12/5/24 - My car is still in the repair process. But I can say this (and I will update this review once I get my baby back) they have an exceptional communication policy. Oscar is the person handling my claim. He has kept me abreast of the process calling and leaving messages (when I'm not available) describing the work being done. Exceptional customer service and professionalism. I just didn't expect repairs to last almost a month...to be continue.
12/11/24 - Update: I got my car back nine days before the target date. This was my only real concern. HUGE! This crew's reputation precedes them. Oscar and his crew did an excellent job on my car. The level of professionalism, communication, customer service and general good client relations is commendable. Good job on my car. I highly recommend this crew.
Oscar was great. He kept me up to date and managed all my questions. He was always offering me a ride, even though I was working 2 blocks away. When I stopped by, he took the time to show me my car and discuss the repair. Car looks great and they had it completed 4 days ahead of schedule.

I give this place a 10/10. I was rear-ended and had to take my car somewhere. I have never been to a collision shop prior. They handled everything extremely professionally. My car looked better after, than it did even before the accident, AND they washed/detailed the interior and exterior. Miguel was extremely professional and courteous. I got regular updates on the progress and completion date which was very helpful. I would absolutely suggest bringing your car here.
I took my car for front end damage but the insurance didn't want to cover the total repair cost. So I went to pick it up. After that I noticed its missing driver seat belt and a tablet holder.
As I was sitting at the market place in Tustin, CA, three pieces of wood from a palm tree fell on my car shattering my windshield and hood. The insurance referred me to Caliber Collision in Santa Ana. Miguel and the front desk girl were very kind, listened to my story and were sympathetic. Miguel kept me informed of the progress by text and within a week, my car was done. At my request, and own financial resources, they detailed my entire car. It looks brand new. The windshield is perfect and I am very pleased. I recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs repairs on their car.

I couldn't believe how fast they got my car back, it had $5K worth of damage and being an EV has so many sensor and calibration that has to be done and I got it back in 4 days. We have used caliber collision in Santa Ana, California in the past, and that is why we came back with a new claim. Miguel was the person assigned to me, and he was professional, friendly, helpful, involved, and otherwise perfect. The parts needed matched paint, and, when installed on the vehicle, we could not tell the difference. It was as if it was painted at the factory. The process was efficient, and the vehicle was delivered earlier than promised. A courtesy wash, wax, and detailing, at no extra charge, of course, is always appreciated. This is a class act. We highly recommend!

I'm not usually one to write reviews about a business, but after my horrendous experience with this location, and the current state of my car, I feel this review is entirely justified. Several weeks ago, I brought my car in after an accident which left the front of my car quite damaged. My insurance had given me a few options for repair shops, and I chose this place based on many positive reviews praising their timely service. I thought it would be perfect since I was only going to be home in Southern California for about a week.
Upon my first visit, the employee assessed the damage and I explained my situation, emphasizing that I would only be home for a certain period and needed my car back promptly to return to school. He seemed considerate and assured me they would try their best to get it done quickly. This turned out to be the only positive interaction I had with them.
After a day or two, they called to say they had assessed the damages and gave us a repair date a bit over a week out, which was slightly inconvenient but manageable. They called frequently during the first week with updates, but this seemed to be only because my dad was very strict and persistent about getting updates.
As the promised date approached, it became evident that things were not going as planned. I had to visit the shop to retrieve a house key from my car and saw that almost nothing had been done. The front of my car was still in pieces; only the paint had been touched. It looked essentially the same as when I had dropped it off.
When my dad called to get another update, they said the car would take a few more days. Despite our understanding of their busy schedule, it was frustrating. Eventually, my dad called again to confirm the new date, and shockingly, they accused him of lying, saying they never promised that date. My dad had my mom as a witness to the conversation, so this blatant dishonesty was infuriating.
My car was not ready by the new date either. My dad kept calling for updates, and each time there was a new excuse: waiting for parts, mechanics unavailable, etc. It seemed like they only started working on my car when my dad nagged them persistently. It dragged on for over two weeks, and then they claimed the alternator was malfunctioning, which was absurd since my car had driven perfectly fine for six hours from San Francisco to Southern California after the accident. During that drive, I had to turn the car on and off several times for pit stops, and it worked without any issues.
This suspicious claim came three weeks into the ordeal. My dad was so fed up he considered taking legal action due to the constant discrepancies and delays. Miraculously, after this, the car was suddenly "fixed" within a couple of days. However, when we finally got the car back, it was clear the job was subpar. All the warning lights started flickering on, and the car clearly had not been properly fixed. We had to take it to a Honda dealership to get it fixed correctly.
This review is to state that despite our patience and understanding, this location was consistently rude, disrespectful, and dishonest. Their actions were highly suspicious, and their service was abysmal. I trusted the positive reviews, expecting timely and efficient work, but that couldn't be further from the truth. I hope others read this review and avoid this location if they want their car repaired properly and to be treated with respect. My experience was horrendous, and I would never bring any vehicle back to this place. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
This place does not care about your vehicle my car with An open trunk was left outside during the rain they didn’t care when they should of covered it or put it inside I didn’t have a flat tire when I droved my car there and it had one when I went for it
They drained my vehicle car battery they didn’t close the car and locked it with the alarm car battery was new and they drained it thanks for such a great experience F for grade
I did email the manager he failed to answer no one cares at caliber collision
I went to get a quote and no one attended to me for like 20 minutes until I complained. A guy took my info and said he would email a quote in a day or 2. A week later I never got the quote. I called and they said they would leave the estimator a message to send it. He never sent it. I called again a few days later and he finally sent it. Prices were extremely high and he didn’t at all listen to the fact that I should get the triple a discount etc. forget this place!! Extremely disappointed given that freeway Honda, which I have been happy with, recommended it.
Great service, everyone is so polite and so attentive and very informative. Leo was so helpful he would call 2-3 times a week to give me updates on my car. My car was completed in the exact time frame that I was given.

One amazing thing: they were able to give me an appointment to bring in the car the next day. I had been quoted 2 to 3 weeks wait by 7 other companies called prior. Imagine!

You ask just for a quote for a bumper, and they obliges you to take an appointment after 3 days.
I drove to them, the office was empty of customers. The feont desk asks one of the males if He is ok to give a quote… and straight in the face his answer was :
“ No I am busy now”
He sure was busy using the computer and filling God knows what Form is that.
But incoming Customer can go to hell of course.

Took my car here to get repaired after my side mirror was hit. All staff was extremely friendly and patient as I had to call claims again to fix an error. Even after some delays my car was fixed the same day. And staff updated me throughout the process as they had to get a part from a dealer. They also washed my car before giving it to me! Definitely a good experience 10/10 recommend!

The work in general was almost fine, just a small detail that you did not give importance to but I am going to tell you (everything is important) not putting a clip in a molding makes your work not 100% finished, so you should train your workers more and say that everything is important.
Took my truck in for a new gas tank and fender liner after someone vandelized it and my insurance sent me there. It took a couple weeks to order the parts from the dealer, but when the repair started it took only 1 day to make the repairs, 2 days faster than promised. They even detailed my truck which was a surprise. If you need anything on your car fixed, i recommend them as your first call.

Excellent repair and service! They went above and beyond the necessary repair. They saw that my headlights were foggy and buffed out the headlights at no extra charge.
I have had to use them twice in the last 2 yrs and both time they gave superior service and excellent repairs!
