  I live 2 minutes away from an autozone and would rather drive MORE to get to an orielly. Too may mistakes in autozone to count
  
  Unfortunately last week I went to autozone to dispose oil and when I got there and asked the young guy in the counter, he looked confused and told me he was going to check if it was full
  
  I am bilingual so I understood when he went to go ask the other guy in Spanish if he knew if the tank was full because he didnt know how to check the level and funny enough he also didnt know and asked one last employee in Spanish if he knew and the last guy just said “I dont know either just tell him its full”
  
  The young guy came back and told me “Its full” so i told him if he knew if another autozone had empty tanks expecting him to call and direct me but without calling he just said “yes they should” so I left and called this orielly and right away the guy in the phone said yes and he even went to go and check again to verify and when I got there they were already expecting me and were super nice and friendly , lets go orielly!!!

  Unfortunately, my battery decided to die on Labor Day. I went to autozone and they didn’t even want to bother helping me. I drove 2 lights down the street and Enrique and Adrian were able to provide me with the correct battery and even went as far as to installing it for me. Definitely returning here instead of autozone! :)

  Just went in to ask for help with my brake light and the guys were all so kind and helpful! Leo even placed it for me and I had such a nice chat with him and Hamid after. Definitely recommend this place! Thanks again guys for the great customer service! 100/10 experience!

  Only had 1 working the counter with 6 people in line.needed headlight bulb and batteries in 2 key fobs .I was there 20 minutes when it should have been 5.will not recommend this oreillys and any reillys for that matter.

  Ordered 2 online parts that were only available online but I needed them pronto. I noticed if they are shipped to the neatest store. I could pick them up the next day. BAM! It worked. If shipped to me? At least 3 days.

  There is only one person at the counter. He is helpful but most customers need technical help so those in line have to wait a long time just to pay. Forget taking back something for refund. I stood there for 20 minutes for the only one at the store to issue refund. I will never go back to this store.

  On 6/3/22 the the guy that closed the store was completely rude, I walked to ask for a replacement battery for my car key and he did not want to take the initiative to help me with what battery size my car key was. It was a simple question that’s why they got their computers to check and that’s what he gets paid for!!! He was just being lazy and provided bad customer service ..I asked him to check for me and he didn’t want to because he had to open it and “did not want to be responsible” how silly I had gone to that same store a couple months back and the other worker was really friendly to replace the battery for me..go somewhere else don’t waste your time there

  This is a store that doesn't honor their customer by letting them use a restroom, Miguel said we don't let our customers use our restroom. That was the last time I'll be buying anything from O'Reilly's. Pep Boys are way courteous.

  The meanest customer service of all orange county autoparts.
  When you call to ask for parts or services they say they have it, when you get to the store they said no they don't have it then they try to sell other things that you don't need.

  They always say "the used oil tank is full". Really...Poor management. I have never had that problem with Auto zone which is 2 lights away from this place.

  Oreilly is the best. I found what I was looking for thanks to the Assistant Manager Art. He is a great worker with a great customer service. He goes beyond expectations to satify and please customer. I will now consider myself an Oreilly customer for life. GREAT STORE.

  Horrible. Won't help you if u need it even if ur a veteran or ask politely. All they know is how to sweep and push buttons. Jesus should change his name to anti-christ because all the Jesus' I know, help.
