Great place for recycling large TVs. They will help you take it out of your car. Staples only take 32" or less. Other e Waste places charge you $1 per lb. I orginally was going to San Juan Capistrano. Because when I called them caller ID said Brea. So I didnt leave a message. This place calls you back when they missed your call! They were super nice, and location in Santa Ana. Easy to find. Large parking lot to park car, and they come take your eWaste out! 5***** !!!
I’m new to Orange County E-waste services, having recently moved from the East Coast where I worked with larger vendors like Iron Mountain. I manage the IT infrastructure for a small business with multiple locations, so I’ve also worked closely with smaller, independent E-waste vendors over the past year. Very easy to work with. Went above and beyond. Our office needed to dispose of several electronic items. I called and set up an appointment. Arrived on time and guided them to location of where items were stored. Quickly removed items and left no mess. They very were polite. I will contact them again if we need to dispose of any electronic items.
The company I work for uses them regularly, I believe I've had Ahmed and Edwin come out for the pickup a couple of times - they load everything up and haul it away quickly and cleanly and crush all hard drives on-site with a witness for visual verification. This company is AWESOME!!! They were quick to respond and so so easy to work with. I had a lot of questions about the "free" pickup, as a lot of other companies I've worked with have hidden fees and the work ends up not being free at all, that was NOT the case with Elian Electronic Recycling! As long as you have at least 10 items on their free pick-up list they will pick up all your e-waste free of charge!!! Will definitely use again!

I booked my appointment on a Saturday, chose the exact date and time I wanted for pickup, and uploaded my list of items—it couldn’t have been simpler. Then, to my surprise, I got a call saying they’d be in my area a few days earlier, and they worked around my schedule to make it happen. Within just **2 days**, I received my certificate of recycling! Honestly, I couldn’t believe how smooth and quick the whole process was.

I will use Elian again. Very easy to work with. No hidden fees. We had several computers, monitors, various old cords, motherboards, electronic plugs, etc. The pickup instructions were clear. And the young man who arrived at our shop to pickup was very pleasant, polite, efficient, professional. We received a Certificate of Destruction a few days after our pickup. And the fee for that was nominal. I highly recommend using this company for your E-waste needs.
