This is a shady operation/‘business’ at its finest. They refused to accept credit card after I mentioned wanting to claim vehicle under protest and insisted that since I mentioned under protest, only cash payments would be accepted to release vehicle. Got cash from ATM and returned, they would not identify themselves or who was servicing me in general. They also would not let me sign when I noted under protest, they insisted that the only acceptable signature is what is reflected on my license with no added notes. I believe that is against my rights. Both of the ladies working demanded no recordings on premises and threatened if I was to record dialogue for legal documentation that my car would not be released. They did not provide clear reasoning and edited the timing and processing paperwork during the time I was gone.

When confronted, they gave vague excuses and tried to hide behind paperwork that didn’t apply. First time place and hold and the call drops, second time I called again and had to wait longer since the call had dropped I lost my place on the line, and when I thought I was finally going to get someone to me help me after 20+ minutes I get placed hold again because the priority seem to be the incoming calls.
Worst illegal towing place with the most unprofessional women working there. A day after my car crash I went to pick up my personal belongings, and I see all my documents in the compartment all over , my food I picked up for dinner was opened and eaten, shoe mud prints all over the car, the lady kept yelling at me saying I can't take my phone with me to go pick up my belongings, I said it only stat on the wal , no audio or vedio to be taken, nothing about holding my phone. She said I can make my own rules. She made fun of me that I can't see well when I didn't have my glasses on me.

This place is a joke my husband got back from work at 3 in the morning and so we have 1 assigned parking spot in our apartment complex that means no one else is allowed in our parking spot and if someone is in our parking spot we were told to call this towing company which became a total waste of my time calling them because someone was parked in our parking spot and not only parked but they were parked really bad and could’ve hit our neighbors car because they passed the line and so I called this company and they asked for my address and the car license plate number that was in our parking spot and also they wanted to know my parking # so I gave them all that information and they told me when they get here there going to need documentation of my agreement of the apartments I’m living at and I was okay with giving that information when they got here….but then after all that they asked for the model of the car that was parked and I didn’t know it also it was an old car and they said if I didn’t know it I would have to call the police instead and that was no help because the police can’t do anything about it I was just back and forth in calls at 3 in the morning until a south district patrol came to look at the car and there was someone inside the car and parked illegally in our parking spot… waisted my time if I could give this company zero stars I would
After my car was towed, I arrived at To' and Mo' Towing within 24 hours to retrieve it, only to find myself in a very questionable situation. The staff was pushy and insistent that I needed to sign away my title, which seemed extremely shady given that my car had only been there for a short time. I had my wallet out the entire time and was ready to pay to get my car out of the lot which I stated upon at my arrival. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of my stressful situation. It was clear to me that they were more interested in profiting from the situation than providing a legitimate service. To' and Mo' Towing should be held accountable for their actions, especially when they exploit vulnerable people. I would strongly advise anyone to be cautious and thoroughly any agreements they try to push on you.
My car was stolen and later abandoned in Santa Ana, where it was towed by this company. When I went to pick up my belongings, they didn’t allow me to take pictures of my own vehicle.
The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I even overheard them speaking to other customers on the phone in a similarly unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I do not recommend this company at all. It’s no surprise they have such a low rating on Google.

Shadiest business I’ve ever had to interact with, I would give them less than a zero if I could. I called the dispatcher before arriving for the price on Friday (05/17/2024) evening since they towed my car on Friday morning. I went in person Friday evening and the driver informed me that if I requested a video for the night my car was towed, I would receive one. Also, he informed me that if I came the following day within 8am to 5pm, that there would NOT be a gate fee but a storage fee for 2 days. So I returned the following day, they REFUSED to show me the video that was taken and I am now paying the storage fee for 2 days AND the gate fee!! I asked for the price on Monday and opted to pay the Saturday price as it was lower. I called on Monday (05/20/2024) to speak to a manager (which they refuse to give me) as my decision was based on what THEIR EMPLOYEE TOLD ME FRIDAY EVENING and the dispatcher said that because I asked for Friday’s price and Monday’s price I should’ve known their itemized list prices for Saturday. This specific dispatcher was condescending and rude (the other dispatcher on Friday evening was not). This company’s employees all have a different understanding of the rules and need some more training because the misinformation between them is only benefiting them and scamming the person having to pay their ridiculous prices.
Horrible service, outstanding prices, and also they are thieves and are shady. Im in the middle of suing them and also, make sure not to let these people walk all over you. If they take your car unfairly, call the cops and file a police report because these people are unethical, rude criminals. They treat everyone like garbage. And they break into your car to steal everything. They didn't take any inventory of my property. The supervisor was wearing a necklace my mom gave me, and it's unique, but she's a total WITCH with a capital B. And if the cops won't help, call the sheriff's and/or highway patrol, and by law, they have to return your car without paying their ridiculous fines. Especially if you're homeless, theirs a proposition that protects your car from these ordeals due to claiming your vehicle as your home. This company must be shut down. And record them cuz when you go on the window they say you can't record them yet they have cameras so if they have that then it's legal for you to record due to the loophole in their contract. Becareful cuz they auction your car before the final date which is illegal.
If your vehicle is ever tow here please I beg of you make sure to check your vehicle for any damages when you get it back, they damaged my vehicle stating the damages were there prior when I know for a fact they were not. They are rude, mean , and just bad people. Trying to optain information about your vehicle is a hassle. They are rude when talking to over the phone and in person. Just terrible terrible.
THIEVES!!! So unprofessional !!! They took my vehicle to their tow yard when I asked to have them drop it off at my house and charged me a $350 fee to have them take my vehicle to their tow yard AND a $350 fee to have them drop it off at my house! Also gave me so much attitude over the phone while asking an update for my vehicle. Don’t trust this place, they will find any excuse or way to take your money.
If there was option to give them less than 1 star I would, a kind stealing people money, I on Weekends they charge you 152 extra to pick up your vehicle, if you don't pay they will charge you overnight.

Would give less than 1 star if possible. Rates are theft ($376 4hrs after being towed????). They’re unhelpful. They say one thing on the phone then deny they said it when in person. Terrible, rude service and company. Also took over 30 min to retrieve my vehicle when I was the only one present. Awful.
The guy who towed my car was awesome. My car was immobilized in an accident and I rode with him to this place. He was quite helpful.
However, the administration staff here is the complete opposite. They do the bare minimum and do not show that they care about customers at all. I was there with a few other parties and the interaction was very transactional. The facility itself is nice with comfy leather couches, but the "cold shoulder" approach to almost everyone they served while I was there didn't help this company.
Also, they will purposely hold your car for as long as they could because they charge by the hour (forced me to personally drive 20 mins back to update the release party name when we had talked about it over the phone). I know this is how they make money, but people with their cars towed are in bad situations, one way or another. A little bit of understanding and help would go a long way in retaining customers.
I personally will never utilize this towing service again based on my experience with the front desk staff. They simply don't seem to want to be there.
This towing company tows cars for CHP, Santa Ana Police Dept and various businesses and residences. They are a preditorial towing company providing little to no value to humanity by legally committing highway robbery impounding peoples vehicles and then charging them insane amounts to get their car back. My car was towed today 1/25/2023 and it took $694 to get it released from the tow yard.
They towed my vehicle from my registered parking spot. The lady at the front desk also took my keys, drove my vehicle, and stole things out of my vehicle. They charged a different rate than quoted on the phone and posted on their signs. I am not sure the legality, but they don’t want to be documented or recorded and they steal. They seem to be engaged in illegal and shady business practices.
Not reliable. Terrible service. Our property manager called them for an illegally parked car in our office parking lot but they took hours to show up and could care less about doing their jobs. If you need good towing service do NOT use To and Mo.

Car got towed at night and when I went to pick it up in the morning they charged me for a whole day? I understand that is it technically a different day BUT 24h did not pass since my car got towed so why would i need to pay for the full day?

So my car got towed by to and mo. Got stored at the Santa Ana location. Went to pick it up and ran the bell like 5 times but nobody seemed to want to let me in! Walked around the facility and still couldn't get in so I had to call them in which then, they let me in! Got my vehicle, paid $435!!! Unbelievable!!! My vehicle was only in there for less than 24 hours. Here's the worst part...someone scratched my car to the right of the drivers side door handle!! This scratch was not there prior to them towing my vehicle! I emailed them immediately with pictures per their instructions over the phone. No response to my email. After 4 phone calls, I finally got a hold of Mike the manager. He told me that the driver took a video of the car and claimed the scratch was already there (likely story!) I said "how can you prove this too me?" Mike said to "come on down and watch the video." I said "How do I know this video wasn't taken after your driver scratched it?" He said "Well, I can't seem to convince you so take it up with your insurance." Unbelievable! Rather than taking ownership and offering to remedy the problem by offering to fix the scratch they caused, this is the response I get. No wonder every review on this company is a 1 star. These guys suck!!
Illegaly towing vehicles is the specialty of this unregulated tow company associated with Anaheim Police Department. Doing the Dirty work for the police and making it worst for the poor working class while this company make money on tows and auctioning off cars that some are illegaly towed.
