Went in there not knowing exactly what parts I needed for the issue my vehicle had. Andres was thorough and professional and extremely knowledgeable about the parts I needed for my vehicle. I purchased all the parts for my car. Their pricing was more than fair. I will be coming back . Thank you.

I do not know why I even try to go to other places. This location always has everything I need to complete my auto maintenance. The product appears to be of better quality as well. I am not a professional but a DIY.

So I went into the store today and a man by the name of Alberto was SO rude didn’t assist me what so ever. Clearly I am a women and do not know much about cars but he clearly stated “you need to help me in order to help you”! Long store short I just need oil and filter for a oil change this cost me $72 total I get home my father tells me they over charged me, I drive back thankfully a worker by the name of Reggie assisted me so how I was over charged helped me recommended a gallon and cheaper filter total $41 and refunded me back the rest of the money. If you go into this store don’t even bother getting any type of help with this rude employee ALBERT

I'm from out of town and I had a little emergency with my vehicle and Alberto was wonderful!!! Helped resolve the problem and was very reassuring. Alberto is the best!

Avoid this place. I just called to ask if they have SprayMax 2k auto spray paint and the guy laughed. He was rude condescending. He said that is not something they would sell there, yet they carry this at other automotive paint supply stores. There is a real auto application for using such a paint. I will head over to Martin in El Monte. I spoke with them and the guy said it is stronger than a lot of paints. The funny thing is this guy has no idea what I'm using it for and I will bet I can shoot a car far better than this clown on the phone with a gun and even with a spray can. Too bad for them there are other places to buy supplies.

Was looking for a specific non auto related part, they were super friendly and helpful! They tried very hard to get my issue resolved and even recommended a shop down the road that was able to get me parts to get this customer back up and running. Highly recommend!

Nice place in downtown Santa Ana, but the parking really sucks. I like that they are carrying a lot more heavy duty truck and trailer parts too...

Guess was really rude with a judgemental unwelcoming attitude. I was with a friend and their dad while they were buying a part and guss treated us terribly instead of trying to help he was following us and wouldn't stop looking at us rudely while we were asking the cashier for the part. I asked him for his name politely and he replied mad for WHAT? I said I've worked in hospitality and costumer service and would like to write a yelp review. I would give 0 stars for guess however the cashier attending us was helpful and nice instead of rude like guss pushing people away with his attitude.

I always check the parts before I leave the store. I encourage you to do so in this store... I did order an o2 sensor. The item in the box was out of the sealed bag and the cooper paste sample was not inside... the Thread was full of cooper paste with mark on the thread that shows it was screwed in. I told them that sensor was not new. They argued that o2 sensor always come with cooper paste already applied and no I won't get a discount because the sensor is new. Told me if I wanted to be reimburse because they don't understand why I don't take the part. They then started to talk in my back. Total lack of customer service. At least their is always RockAuto if you want cheaper AND NEW PARTS! Last time in this store.

Save time. Order online and pick it up at the store. Hint: "Pro Pack" means the part is wrapped in cellophane and no box. It will be $0.50 cheaper.

Well first of all I didn't like the service. I was at one point all alone waiting for a person to help me but they decided to go in the back of the office away from the from where customers like me where waiting,I will never go back there due to there poor work attitude.

Had some forklift parts I could not even get part numbers thru O'Reillys and went here. Not only could they find the correct part numbers, they also stock them!

These guys were so helpful, good selection of parts and tools. I bought an amazing battery charger that was on-sale, half off, which is the nicest one I've ever owned. I shopped around, on-foot, but the prices all seemed sky high for what used to cost $35. The one I paid $59 for was a high-tech wonder. Thanks guys, well done.

This guys are clueless about what they doing. I took it back 6 months old battery for warrant one of person works there(he calmed he is been working for Napa for 10 years) he told me battery is at list 5 years old. I know I bought battery about 4 months ago sure eagnufh when I took different Napa they told me it shows only 6 months old in there system so they replaced. Please train your staff. I will never buy anything from this location.

Very helpful customer service, they'll help you find whatever it is that you need & you can also call here for price quotes. NAPA also price matches from competitors so if you find something cheaper & then print it out & bring it here or you can just write it down & let them know.

Their customer service is backwards. You are better off calling and you will get better service. I took the time to drive all the way to the store and the guy helping me takes a call and has me waiting their in front of him for 15 minutes. Unbelievable! I would recomend to call in your order, otherwise u might storm out writing a review like I did.

I Took my dead under warrenty napa battery to this place today for them to tell me I had to wait 1 hour for them to charge it and retest. I told them the battery was just charged and tested at pep boys in costa mesa. "no matter we have to charge and test ourselves". 1 Hour goes by then to my surprise he tells me "this battery is through, done, dead". No Sh!&...he then tells me "the warrenty on the battery is 2 years and its 23 months old and the warrenty is PRO RATED and a new battery is 92 dollars". New battery at pepboys with great service $79.99 I ask them why did they wait to tell me this so I wouldnt have waited???? "Have a nice day" the manager tells me...
