Saw a car I was interested in after lunch so I scheduled to test drive it. 5 seconds after I hit submit I received a call to confirm along with directions, not bad. I arrive 2hrs later and in 5 minutes we’re driving around the block. 20yo me would have loved the car but it wasn’t for me. They have a good inventory so found a similar make and model more my style that I decided on buying after a quick test drive. Got paperwork in easily , great terms, and moments later I’m driving off in a better car than the one I saw online. Great team, very helpful, and good selection.

It has been 3 weeks since we last spoke. You assured me you would get back to me the following monday, with not only the complete report of all repairs done on my truck, but also my brand new BFG all terrain tires that your service department took off and swapped for mismatched take offs from 2 different trucks. This is the 3rd time you and I spoke directly and you failed to follow up on any of your promises. I bought my truck in october, paid you $40k cash, and have had absolutely nothing but problems with it and with you and your service department. I still have the mechanical vibration that was on my initial list of problems, it is of course getting progressively worse, and I have zero faith in you or your service department making the necessary repairs at this time. I still have my left front tire rubbing on the inner fender well whenever I make a turn. I still have my front bumper misaligned. What I need from you is a check for $1500 for a new set of tires, a 1 year warranty on drivetrain, and your authorization to take my truck to a Chevy dealer to properly diagnose and repair the vibration, at your expense. I am giving you one last chance to make this right before I escalate this beyond the dealership. Please reply to this email ASAP.

Justin took care of us and got us the car we wanted at a great price. He showed it to us immediately and offered us a test drive, which we accepted. Then we sat down to discuss pricing but we did not spend hours negotiating or arguing about undesirable extras. It only took about 10 minutes to get to a fantastic price!
The car did have a few small, easy fix issues that we did have to go back to the service department for but the whole process was super easy with quick responses and action taken.

Terrible Experience – Deceptive and Unprofessional
Do not do business with Cars Motors Direct.
I scheduled an appointment, agreed on a price, and was told the car would be ready when I arrived. I drove 80 miles—two hours—only to find the car wasn’t ready. Annoying, but I waited.
When I finally saw the vehicle, it was filthy—stains, pet hair, clearly not prepped. I was told it would be cleaned while we started the paperwork. Then things got worse.
I was assured the car had no issues and was shown a clean Carfax. But then I was asked to sign a Vehicle Disclosure Statement stating the car had frame damage and unibody repairs. When I questioned this, I was told, “It’s just standard paperwork.” Really? Then why does it say something completely different from what you just told me?
Next, they offered a letter saying the deal could be unwound if I found anything wrong—again raising red flags. If you’ve inspected the car, why even offer that?
Then came another form—a Statement of Facts—saying the dealer had disclosed frame and suspension issues. That directly contradicts everything they claimed earlier. When I pushed back, they said they’d “change the language.” At that point, I no longer trusted anything they said.
After nearly three hours, the car was still dirty, the process was shady, and the staff had become rude, condescending, and dismissive—like I was the problem for asking logical questions. I’ve never been told “you need to understand” so many times in one conversation. Thanks for that, Frank.
This was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your time. Completely deceptive and unprofessional.

I got there and did a test drive and proceeded with all the paperwork. He made it extremely easy and even talked to my grandpa in the phone who had LOTS of questions LOL. The dealership offers cars at competitive prices, which initially made it a good deal. However, the experience after the purchase was very disappointing. Our salesperson, Justin, promised a full vehicle detail and a full tank of gas when we returned, since their detail shop was closed the day we purchased the car. We made a second trip from San Diego over the weekend specifically for this. Which Justin was very much aware of.
When we arrived, we ended up waiting almost two hours. The car was not detailed as promised, no interior cleaning, no mats installed, nothing wiped down, and the tires weren’t polished. The only thing done was a quick exterior wash. Despite the manager being aware of our complaint, and Justin saying he’d “see if they could at least fill the tank,” we left with just a little over a quarter tank of gas.
The follow-up experience was extremely disappointing. Don’t make promises just to close a sale if you’re not going to keep them. It was not worth the drive, and the lack of follow-through left a very bad impression.
The whole team there is great!!!!! Everyone there was very helpful I was helped out by 3 members not a single one gave me the run around or anything. They were very straight forward and understood my situation. Justin, Jamal and Johnny were very great they helped me start and close out the deal I wanted and was looking for after going to 3 other dealerships and they gave me the numbers I was looking for. Will definitely recommend anybody to come get a vehicle here great selection of vehicles for a very great price!
