They quoted me one price 80 to 140 depending on tint, I told them what my truck was over the phone, then tow truck got here and they changed the price on me and used a stupid excuse why it cost 170 when they knew exactly what kinda truck it was. I will not use there service again.crooks. when I called they told me 20 minutes, then the driver called me and he told me another 20 minutes. I should have read the reviews, I would have not called them. It was difficult to open my truck either
Seriously do NOT call this company for assistance. I rarely give reviews and a patient person . I called for quote and availability at 1pm. They gave me a quick quote and stated the driver will be by around 30minutes. I called back after an hour to get updates ETA, they said the driver would be there in 10-12 minutes . I call back after 30 minutes again for updates ETA. Told their dispatch I have been waiting for 1.4 Hrs since I made the initial call . Dispatch lady said they have in their notes 1 hr eta was given . Common sense would tell you that I have been waiting 2 hrs , what does the note even have anything to do with anything at that point ? It’s already super late ! Dispatch said again the driver will be by in 10 minutes . I replied asking if that’s an honest eta bc I have been waiting in the car with no power and it’s hot outside . I’m sweating and body over heating. I don’t mind waiting but just give me an honest eta . The dispatch hung up on me !!. 20 minutes has passed since then and still no driver . I had to call another tow truck . AGAIN don’t call this company . They are not honest and jerk you around . Would you trust them handling your vehicle or in desperate help? Definitely not !!!!!!!!
Save your time and contact other tow truck companies in the area that actually have professionalism and reputable
By the time the other tow truck came . Still no call from their driver or dispatcher team . Total of 3 hrs passed!!!! Crazy
If you don’t believe me go look at their yelp reviews! Everyone says the same thing . I’m sure their google reviews are fake . No way they can have above ZERO stars
