They towed my car from in front of my shop, even though I own the shop, and they towed it while I was inside. When I went to their office, there was an old lady working there who was extremely rude and started yelling at me, saying, “Go back to your country!” She also said I wouldn’t get my car back unless I paid $500 cash only. I told her I wanted to pay by card, but she refused and said cash only. On top of that, my car has damages. This company is terrible, and no one should deal with them, especially because of that rude old lady in the office.
I know the point of towing companies is to be as predatory is possible, but this company takes it to a whole new level.
Our car was towed in the middle of the night, and we did not have the proper paperwork to get it released until the following day.
They would not allow me to get my house keys out of the car, told me I had to come back Monday, and as a woman I felt incredibly unsafe. They also would not allow me access to my medication that was in the car.
I don’t know how these people sleep at night.
These are disrespectful office workers. The tow truck drivers and phone service providers are all disrespectful. They towed my car and immorally charged me $700. They demanded more than they should have, and when I refused, they wouldn't give me my car. They are bandits. They are scammers. Be very careful.
Got charged $500 to get my car back, how is this not fraud? I parked my car next to this car and they chose to take a luxury car not knowing the damages they can do to it. My car got towed at 10:40 and they claimed it was overnight.. 2nd picture time is 10:59 and these cars are still here.. where are the tow trucks now ??? Just proves my point they only target luxury cars because they know they will get their money… horrible customer service as well !
Second time they tow one of my vehicles with a guest permit pass. All because the park and management at my parent’s place have some type of ego trip. Weird, same amount of time my cars were both In the yard but it costs 125$ more? Extortion
The car was wrongfully towed! Even the property manager agreed that they shouldn't have towed the car. I was helping my disabled recipient to get home safely when my car got towed. They took what was left of the non-profit budget, which was dedicated to charity work.
We asked questions to get info about our tow. Towing company front man gave us false information and security told us the towing company lied to us about possibly getting a refund or disputing. It's outrageous as we were trying to be civil and discuss and they threw us lies. Our car was there no longer than 15 minutes and still had to pay all the fees.... overnight parking is not exact times. We were there prior to midnight like 11:30pm and car was gone.
I was parked in an apt complex in Santa Ana with a permit, the security called it in they started to tow me with a permit! Saying cost will be $450 !! Driver asked for $150 cash and I asked him for reciept he said yes and then unhooked my car and sped off & drove away! Called office no manager, was put on hold 3 times left # no call back. Waiting on manager Jose still, thieves & extorting people

I parked my vehicle close to the Hotel I was staying at. The guest pass / permit was displayed on the dashboard. The car was towed to this place. The amount was over $400.00 for the car to be released. I will be seeking legal action.
They towed my car from a shopping center while some businesses were still open. It clearly says no overnight parking but towed my car during business hours. I spoke to Alex and told me he didn’t know the protocols of the company and to call the police instead. The police told me this has nothing to do with them. I called Alex back and now he says I need to speak to Heather. These people need to take their job seriously and at least be professional and efficient. I will be taking them to court because this is not right.
Honestly, I am not mad that they towed my car. What I am upset about is the a piece from the roof of my car is gone. And my emergency gas gift card is gone. I always keep a gas giftcard in my car since I live paycheck to paycheck. After paying the ridiculous 460$ even though they only had my car for a max of 5 hours, whomever towed my car had the audacity to take what doesn't belong to them. So now is the time that I really need that emergency gas money and it's gone.

I wish I could give this place a 0 just picked up my car that got towed and they charged me a holiday fee for opening the gate today 10/14/2024! Since they are technically closed today! I called and told them about this insane fee and told them colombus day is not a holiday and he said it was because 1 his boss said so and 2 because banks and courts were closed which is a lie because I called superior Court and its opened and I called a couple of banks like Schools first, chase, wells Fargo and they are all open! I asked to speak to boss and he said I couldn't because he's never there! These people just steal and expect us to be ok with it! Rateros!
Absolute bottom of the barrel shady towing company. Towed my car with NO WARNING or notice. Had to pay over $400 just to get my car out. 99.9% certain they do this just to make a quick buck. If I could give negative stars, I would. At least the lady in the office was nice...
Some guy from this company in a white Dodge Durango came by close to 11pm to post some no parking fire lane signs. I woke up because we thought someone was trying to break into our vehicles. I watched him throw his trash on the ground while trying to leave. I went outside and confronted him about littering which he gave me and attitude. He proceeded to say it was street sweeping tomorrow which it was clearly not. Regardless of street sweeping or not, it’s not okay to litter. Also, you should not be putting up a sign at 11pm during quiet hours. This is very unprofessional.
I’m not mad about the no parking sign since it’s requested through property management but that sign is in my assigned parking space per my lease agreement.
They towed my 2023 corvette c8 widebody illegally without a flat bed and damaged carbon fiber diffuser front lip forgiatto wheels and rack and pinion . I will take this to a unlimited civil suit.
Never have anything nice to say about tow yards. Especially ones that are in cahoots with greedy landlords and cops(A.c.A.B.). At least the mean lady doesn’t work there anymore and a nicer gal that seems to be overwhelmed with work took her spot. She is nicer willing to help and doesn’t make you feel bad hence the extra star.
The tow drivers wrote a date on my car as if they were getting ready to hand it over to get it sold. So disrespectful. Bright side is I found a really good mexican restaurant down that corner with delicious menudo so I might review them since that was a plus.

This Easter weekend I went to Saturday night mass I saw about 15 cars so I parked there. Church was over at 10pm walking there I saw all those poor people standing clueless. What happen was there was 3 towing trucks going back and forth taking all the cars around 9:30. It's a 3mile drive from church to the yard I got there at 10:30 the cars had just been impounded for 1hr and they charged us $487 what a sin to do this it's just disgusting.
God is good to those who help our others and they'll be glory for those who do it.
TURN THEM IN! Small claims court and report to better business bureau. Predatory towing company. My car was parked in a private business complex. The signs say “no overnight parking” and does not specify parking for a specific business in the parking complex. I was at an event at one of the businesses in the complex that ended at 10:30pm. My car had been towed at 10:15pm. There were other cars parked in the complex and mine was towed. We arrived at the SA Tow and paid $465 for my car that was in their lot for 30 minutes. The woman working the desk told us to dispute it with the security company that authorized the tow. Called the security company the following day and it was a random worker’s contact information they gave out that worked at one of the businesses. He was upset his personal contact information was given out and could not help us. He redirected us to the towing company. We called the towing company asked to speak with the manger, we were told he had left for the day and his working hours were unpredictable because he goes to court a lot. I wonder why…. We asked how to dispute the tow she kept putting us on hold to get paperwork blah blah giving us the run around. She took down our information and said the manager would contact us back. Let’s see how true that is. Karma will catch up to this horrible place.
Update: The manager never called back. We called and had the displeasure of speaking to the office manager. She was the rudest woman I have ever dealt with. She was not helpful and literally screamed at us through the phone. When we asked to connect with the owner she said “no one gets to speak with him you deal with me!” The worst experience and the worst customer service.
The old white lady that runs the office needs to find a new job. People are trying to get their cars back even if it’s their fault for getting towed she belittles them in an already stressful time and is highly inappropriate. I filed a BBB complaint as well because I was overcharged vs. what was listed on their price board and of course they refused to reply back for a resolution. When I took a pic for my records because they are scamming people she screamed at me telling me I am incompetent and that I clearly can’t read signs. Clearly they do not want people taking pictures and videos because they know they are scamming people. I really hope if you are reading this that you did not get your car towed by them because if you did I hope you have a better experience. They really should be shut down for bad business practices and be banned from running any tow business again.
Never have to step but in there. But they did to let my car and the people were really nice and streaming. My calls late at night. She even suggested that I wait because it would be cheaper to go the next day. So they're nice.
They will yell and swear at you simply for asking a question. They will tow your car even if you're a paying customer at a location. I was towed in less then 20 min into ordering my food at a jack in the box. I was charged $440 to pick it up that night. Do not even go to Santa Ana, you're risking getting your vehicle towed illegally. Seriously, just read the rest of the reviews. They are clearly crippling there own local communitie.
Trying to interact as a customer with the lady who may be named Lynessa (drives an older little red Chevy car) who works the front desk at this business was the equivalent of a living nightmare. The rate we were quoted when calling the day before(to pick up our car that next day) was somehow different when talking to her when arriving to their business and she insisted on charging us more to get our car from their facility. When trying to address our concerns as a customer and explain our conversation we had with their other employee prior, she stated that she did not care and that the other lady we talked to had been fired. Feeling very threatened by her demeanor as she called us a “pussy” with our children present with us, we called the Santa Ana police to have a police officer keep the peace. However, before the police came she miraculously got an “override” from her boss and was able to give us the price that we were originally quoted to get our car. If her manager reads this please give her a vacation to go sip on some tropical drinks and get her vibe right or just fire her cause she is not the face a company should be promoting for their customer service representative. I understand that the towing industry at times may not be the most pleasant interacting with customers, but there is a line to be drawn with how to treat people, especially with young children present.
TOTAL CROOKS TOWING CARS ILLEGALLY TO MAKE MONEY!!!! These guys are PREDATORY TOWERS working with Parking Administration Co. to single out cars to tow illegally. We were customers eating at Raising Cains which was in the parking lot of Target on S. Euclid in Anaheim. We parked one row away from the rear of the restaurant and there were several other cars parked in the area. The place was very busy. We were towed within 40 minutes of parking (which is against the law because unless we are blocking an entry or blocking traffic, tow companies have to wait an hour to tow you). We were told by the tow company and the "security" company Parking Administration co that there were signs saying only Target customers which was a LIE. Target was also closed at this time. We photographed the whole parking lot and the entrances. The entry signs only mentioned unauthorized vehicles parked in designated accessible spaces will be towed. The sign also didn't have the tow company's info. Tow company also insisted after the fact that they had signs in the middle of the parking lot which they did not- we returned and took pictures of the entire parking lot. They "conveniently" don't carry receipts in the tow truck so they can't give you back your car even though they hadn't left the lot so then they can charge you travel and storage. They told us to "SUE ME" if they didn't think they were adhering to legal towing laws. However they know all too well that most people just don't have the time to pursue this. They rob people without a gun. YOU GUYS ARE THIEVES!!!!
My husband’s vehicle was illegally towed in the apartment complex that we have lived for over 5 years. The reason I was provided was the security said it was a fake a permit and the only way we would be able to take out the vehicle was by paying for it. I did because I planned to take it up with my home association and the security company. Not sure how they towed it. Not the right way for sure because whole front end towards the bottom is damaged. Like it was bent inwards when being dragged. I proceeded to record my vehicle and the man that towed my vehicle approached and I asked where my “fake permit” was and he said he gave it to the security. Not sure why they unlock my vehicle and give any of my belongings to someone else.
This company's management are robbers. They tow away cars and ask for cash only so one cannot dispute the charge. If they charge with the credit card with that they have a letter signed THAT IF I OPEN A CHARGE BACK CLAIM THIS LETTER WILL VOID THE CLAIM.

My car was taken at a plaza i work there so according to the policy night parking is allowed. Later they took my car away.and they asked us to pay 360 dollars. We have to pay first and according to their words we can get refund later if we have approval we work there. We submitted the approval the next day in march. But until now. We been back and forth many times. But they refuse to give refund. They are tricky
