If I could give these company a zero I would. I called the company at 4:20pm due to locking my keys in the car. They put my card on file. The clerk quoted me for $140 so I said thank you and have a great day. He turned around said “I can do it for 70” so I agreed and put my card on file. The clerk on the phone said 45minutes to an hour but after 1 1/2 hrs I called the company. They advised me that there should be a tow getting to me in 15 minutes. 30minutes pasted before I called the company again. I asked to speak to a supervisor, they had me on hold for 20 minutes and never picked up the phone. I continued to call the company and explain to them that I was having an emergent and need to get to the hospital to see someone admitted. The company actually blocked my number with my card on file. I had to call them through *67 because at this point it’s been 2 1/2 hrs. During one of the calls the clerk answered and told me “we aren’t helping you call back tomorrow” then proceeded to hang up. I eventually got through to talk to somebody. He was rude over the phone after the experience I had with the company. Once the tow around around 7:45, it took him 20 minutes to open the door. I asked for a discount for the services due to bad service and when I call this company they put me on hold twice. Never answers. The tow man himself told his boos “the company keeps hanging up on her and playing on her phone”. I would zero star this company.
The worst towing service, they kept me waiting for two hours and 30 minutes and when they arrived they wanted to charge me more money than we had agreed upon. 0 recommended
The worst experience with this company. Very unprofessional, I scheduled a towing service at 9pm & 20 minutes later their towing truck broke down & had to reschedule for the next day. They wanted to charge me $50 extra for going twice to where the truck was because the first time nobody was there to provide the truck keys. I provide a different address for the truck to be droop off and was again at the wrong address....it was very frustrating to talk to someone and the constant was placed on hold. But yet they right away wanted credit card payments. Never again will I use this company.

Guy at Spark Towing came out right away and expertly hauled me off a rock I had accidentally driven upon. In the rain! Guy is a rock star! We first had called two other well-known membership towing services. Got nothing but recordings, telephone trees, and automated voices telling us to download the app and submit our request for service via app. No way! We were drenched and frantic to get our car off that rock! A lovely and ALIVE Ella at Spark Towing actually answered our call, took our details and had the truck at our side — from Oakland to Bay Farm Island— within 30 minutes.
Amazing! I strongly suggest you go with the local emergency road service that actually answers your call and helps you, and ditch the national membership that does not.
I had an accident I called them they were really friendly customer service they got to the location really fast the guy who came to take my truck he was really nice friendly
Please BE AWARE! I called at noon on a Thursday. Was told 45 mins. I am still waiting 2 1/2 hours later and no one has showed. Called them 3 times and was told each time that the driver was 10-15 mins out. I’ve already been charged and feel trapped. They have not even bother to contact me one time with any updates. Very unprofessional. I have not even heard a sorry for wait just FYI when he gets there you will need to sign a waiver saying that if anything happens to my vehicle that they are not responsible.

They told me 30-50min. It's been 2 hours and 30min. Save some time and call someone else. This place lies on rates told me 100 flat for being 2 hours late. Evan the Owner calls me and changes the price. EVAN says he won't do business with me. After my car is already towed lol! This place is a joke! If I could give 0 stars I would.
do not waste your time calling these people. They are very rude and impatient over the phone. The man I spoke with on the phone was very unprofessional when I tried asking for information about their services.
Plus, their prices are overpriced in comparison to other towing services in the area.
I call this company because my car get broken on 22 freway before Bristol exit. They say driver will call me shortly. Driver call me after a wile and say will be there soon and ask me if someone told me the price. I say no nobody told me. He communicate me will be cost around 220 dolars. After 1 hour I call back because nobody come . They say in 25 min truck will be there. After 50 min I call back and after more machine answer finally someone respond and put me on hold. After a wile a truck driver call me and say he will come soon. He sad the company only in that moment tell him about me so it was obvious is different driver. He finally come take the car and go to my place. Is around 5.2 miles. There the driver ask me for money. .... 400 dolars. When I get in house I call back the company and ask them what happened because me I call this company and the truck driver was from different company. They say ooo depends about tehnician how much they charge. So I don’t know if someone have good opinion about this company but me I have bad experience with this so please be careful when you call them
Gave a fast emergency service! I was stuck in the middle of the street and The driver arrived quickly and towed me home. He was fast and efficient! The price was fair and the driver was very friendly! Thank you again for the help!

Had a 4 o’clock appointment for them to come to tow our car, we ended up waiting till 7:21pm for the driver to come pick up our car. After already calling the company multiple times and being told that the driver would be there within the hour. So horrible communication, horrible service, and we did not get any kind of discount or reimbursement for the driver being so late. Highly unprofessional.
My experience with Spark Towing was absolutely TERRIBLE. I don't think I have ever dealt with such an unprofessional business. Don't let their good Google reviews fool you - go check their Yelp reviews (I wish I had prior to booking service with them). My experience included long wait times on the phone, hours off of their ETA window, and unpleasant to deal with overall. Do yourself a favor and STAY CLEAR of this company. I am 100% sure there are better towing services in the area.
Don’t call these people. Waited for hours without any call or update then after calling them myself I was quoted $175 to tow 8 miles.

I called Spark Rowing because my battery died and I needed a jump. I was literally a quarter mile from their location. The lady I spoke with told me it would be $80-90 and the truck would be at my location in 30 minutes. We'll, an hour and a half plus 3 phone calls later the truck finally shows up to jump my vehicle. After it's started, they tried to charge me $175. Said they don't know what the lady on the phone told me, but that was their price. Bait and switch. Stay away.
Called to get a 24ft straight truck towed. I simply asked if this was something they can handle and was cut off by the dispatch lady and rudely informed I would need to provide a photo of the truck. Waste of time. Terrible customer service.

Was quoted $40-$100 to get door unlocked got ripped off $150 please just be careful the lady quoted something and it was a different story when the guy showed up
Got stuck this morning on a freeway Java can in about half an hour to my Chevy express Van to the shop was a great track professional and highly recommended
