Insanely frustrating. My company ordered a headlamp from them back at the end of May/beginning of June. Was supposed to take 5 business days to receive. On the 5th day I get an email from the sales rep saying "oh so sorry didn't realize we didn't actually have this part". The following Monday I get the freaking headlamp (which I have already sourced elsewhere). Attempt to contact the sales rep to get a return label, which took about a week to get. Sent it back June 18 and as of now (July 22) have yet to receive my money back on it. I have reached out through email and phone 7 times and have received absolutely no reply. Can assure you my company will NEVER give Castblock our business again.
This business is a complete scam. They sold me two Headlamps that were completely incorrect and then refused to return any of my voicemails or e-mails when I attempted to return them. These people are complete scumbags.

*WARNING* WARNING* WARNING* DO NOT BUY ANY HEADLIGHTS FROM THEM. They are almost a scam company. I bought two headlight from them for my BMW For $2,000. In eBay listing they said that their headlights are brand new OEM and when you speak to them they’ll also say oh yeah they’re brand new never used guess what THAT IS THE BIGGEST LIE, the headlights are junk. Headlights looks good from the outside but when you install them you get all the errors on your dash, water goes inside the headlight, things loos inside the headlight housing, and marker light in one of them wasn’t working. Not only that their promises is terrible this story last more than six months imagine the pain I’m in. They kept sending me different ones but they’re also had problems in them. After all this bad experience they refused to refund my money back in full they said the headlights that I returned to them has some scratches and I mad sure no scratches were in there plus it’s not my fault they sent me broken headlights and I had to install them and try them. I had to take my BMW 7 series whole front end every time they send me a broken headlights. Too long of a review but it worth to read people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A SELF SCREW BOLT THAT WORTH A FRACTION OF A CENT!!!.
I purchased a front and rear bumper from them and only received front bumper. I placed the order on January 3. I have been emailing and not getting any help. I found a number so I was able to call today (1/29/25). They are blaming UPS saying they lost it. Tracking information just started saying UPS had a delay from the same city as business so they knew since January 10th that there was a problem and never informed I am currently waiting on a call back from manager to process my refund for the bumper that I haven’t received. Sad thing is front bumper looks amazing. But we have been without our car for 2 months and they are the cause of the last month.
I pay an grill guard for bumper and I have never recived I asked them for track number and they don't even answer and the hispanic guy named jose who work for them he scam people making extra charge just for his mistake I pay for headlight, balaters and moods for bmw and I it was incomplete never trust on this company
