I came and brought in my Civic for an oil change last minute since I got out of work and most shops are closed after 5PM and I’m super happy I did. They were super attentive and genuine people not to mention their great price. I’m not one to usually take time to type a review but I knew I had to for this business. Would definitely recommend coming here for your car maintenance needs!

They have the best prices too I'm a bit late on my review, but in July I went to get a new battery and they hooked me up with a 2year warranty and had me out the shop in less than 20 min pretty much!

I’m a local car dealer and have tried many shops in the Orange County area. I have a good understanding of what repairs should cost, and what quality service is in the auto industry. The guys here at J&A are exactly that. One of my trucks broke down at a gas station. AAA wouldn’t tow my truck because it was “too big.” After a quick Google search I found J&A. They were able to tow my truck and replace the fuel pump having me back on the road 24 hours later. The price was very reasonable, and the service was 5 stars. I definitely recommend this shop.
I got stuck with a flat tire, good thing we found this auto shop. They’re super friendly and helpful, showed up within 10 minutes, towed my car to the shop, replaced the tire and sorted me out in no time. Awesome service!

I came to this shop with my 1987 corolla that needed some major tune up work . J & A was able to do everything that needed to be done for my car from a brand new cooling system to changing the worn bushing in my car . They were responsive when I had questions and updated me if I had any other problems with my car . This Business does quality work! Don't get ripped off by the next mechanic trying to get a quick buck! I recommend !
Got my car towed $100, on a Sunday, which is 3.4 miles away from the repair shop. On Monday, You diagnosed my car and said I needed a new engine that would cost me $5,000 to replace it. I called off work, because I had no car and waited for the status of my car. Then I wanted my car to be towed home, 40 miles away. They say $320. That afternoon, I texted for the status of the tow. They couldn't tow it because they had a family emergency. I had to call in late to work the second day. They said they deliver the car by 8:30 am. Cost me $420. $100 for Sunday and $320 for the Monday tow. What was wrong with my car??? The fuel pump! Cost me $550. If you had diagnosed it right, I would have saved $320. But like what you said, You know I Don't want to put $5000 in to repairing my car. Rent needed to be paid, there is a $85 storage fee daily. You left my car with a dead battery, I couldn't pop my trunk nor roll up my window. * I DIDN'T NEED A NEW ENGINE *
Seriously, what happened today was unbelievable! The undercarriage of my car came unattached. Im not from the area and found J & A repairs and towing thru a local internet random search. when I arrived I was prepared to wait hours and spend hundreds. Total opposite. The two mechanics had my car on the rack within 10 mins, fixed the problem, like a magician and charged me only a few dollars. The young man explained what led to my undercarriage coming loose showed me the order of repairs that were going to be needed in the future. He did all this knowing I didn’t live in the local area and would probably never see me again. He just might. I would not hesitate to drive over an hour to give these guys my automotive business in the future! Thank you again for being, professional, friendly and helping a total stranger. You guys are great mechanics and awesome guys!

I had always gone to Jesse and his son for anything on my cars. I bought a used car that just needed engine mounts removed. So I allowed Jesse to replace them. Took them a couple hours. Road off and the next day check engine light is on and for one week the car would shifting all weird. I went back and he told me it was a transmission issue and would cost me $700 to fix. So I took it to another mechanic and he showed me down to the scratch marked where Jesse had damaged and broke a small but important part of my engine. The solenoid clutch or something. I let my new mechanic fix what Jesse had done for less than 200 bucks. Do not go to this mechanic, he will disguise issues and take advantage of those that are not aware what happens under the hood. If I hadn't taken immediate action, I would not have a car right now. Makes me wonder why my previous car, a van, stopped driving normally.

Last Saturday, Oct 13, 2018, I went to J&A for a Brake Job on my 745i. In less than an hour, they had my car fixed. So, away I went on my way to work, J&A saved the day ...! And now, I am now a customer for life. I highly recommend them.

This place is a SCAM. They took my car out of their lot without my permission, they put gas in my car and drove it off the lot. They also ran over a nail with my car and only repaired my tire,then his son tries to accuse me of running the nail over when i had check the cars tires prior to dropping it off.THIS IS THE KICKER. Jesse told me he replaced the parts i needed and charged me 825$ for a compressor. Went to a different mechanic the next day since the issue was not fixed. The other mechanic told me that jesse never even replaced the parts he charged me for. If you have been scammed contact me since i am seeking serious legal actions towards this Scam.
they towed my truck. They told me 350 a hour. Tow from fullerton to rancho cucamonga. I called them at 9:10. And they were done at 1:10. They charge me 4 and half hours total. They said they need drive 30 mins back to their yard. That is very Intersting. They let me sit in my truck and keep my engine running during towing. Very unprofessional, very upset about the service. Never use them again. Please call others companies when you have other choices.

I called this company for towing services yesterday (10/22/16) and they told me they would be available within 20-40 minutes. They told me that all they required was a signed document from me authorizing the tow. After waiting 40 minutes, i called back to make sure they were still on their way and i was informed they would get here at any minute. I patiently waited another 30 minutes before calling back . I then spoke to another person, who claimed to be the owner, who wasn't sure if a driver was on his way. He claimed that he just showed up to close up the place for the day. I then got angry and told him that I've been waiting for over an hour. He said that i need to call the cops first and then give him a call back fornthe towing services. I told him that if i call the cops and then call back, that they would he would not be there because he had just explained to me that he was just there to close up. He had nothing to say. So in other words, this company made me wait over an hour before telling me to "f" off. This company is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate to their potential customers. They are shady as hell but what towing company isnt?
trash mechanics, owner and pothead sons are out to rip people off. They changed my transmission for $1500, they made me pay cash, no receipt. when I got it back 2nd gear was kicking like a horse. I called them and they said there was nothing they could do about it. 1 month later transmission neutralized. say goodbye. talk about a group of scam artists. like father, like sons.
I've been coming to the shop for years. They're very professional, friendly, reasonable prices and they know what they are doing. I highly recommend the shop for any service on your car. You will not regret it.
They charge and add prices without consulting you. Plus, changed the catalytic converter to find that it was not the correct one when it came time to do a smog check and they still charged another fee! Last time there. Better know your parts or what you get into.
Jesse is awesome!! Recommend this place if you want someone that knows what they are doing. Jesse not only helped me with my issue but gave me information to avoid having this issue come up again.

Don't invest in these guys wanted to charge me 900$ just to fix knock sensor Don't waste your time i got it fixed for 200$ somewhere so yeah this place is terrible
