Worst customer service. Employees look at you like you’re bothering them. Not a thought behind those eyes. Fully on their phone as you’re trying to check out. Don’t waste your time or money.
Very rude customer service!! We walked in there and we saw a worker laying down. Didn’t bother to ask if we needed help or if I was looking for anything in particular.

I'm beginning to wrench on my own vehicles now as the car Stealership' fix one thing on my car, then seemingly sabotage another. In any case, I like picking up my car parts here and getting input on how to go about replacing them. Everything bolts right up and is working properly thus far . Thanks for your help peeps

Very pleased with the customer service provided by the employees of this store. The manager Uziel was extremely helpful. My check engine light came on and he helped me get that checked out. He gave me his best recommendation on what Oil Pressure Sensor I should get. Will definitely come back here for future car parts
I am extremely frustrated with the phone communication at your location. I left my phone ringing for an entire hour while working on my truck, and no one answered. It’s no surprise that other Orange locations are also struggling to get through to you. This is completely unacceptable and is clearly impacting service and operations.
This issue needs to be addressed immediately. Prompt and reliable communication is essential for smooth operations.
Rene was really kind and helpful. He didn’t have to help me with the AC Coolant but he took the time to explain and teach me how to apply new coolant to my car.
The guy answering the phone on 5/22/24 at 8:40 is rude called to ask a bout a product to see if they had it in stock and the guy told me I had to come down and look my self like it’s not his job to help me do so or look on the system then I asked him if he could ordor it to his store and he said nothing is coming up when I before have ordered the product to that specific store in the past guy was simply not doing his job right

Sold me spark plugs for the awesome price then Very helpful help me put my spark plugs in then loan the tools I've never had anybody at any location or AutoZone ever help me like that and I'm thankful for you guys keep up the good work
Good quality products and staff knowledgeable in what are best-bets for solving your cars problems. Many times they have parts in stock when other stores have to have them brought in which means there's no delay in starting a repair.
You won't be disappointed.
Helped by employee I think was Orichaba (and I know I have it wrong because I'm terrible with names, but I'm sure there's only one guy with a crazy name even similar to that). That said he was knowledgeable and polite. He got me what I needed quickly and since I have a Chevy Silverado that's on 24 inch rims and I'm only 5'1 and had boots with heels he put the oil in for me. Very happy!!
This was my first time visit at this location and received exceptional service. Israel greeted me at the door and took his time to answer questions and directed me to the product i was looking for. I will certainly start making my automotive purchases at this store from hereon.

This place has many parts on stock but employees don't care to find your part they just say we don't carry and i go to nex store and they find it from the same company some employees trying to help.
I go to O’Reilly’s for my auto needs often, but what separates store locations is customer service quality. And, I’ve always preferred this Santa Ana store even if I have to drive more miles away. The “Herculean” built attendant, Odi, has a lot of patience and diligence in helping out customers in the best way possible. He ensured I had the parts I preferred and needed, plus, gave me some tips with how to shop at O’Reilly’s more effectively and specific to my vehicle. TY, Odi and crew!
The lady that works there is an idiot! Not helpful at all. Every question I asked she didn't know or bother to ask another employee that probably knew.
Nice guys good customer service lot of foot traffic in the area they have a large selection of parts and products more than likely you will find what you're looking for and someone there will have the knowledge to help you with whatever you're working on good place to go
Employees are friendlier than that zone place by far! As well as knowledgeable and very helpful and will get "hands-on" on occasion to assure you of fit or diagnosis.
The prices are better on many items than the other 'boys' and they'll give you a free charge and/or analysis on your car battery.
They also give a $10 store credit if you bring in a core, no purchase required! Being open late until 10:00pm helped me since I work late and have a family.
These guys are the lasiest punks i have ever talk to on the phone, i will never go to this store and will tell all my friends to avoid Jesus the rude @#^&* that he is
