same fee through her card. Again her name is Rachel and she gaslights everyone’s dispute against her. Recently an old employee and a few ppl made reports and a private FB page about the remarks and service she’s provided for a while. The old employee said she took a few dollars out of someone car and said “They should have been more responsible, now this is a tip for me, geez I hate the holidays I wish they were over” Thankyou for the others giving me a breakdown of the receipt because she also refused to give the receipt if I payed for a offs reason. The strangest most unnecessary encounter.
I had Baillie tow my truck for me and she’s very professional and very experienced I would definitely want her to tow my truck again if need be!! Great experience

My RV was towed to Ace in the hole with all my personal belongings. I did go the very next day to straight things out and retrieve my very important items, passport license plate, iPad, two brand New phones from Verizon. Finally after a week of crying and begging to please let me get my items back. They allowed me to go to the trailer. Everything had benched shuffled around, and those important items were missing very bad business. If this happens to you when you get your car towed, try to get it out of immediately or something will be missing. And the girl at the front is absolutely disrespectful. Maybe she should get another job.
Best tow company around. Fast efficient and amazing team. I use them for my work job and personal when I needed it. These guys are the best. The ladies in the office are nice polite and amazing! The tow drivers are amazing and great at their job. The price is great too!
I want to give a shout out to Jeff. He’s the one that came and got me when my car had gotten a flat And Jeff is a kindest guy ever he was kind and sweet and we talked all the way until I drop my car off. He was a kind young man. Well, he’s probably an old man but he’s young and my car was at 576 N. sunrise and they were there not long after $170. My daughter paid for it, but I want to thank you for his kind and loving heart for being so kind and you deserve a bonus. You deserve a race. Thank you, Jeff. I have used Ace many times for my towing needs. The last time was what prompted me to leave this review. I was driving home from the casino early in the morning and got a flat tire on the freeway. I called Ace and they had a driver there in 15 mins. He loaded my vehicle on his tow truck fast and gave me a ride to my home. Thank you so much Gregg, I appreciate your hard work and getting me out of a scary situation quickly.
I was having a bad day because I woke up to my car being towed off my sister's apartment complex, I reached out for information and informed them I had my niece with me. They acted so fast and were there to meet me at the shop in less than 15 minutes! I appreciate your hard work and acting fast so I could take her to class on time. Daniel is the person that helped, so big shout out to you. If there was a tip featured I'd of gave one but I'll write this as a gesture of my appreciation. Keep up the good work.
Joe was charged with picking up a trailer on private property. Due to the situation, Rocklin Officers were called to stand down while he hooked it up. He delivered and parked it at our storage lot. He was professional and kind. Tomorrow is his birthday so give him a shout out.

While I was waiting I listen to them help and elderly couple get their car to them for a reduced. "It's how you help the community, they'll spread the word" now THAT is customer service.
Avoid at all costs. Dealing with Ace in the Hole Towing in Roseville was one of the most frustrating and dishonest experiences I’ve ever had with a business. The staff was incredibly rude, and they flat-out lied about their pricing over the phone. I was quoted one price, but my card was charged significantly more without authorization. When I tried to dispute the charge, they were completely unhelpful and even sent fake bills to collections. This became a nightmare when I applied for an apartment and had to go through the trouble of disputing the false debt. If you value your time, money, and credit score, steer clear of this place.

I am so happy with their service. My daughter got into a car accident late Sunday. I called several people and no one wanted to come out late Sunday. Ace in the hole came fast. They were polite. I’ll be using them now when needed.
Had my car impounded by them, came back to my car and they ruined the whole side of my car. I was getting the car towed from there when they told me I have to wait to talk with a manager who I waited for 1 hour for, then I paid the tow truck driver and told him he can leave because it was taking so long. They offered to tow my car for free. After sometime when manager pulled up the guy told me 500 for damages then 700, then 1200$. I told him to do 3000$ and he laughed at it and because I didn’t accept his 1200 he said he won’t tow my car for me even though 3 people from their company said they will because I had to let the tow truck driver leave. Denied to provide insurense details as well. He kept saying he’ll get the estimator out for me so he can estimate my car…. Never happened. Maybe a couple weeks later he offered 3000$ after I had to go out of my pocked 200+ for a different tow company, I told him I’ll think about it. Then took the car to get an estimate where the damages were $10,000+ Don’t do business with this scummy tow yard
Thank you guys, for coming to my wife's rescue as her tire got shredded on the freeway (always a nightmare scenario for me) and was lucky enough not to be too far from getting picked up on her way to visit her parents.
Is towing without insurance/roadside assistance cheap? No, but I thought the price was reasonable, the turn around time good, and the customer service over the phone great. I spoke with the same rep twice (because my wife also called them and we both accidentally scheduled them twice haha, oops!) and each interaction was pleasant and professional.
Then, the tow truck driver was also the same, pleasant and professional (I was told) so that's a sign of a good company culture. Keep up the great work and thank you again!
