If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Franz and Justin were absolutely amazing from start to finish with our junk removal. They showed up right on time with great attitudes, ready to work—and they worked FAST.
Not only were they incredibly efficient, but they were also super respectful of our space, careful with everything they moved, and had the kind of positive energy that makes a stressful task feel surprisingly enjoyable. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it really shows.
They made the entire process smooth and seamless. What felt overwhelming to us, they handled with total professionalism and ease. The pricing was fair and transparent, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job before they left. Not only did they help us remove junk from our space but they also helped us move extremely heavy and precious furniture into our UHaul!

Franz and his other associate did such a great job clearing out all the junk on my front yard. They arrived promptly and were quick to explain everything fully to me before getting started. These guys were so friendly and I love supporting small businesses. They cleared out everything super quickly and gave us a discount for bringing all the items to the front of the house. I needed a mattress picked up ASAP. I live in a small apartment complex, got a new bed delivered on a Saturday morning, and a neighbor flipped out when I put my old mattress by the dumpster. I called Purrfect Junk Removal, he was in the middle of another job, said he can come in a couple of hours and quoted a very reasonable price. Arrived as expected and even gave me a 10% discount! All I have to say is WOW! The service was next level. I live in an apartment complex and when I pulled up from work he was there already loading some items for someone else. I asked about pricing and he said he would be right over after he was done with his other customer. He knocked on the door, he took off his shoes and provided me a price. Great Service! Very professional and friendly. It was an extremely easy process, simply messaged them a picture of what I needed removed, they called to set and confirm a schedule, they showed up, friendly, happy, and ready to help. They were careful, taking care not to damage the property when moving my enormous furniture around.

I used Purrfect Junk Removal last week to remove a large, heavy dresser that I didn’t want anymore. They were great! They responded very quickly to my request for a bid and gave me a competitive estimate. They were able to do the job on a schedule that fit with what I needed. Franz was great to work with. He was professional and communicated well to let me know their exact arrival timing, etc. The job was tough, since the dresser was on the second floor and had to be taken down some tricky stairs, but it went very well. I will definitely use them in the future for other junk removal needs.
