They took my mom’s car at our apartments pretty sure the manager is on it too. He’s way too young to be driving around a 100k car at 24y old. PLEASE FILE A POLICE REPORT TO YOUR CITY.
Extremely bad service here the costumer service lady is such a rude person. Got my car towed in my apartment parking space because of a sticker! It’s not fair that company comes and towed the cars just because they want too. I Paid $400 to take out my car, this towing company needs to be sued immediately.
These people saw me walking towards my car at 1am with my 4 month old infant, and proceeded to speed off with my car. I understand doing your job, but the manner of which they did it was really low and grimey.. Then they will proceed to rob you of $410 cash (not even for a full 24hrs) just to retrieve your vehicle... Please shut these kind of businesses down. They take advantage of people and kick you while your down...
