First off, the staff are the best, funny and friendly, always honest. The quality of parts is really good; I've never had an issue with the staff or parts here. I've never had to return a part, and I've never had to go back because they give me the right parts the first time. I like how they always double-check the order before I leave.
The only problem is they are not closer to where we are, outside of location, and that they practically own all our money. All joking aside, they are perfect for us. You don't just get parts here; you get good, like-minded friends, "men" you can trust to help you get the trustworthy parts you need. Go someplace else, and you are going to end up regretting it; that I can promise.

Parts Mike got my Reid knuckles shipped in no time at all! I was super impressed with how well they were able to plan their inventory in advance. For comparison, I waited 6 months for the same part with one of their competitors and eventually had to cancel. Parts Mike is also extremely helpful in understanding your build and working with you on any questions or issues you may be having!

Awesome customer service from sale to post sale support. I called make a modification to my order Del was very helpful. He got me squared away and the correct parts to me very fast. The guy who works the front of the shop, Del, has got to be most of the most knowledgeable guys i have ever meet in in the world of 4x4 and is the reason why i will be a forever customer! Finally, a company that is for the people and not just there to make a sale.
It was another good experience over there Mike is very knowledgeable with diffs and axles but also and also isn't afraid to think out-of-the-box to solve some suspension steering or fabrication issues,I've been going there & sending people there for years
