A+ service for sure! This place is so dope that I am never going to OCC again. Literally the fastest process I've ever experienced in this industry. The staff was not only fast & ultra efficient, they were all SUPER friendly. Social Distancing protocol was followed and the staff wore masks. I loved the woman behind the window too. Super sweet on the phone and even sweeter in person.
They take eligible cans, plastic bottles, glass bottles and also cardboard and aluminum. Nice job guys!
The customer service isn’t great. Some help some are just walking around
First time I went, I got a check for $101. Months later I take the same amount weight of cans, more plastic and more glass and only got 81. They always take more than what they are supposed to give depending on who’s working I guess. Some employees are more honest than others.

I was there today with my brother and sister , We took two trucks and two trailers full of cardbord . The people who work their are super nice , It was a pleasure to meet the owner there too. He helped us get a spot to unload the cardbord and he was concerned for our safety when we unloading the trucks and trailers . That's real service and pride . Thank you Allans .
I've been going here for years and I think they have the best service at the best price. Every one is nice and helpful (if it's not too busy) I'm on and out quickly and get paid cash with no problems
Not sure why other reviews give this place a low rating. This business is simply focused on RECYCLING!!. You pull up, you sort YOUR recyclables ( often with an attendant assisting you), they weigh your recyclables, they print your receipt, you cash your receipt and you are on your way.....also, it is PERFECTLY OK for them to ask for your I.D., it's actually the law... Other reviews expect way too much from this industrial company who is open for the benefit of the public. I MEAN SERIOUSLY!....I GIVE THE ALLEN CO.
I went here this morning an after separating 4 bags of cans an plastic they told me I needed a mask. I got in my car to call my wife to bring 1 an someone in a car next to me gave me an extra mask he had. I got out of my vehicle to continue separating my recyclables only to be told I had to leave. They wanted me to either leave the recyclables id already separated or to just pour them into the back of my new Infiniti Suv. I showed up with them bagged up for a reason so they didn't make a mess in my new car. They refused to give me any bags to put them back on an I left. To me it feels like they stole 4 bags of cans. Avoid this place like the plague. I think this all happened just because I look white. Doesnt matter to them that my last name is Ramos.....
I would definitely give them zero stars if I could! They will rip you off when you try to turn in recyclables.
I brought them TEN bottles that were worth 10 cents each. They only paid me for NINE bottles and said that six of those were only 5 cent bottles.
They ran off with the bottles before I could even complain!
This place is the dirtiest and most deceptive company I have ever been to. They photo copied my ID for 3 dollars. Im reporting them to the law enforcement agency because that is just illegal.

Collect our bottles in a hurry without listening to our inquiries. Also no reminder that magazines are charged from us until they’ve collected them and we go to the cashier.
I had some plastic bottles, some were heaver than the water bottles, so I wanted
to sell the heaver ones by weight and the liter ones by count,which I had 500, but they would only take 50 at a time. It would take me ten trips to turn the bottles in and I would get $2.50 each trip. If I sold them by weight I would lose about $17.00. I think they should take more than 50 at a to time, O well !
