I understand this people is doing its job but they should notify when they take a car. I was frightened and scared thinking someone stole my truck. I called the police,my insurance and even the complex manager . The police did not have a report yet. My God this is inhumane
Save your time and call someone else. Waited all day for a tow and they kept giving the run around about being 2-3 hours out every time. Unprofessional to say the least.
They took my mom’s car at our apartments pretty sure the manager is on it too. He’s way too young to be driving around a 100k car at 24y old.

Extremely bad service here the costumer service lady is such a rude person. Got my car towed in my apartment parking space because of a sticker! It’s not fair that company comes and towed the cars just because they want too. I Paid $400 to take out my car, this towing company needs to be sued immediately.
These people saw me walking towards my car at 1am with my 4 month old infant, and proceeded to speed off with my car. I understand doing your job, but the manner of which they did it was really low and grimey.. Then they will proceed to rob you of $410 cash (not even for a full 24hrs) just to retrieve your vehicle... Please shut these kind of businesses down. They take advantage of people and kick you while your down...

Very unprofessional. When they responded to a vehicle blocking my garage they left didn't tow the car and then they said my apt complex contract with them isn't up to date. Which is kind of funny since they towed another vehicle from the same place. Gabriel doesn't have any guts

Worst tow company ever. Towed my car with a pass in it because it wasn't on the mirror I was towed. My toddler knocked it down. They towed it with my car seats than demanded we come get it. Didn't tell me it's cash only, who has $410 cash???? The place to get your car it's really sketchy!! Don't go alone. The owners name is Abel.
They damaged my tailgate on my 2020 gmc denali when they towed it. And now they dont want to pay to fix it!

I had to get one of my vehicles towed to another loaction, and needed it done immediately. I called them to get a quote and they were at my house within 20 minutes! Quick, afforable, & efficient service. Thank you Abel for towing my car! I will reccomend this company to anyone needing tow services, and will continue to use them in the future if needed.
I was a bit disappointed in the amount of service that I received from this establishment. I rented a U-Haul and I believe the proprietor, who I met that day, was late by an hour and 15 minutes. My U-Haul pick up was at 9:00. There was a bit of a warning sign when I first called in to make the appointment and I was urged to do everything online. In the end I felt as if there was a bit of laziness going on with my whole experience. The apology I got was sorry I had to go to home Depot and get gas for my car. The proprietor didn't even try to offer any type of economical remunation or a discount just asked me if I had my paperwork in order handed the keys and off I went. I probably will not utilize this establishment again in the future.
This towing company is scam ,robber for towing cars . They towed my daughter car with no reason ,took her car while there was a lot of other cars parked there all nights over and over and they never touch them
The charge was twice of the fee they suppose to charge per to their policy .my daughter visited me for couple of hours because I feel sick and I asked her to stay with me in case of COVID -19 ,she can take me to doctore .but they took her car and end up charge her for $365 just for couple of hours . I wish their business goes down soon to not able to robber other people .

The guy dispatching was very nice and was helpful. Even though it was my falut for parking in the red zone they were just doing their job. Finally got my car out after 8 hours of being inside and $365.00 later. OUCH THAT HURT!
The male who answers the phone at night is extremely lazy, rude and confused. He claims to be the manager [but I doubt it] yet has no clue whats going on with his own company, how sad. He can't even be bothered to contact and confirm information with his own employees and would rather sound dumb and clueless instead of professional and consistent.
About an hour ago Edson towed my Honda Civic because my car didn’t want to start. He was really fast in hooking up my car. He also has really good customer service. He was really careful. When I called Coast To Coast towing they gave me a really good price. I had called another tow truck company and they were charging me the double of what Coast To Coast charged me. I would really recommend Coast to Coast towing.
Today my car got a flat tire so I called Coast to Coast Towing and they gave me a really good price. Also Abel arrived to my location in less than 20 minutes and did the job quick. He was really helpful and careful. I would really recommend Coast To Coast Towing.
These are horrible people running this business. As a business owner myself, I understand my legal rights and they are crooks. Please be cautious of these people. Not only have they towed my car that was in MY parking spot that I pay for monthly, they broke into my car and stole my parking pass to make it seem as if it was my fault. Legal action has been put in place and this company will be severely sued. If there are any other people that have experienced the same issues as myself, I highly recommend you to reach out to me and we will be in contact to provide more information for my lawyer. The Pinewood Villas apartments are also involved in being sued for hiring and supporting this absurd criminal behavior.
Awful customer service experience I talked to 2 different people and they are rude as can be.
The last person that talked to hanged up on me, they towed my car and left it with scratches they don't care about your vehicle it's all about the money.
It cost me $395 because they charge you if you want to use a credit card. We made an appointment but arrived 10 minutes earlier they made us wait until it was the time, but they were in the shop. This business should not have a license to be in business most of the reviews on yelp have the same issue BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR.

Corrupt gang like affiliants. These guys go around towing random vehicles to scrape as much money as they can because other wise people wouldn’t hire their services. 3 times I’ve had to get police involved in the illegal towing of my vehicles. Charging me 100 dollars to bring my car down, cops show up an my car comes down for free. Watch yourself a every1!
I would rate them no stars butbi have to mark one. These people towed my veihcle from my apartment complex. I had a permit in the window and they are choosing to say otherwise. I had just moved in to the complex I called and they want to charge me $325. For just a tow not that long ago
Our shop has been using their services for over 14 years. Very reliable with very affordable and reasonable prices for customers. Coast to Coast is the Tow company you need in crunch time. Fair, honest, highly recommended.
They towed my car,unauthorized, from mechanic shop's parking at 7am in the morning.
Called them in matter of hours; they didn't give me their address; called local police, advised,to pay. pick my car,and pursue legal action. They charge me $350

I had a 2009 camry that broke down on me on the 5 freeway. I looked up many places but all of them had bad reviews it wasn't until i stumbled upon Coast to Coast. Couldn't believe how fast the service was. Not to mention their incredible prices. Very quick and accurate. Abel the driver was very friendly and didn't make the ride awkward he made conversation. Wonderful place recommend to anyone who needs a good tow.
