Line can get long but they seem to move the line efficiently. Tile and concrete is $110 per ton. A bit pricey but they do it for the recycling aspect to avoid everything going to the dump.
I gave at least a 2 star only because it is convenient. But the service at the booth is ridiculous. They barely have the window open to pay and to receive change. And have an attitude. Even cursed at my husband because he was upset about their attitude. They couldn't open the window a little wider to give the change. Do better. If you don't like your job, leave and give it to someone else that would appreciate it.
Thank you for your assistance I was inquiring about trashing furniture etc., as I am moving from this area. and I was quoted 1500$ by a private company trash hauler who advertise on Facebook youtube. I called this location and they explained to me what I need to do and what they will take and honestly I am such much more at ease that we are gonna trash all this stuff ourselves. It's a good local dump. You can bring any of your trash. They charge about $90 per vehicle (minimum). You should fill that vehicle at much as possible.
Their prices are ridiculous. The minimum is $110, and they don't weigh you correctly. I paid $155 for a load that didn't weigh more than a ton. I'm never going back here again. I had been coming here for years but their new prices are ridiculous. Anywhere else, you paid $80 for the minimum. It's said a shame they got greedy.

I went to dump some material. Was quoted $250 at the scale. Was not told what weight the "scale masters" were estimating my truck to be. They said Pay now or later. I was directed to the wrong dump area at first, had to back up and move to the outside dump area. I came back to the scale after dumping and making a loop around their parking lot which is not designed well for scale entrance and scale exit. Now the "scale masters" are telling me the price is $295. I would have took the first price of $250 "still ridiculous" if I knew what they were estimating my truck to weigh, for I know how much my truck weighs and would have been able to get a better price. Spoke to the young supervisor who did absolutely nothing for me besides waste my time. In the end he walked away from my vehicle, would not give me his name, and did not help rectify the situation in any way. Would not recommend, poor staff help and service.
This place is a REPO OFF if you pay cash they charge you less i when and charge me a lot of money for green stuff...i really appreciate it if the people in charge check this prices is better to go to tierra verde. Irvine. Even if you drive little more
I called on July 18th to confirm hours. And then all of a sudden out of the blue there's signs a one thing and they're closed when they should be open at least that's what their website had said on their pictures and when I called on the 18th They said they were open 7 days a week until 6 PM Is poor service in my opinion.
Super busy I have never seen a place so busy The staff was very professional and kind and I was impressed!!! If u stand there and count the trucks u can count the stars in the sky this place is busy the guy controlling traffic is amazing and informative very professional I can't say it enough wow
As a OTR driver(over the road driver ) I have seen millions of places places most people will never see
This place is open on sundays from 7am to 5pm ....or 6pm. Look on their website. Prices are ok if you dont have alot of trash. Their minimum fee is $60 for 1lb to 1 ton.
For being a transfer station, and not a landfill, the pricing wasn't horrible. The smell in the dump area was a little strong, but not unbearable. Biggest improvement would be to have the workers help.
Given its a recycling and trash dump, it's not soo bad. When it's hot it can smell a bit but not too over powering, although I hate the bee's and fly's. Driving inside the place can get scary and you can get blocked in by big trucks if you go right before closing (there's a massive line that goes thruout parking lot which is smaller and they are parked pretty much.). It could be a lot worse overall but also could be better. I think they pay a little more than the 3rd party centers at the grocery stores so I keep coming back here and just follow a few rules of mine and it works out fine for me. Suggestions: wear a pair of old tennis shoes (no flip flops gross), bring disposable gloves to wear, hand sanitizer and some kind of wipe sanitizer disposable type thing, if can avoid the heat do it (go earlier in the AM or if I can wait till weather cools I do), have stuff separated before you go there, and take at least a big trash bag full of smashed cans and one of plastics which is all I recycle here otherwise I feel it's not worth the whole trip if I'm not cashing in at least $30. Sunscreen for those fair skinned like I am. Oh and on hot days when the bees and bugs are flying all around, a face mask to protect your mouth and you don't have to worry about one flying in.
