I sent our company's IT equipment in and Posh, the purchasing manager, was a tremendous support in getting me a great deal on the equipment that was not of use anymore. It was my first time sending in equipment and at the same time I gained a lot of useful information on what they accept and how to package stuff before sending it out. Anyone wanting to sell unwanted IT equipment should call and ask for Posh, he was wonderful and patient with me at the same time!
I dealt with Posh, as my sales/point of contact. Not only did he provide me with transparent pricing on both purchasing and selling, but he was the first person I've spoken to on the phone when it came to selling equipment. Most other companies I've worked with stuck strictly to email communications.
He was prompt, responsive, and helped me out in a huge way. I didn't end up selling my network switch to him, but he was able to provide me with some hard drive upgrades I have been wanting to do for quite a while!
10/10 will work with him again next time I need to upgrade my homelab!
