After waiting almost six hours for another towing company to arrive (Zorros Towing LLC), I had to cancel the request through my roadside agent. John’s Towing was contracted and I was immediately called by their driver to assure me he would be arriving within an hour. He arrived as promised and even helped me jump my car to get it out of the garage. Very courteous and patient. I am very lucky that John’s Towing came to pick up my car to get a flat tire replaced 30 minutes away. I highly recommend this company!!!
I had another tow service try to shake me down for $20 on the side to come during COVID-19 after they already secured the job from my dealership. John's took over the job. The employee fixed what the dealership couldn't in under 5 minutes. I gave the employee the $20 the other company wanted on top of being 2 hours late, as a tip. He was here so fast and saved me a day at the dealership. Top notch shop.
Waited an hour and a half for him to arrive only for it to be transferred to a different job because he “couldn’t complete the job” even though he said he could. Now I have to wait a hour for another tow truck. Unbelievable.
Raul towed our truck to the Ford Service Center in Rancho Santa Margarita and was wonderful. He did a great job and we recognized him from towing this truck before. He was very friendly, and careful when he loaded the truck onto his tow truck. He even gave me a call to report once the truck got to the Service Center. I will use them again. Thank you Raul for taking good care of Ellie!
I let the driver know that my knob on the shifter was sticky. He got it up on the truck and said he couldn’t take it out. Took it to my house and he had to break it in order to get the key out and I didn’t find this out until after I fixed it. Called the office 4 times said they would call me back and never did. Asked to speak with the owner and he said he spoke to the driver but since it was sticky before it’s not his fault that he had to break it and make it non function-able because I can’t get it out of park since it’s broken. The owner told me he’s not waisting his money for him to send a tow truck to pick up my car and fix it. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I had to put a review on here and let everybody know. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else
Driver was very rude and when the office was called they were saying our employees attitude was the problem. Driver went out of their way to be rude and took extra time to block others. So incredibly unprofessional , we’re at a business office building and I had several complaints from multiple people who witnessed the driver say he had the RIGHT to sit and talk. He blocked majority of the parking lot at lunch time since he had the long flat bed, which is obviously one of the busiest times in the lot. He refused to just move at all for anyone and had a bunch of attitude doing it . The car was already loaded to be clear of the situation.
I called yesterday because I left the lights on and when try to turn on the car, it was dead. It was raining and Juan showed up exactly at the time he told me he would be there. He was very corteous and fiendly and professional. I'm very happy with my experience with John's Towing and I recommend it.
If I could give this place zero stars then I would, I was driving down fourth and grand and one of their tow truck drivers was merging into my lane purposely trying to veer me off the road and almost caused me to get into an accident, he then got infront of me swerving violently and hit his breaks as hard as possible trying to get me to crash into him, and when I got into the next lane over for my own safety he proceeded to call me names and threaten me. This is the most unprofessional excuse of an employee I have ever seen and was genuinely horrified at his behavior.
These people are the absolute worst in the business. Their two truck driver was completely and totally negligent. I fell off the side of his flatbed truck after I did his job for him. I'm suing them. Irresponsible, negligence.

I'm under the care of a doctor. I sustained injuries that I still suffer from after the incident with their driver on November 5th 2019.
Angry and hurt suffering...
Was in a 3 car accident where I was hit and spun out and hit the center divider. CHP called these guys (they are 5 miles from accident btw) and tow it. I go a few days later to take pictures and grab personal items as car is totaled and they say nothing about fees. Find out the following Monday I am being charged $65 a day plus $245 for a 5mile tow!! to top it off woulda ben nice if the driver woulda asked if I had AAA cause they are a provider.
I dispatched AAA to change a flat tire @ my Synagogue ( evening before Yom Kipper Religious High holiday ) Driver refused to 1) change tire 2) put tire back underneath car where it must go ( no cargo space to put damaged tire ) he just sat in truck for 15 mins my security guard suggested to 1) Change tire 2) leave tire at Synagogue and I’d dispose of it
My Security staff was a “black man” the trucker completely ignored him as if he was invisible and acted toward each of us with distain
I needed to get the tire changed to be able to leave the grounds of my Synagogue the gates were to be locked by 10:30 pm because of fear from terrorist actions toward Jews and our house of worship
He didn’t care he finally left and did not dispatch another truck ever though he told me & AAA staff on my phone I got call 30 mins later saying accident on fwy the truck won’t be there for an hour!
I had to leave my car there over night and had to get a ride home & then back to the Synagogue the next day
I believe the driver was a racist and bigot and abused his position to inflict prejudice toward me & my security staff because he could what Is this world coming to?
No one is safe!
AAA needs to “fire” this tow company the other reviews lists safety of the drivers and customers
Just because they are in Santa Ana and we need service does not mean we are “low” life’s
AAA dispatched a tow truck to get my vehicle to my home, 5 miles away. I paid $90 to have the driver come. A tow truck arrived, said it was cancelled, and proceeded to drive away leaving me stranded. A second truck was dispatched, and driver "CJ" said he was "confused about the claim". Then he drove away, again leaving me stranded. After an hour and a half, a 3rd tow truck arrived and finally got my car and I to my home.
Leaving a paying customer stranded is irresponsible and inefficient, LET ALONE TWO TIMES, and I will NEVER use their services again.
Raul helped tow our car, he got here within 20 minutes like they said. He made jokes to help the stressful situation pass by faster, and he was very professional. It was cheap it was 75 to load the car and then 5 dollars each mile.
AAA sent a rep out from this company and the gentleman was very nice and efficient. My car was lower but he was able to get it on and off the flatbed with no damage.
Didn’t use as a service, but one of their tow trucks nearly hit three other cars on the 91 because it kept swerving in and out of lanes, or was riding the lane divider. Didn’t use its blinkers half the time. Just an absolutely irresponsible company.
You know... sh;t happens and your car gets towed. It's not the best of times. But I can honestly say J @ John's was a nice guy and I was able to pick up my car in just a short amount of time.
Was given an ETA of 90minutes as of 8am. At noon was given an eta of 20 minutes. at 2:30pm I cancelled the service. They never pickup the phone, all you can do is leaves messages. 2 of us lost a day of work since they were no shows.
Had a service call the other day I believe it was Freddie I'm terrible with names but he was such a friendly guy and super knowledgeable about what my problem was came quicker then expected and got me girlfriend going to work on time instead of late like we thought highly recommend this service and if Freddie wasn't the name I remember that supreme phone case as it stuck on the truck for gps thanks for the help
Mr. John, A very nice person. Me on the other hand! " Well "enough about me. Let's just say John towing I was able to get what I needed and I'm happy, thank you!
Its ok. Just make sure you watch when your car is loaded on the flat bed. Mine would have scraped the front underside if I weren't there to ask the driver to stop.
