this use to be the best spot around to turn in your recycling. now they are ripping off customers by deducting wight because a couple non cev bottles were mixed on the rest that I missed honest mistake but no reason to deduct almost 40% of the original ticket you handed me because there was a hand full of non crv was in there .so you lost a good customer went up the street with no issues at all
I can't say enough good things about SA Recycling in Santa Ana! From the moment you walk in, Maura and Kathy in the office greet you with a warm, friendly smile and are incredibly helpful, especially if you're new to commercial recycling. Their knowledge and willingness to assist make the entire process smooth and stress-free.
A special shout-out to the guys outside as well! They are always helpful, courteous, and respectful, making the experience even better. Even though there's another SA Recycling location that's more convenient just off the highway in Anaheim, I always choose Santa Ana because of the fantastic staff.
Highly recommend this location and will definitely be using their services again!
Easy process for a first timer. Says get paid next Monday after a Wednesday drop off date. Top prices let's hope the check don't bounce! Will update to 5 stars if Monday goes easy
They discriminate. They said i couldn't throw anything because my truck was reported stolen so i called the police department and it wasn't true. They are liars and rude. Very immature to act like that they must still be in high school.
This place business hours show they close at 4. I called to confirm and Showed up 20 min prior to close and the gates were closed already. Rude lady came out and had her attitude said they were closed. Told her it was 3:40 not 4 pm and she didn’t care What a waste of time coming from Oceanside. Fix your business hours to show the correct times people waste time and gas!!!
Our company was seeking to buy 200s containers from SA recycling. Our purchase team went today and trying to get some information the workers just told us, we don't sell. No even tell us why or who to contact with. just shut the door for us.
I went there for the first time today and the staff was great! I had to drop off some metal I was trying to get rid of, when I arrived I accidentally went to a different area of the facility where they receive aluminum recyclables. The attendant that was there kindly informed me that ferrous metals were received in a different area. When I got to the area where they receive metal the ladies at the weighing window were very kind as well, and didn't seemed annoyed at all that it was my first time there. Just tossed my stuff and left in about 10 minutes, very smooth process. I went in the morning and it was drizzling so there weren't many people there. Thanks SA Recycling!
Came here to recycle cable they wanted to give me 45c a pound. When sa recycling in chino is paying 65c a pound. Same company. What a rip off!! I Called the 800 number suplied by owner, wich is cutomer service number but they can't seem to know why why the price difrent. They told me the manager is the one that places the prices .I think they need to rehire good people with little more knowledge and better customer service .. 10min away Global recycling 56c garcias 65c pays way better.
Awesome people . Always fair to me and my family , They have always been their in our time of need . They have inspired me to build more Costa Mesa Pedal Cars using recycled metal , Here is one I built.
Pay less than what your metal actually is worth. This is the third time they have done this to me without me saying anything to them. Won't be coming here again.
I m a coach of a youht soccer team .my son and l collected the empty water bottles .I took them to this recycling center and I found out that the metal basket where they weight the plastic bottles weights a pound less that they are marked. So you get pay a pound less . I talked to the manager and showed to him ,he walked away saying I will check them later knowing that there were line of people of people waiting . I can imaging how much money their are making every day. I kept my receipts just and case.
I always go to the Anahiem one their better than this place. There was no communication on what was going on. I ended up costing myself about 15$ because they just counted it all as tin and I wanted to seperate it. I dont put all the blame on them tho its my job to communicate to. But I will be going to the Anaheim one only from now on Im more comfortable. Sandra in the window was nice even tho she was the bearer of bad news on how they do it there.
