The guy who answered the phone at Towing Fighters has one of the worst attitudes I’ve dealt with. Sounded like he was annoyed just doing his job. Completely rude and unprofessional — like I was bothering him by simply calling. If this is how they treat people from the start, avoid this place.

I’ve used them twice now — once for a dead battery and once for a tow — and both times they were on time, honest, and helpful. You can tell they care about building relationships in the community. Called at 10:16pm for a jump start they told me it would take 40 minutes to an hour and gave me a quote I was okay with all of that. It’s 2am and nothing no call from driver nothing. Luckily I was able to find someone to help. But unfortunately this towing company didn’t show up I never got a call from the driver with an update.
Was in need of a tow for a small RV winnebago and found them locally from a Google search. The call experience was somewhat professional as the information that was taken seemed to have my situation and and urgency a priority and the service they could provide seemed to be the solution for the need. But unfortunately the it turned out to be like all the other companies: only in it for the buck. No truck until the next day and the price was 3xs higher then all the other companies I has called.
These people are thieves and will double charge your card , they charged my CC a second time with out authorization , still fighting the charge with the CC
When I called Towing Fighters about the charge they said they would do a charge back and only gave me a portion.
They are calming the Tow took longer than the 3 Hour minimum and they showed up 2 Hours late , only took 40 min total for the Job to be done and yet they still charged my CC for a extra hour work because they claim the Tow took longer than normal
Horrible liars and unreliable. I called and got a quote for 185. The driver called me once and I was on another line. I call back 3 minutes later and get put on hold for 10 minutes, then told that he went to another call and it'll be another 2 hours. Then the guy calling me asks what price I got quoted, I answer 185, then he tells me there's also a service charge and mileage so it would total 295. Are you out of your mind? 5 mile motorcycle tow?! Go pound sand with your hidden fees and drivers that can't wait 3 minutes!
Amazing service came very quickly, helped me when I needed them, great pricing, will definitely call them if my insurance cannot and if my insurance does need to tow me, I will STILL recommend their service ! They failed to inform me of a $50.00 cancellation fee, some of the answering service staff made me feel like I was speaking with a debt collector agent, when asking for an ETA. I get if I have to wait a while for service, but don't tell me 10-15 minutes when it's an hour wait. Also, the dispatcher failed to inform the tow truck driver that the service call was cancelled, I had to let him know.
Awesome service. The operator was very nice and helpful locating me on the side of the freeway. ETA given was 35-50min but the tow came in only 15. Prices for tow are very reasonable and would recommend in an emergency. Thank you!
Guy straight up SAVED OUR LIVES! He risked life and limb on a busy freeway with cars rushing past at 80 mph inches from him. If not for Guy, we'd likely have been hit before long. I believe we owe him our lives, my whole family. Thank you, Guy!
Ok so I never have complaints about companies regardless of a good service or bad. We had our car towed after talking to the dispatcher who was very helpful and gave us a rate of 200 flat. Our tow driver was awesome up until he told us our rate was going to be a grand for towing it 21 miles After we got to our destination. I called the company and obviously was upset/scared after because I don’t have that kind of money. Long story short they took care of me within 5 minutes and our tow truck driver left with the 200 as agreed upon peacefully and apologized. I would give them 5 stars but communication was definitely off. Good company overall, got to us quick, tower was nice, just make sure you get a confirmation of the rate via email or text before they lift your vehicle so you don’t Have any altercations or issues.
I called this company requesting for help unlocking my vehicle after forgetting my keys inside. When I was communicating with the dispatcher I was informed a rate of $80 for the service. Once the driver who I’d like to say, was very nice and helpful, unlocked my car I was told I would be charged $140 for the service. I spoke to his supervisor and he confirmed the fee. I was told it was additional due to the travel to get there however the company is located within the city I needed assistance with, which is why i don't understand why the huge inflation. I was given false information then over charged. If told prior I never would have agreed to hiring this company. Stay away from them and their false information as theres different companies that will provide the same assistance at better rates.
Avoid! TowingFighters is a pyramid tow service who found a service through a company B & A Towing that shafted me! Who I guess was contacted by Towing Fighters to service me,Through some pyramid contractor scam they ended up getting this call and towed me then at the end up charged and lied about extra fees while my car was still on the tow truck hostage negotiations! . I had to negotiate it like some swap meet buyer with this scumbag on the phone . one star rating! avoid this scam service period! For tow truck service USE google and READ the Tow truck websites carefully and USE their estimators and read their service and company mission and rates! There are good ones out there just take your time.
Worst service, I had a flat tire and couldn't move my car from the middle of the road so I called for a tow truck and I was told that they were already on route to my location, I was about no more than 20 minutes away from their location. After 25 minutes I called to see if they were near me. the dispatcher informed me there is a certain amount of time I had to wait before they could help and I still had to wait another 20 minutes, even after she had said they were already on their way. After waiting another 30 minutes I called to try and cancel since they were taking too long, I was placed on hold for a whole 30 minutes, I even had other people call them for me, no answer. Don't waste your time and money.
Called for a tow truck tonight, my battery died on the street. Receptionist got the Address wrong so I was able to get into contact with my tow truck driver, they took 1.5 hours even though they’re about six miles away from my destination. And charged me $175 not calling here again.
Great service. The workers know what they are doing. Once i got rescued from the freeway on my way to LA and they were there on point to help me. I would reccomend to anyone. They are trustworthy and helpfull. Pricess are affordable too.

Called night b4 to sched appt. for med duty flatbed service.
Explained deets 3 times b4 manager got on the line and took the appt.
Next day, appt time arrives....guy shows up in a pickup....not even close.
1.5 hrs, and 6 phone calls later, they sub out the job, to a guy who tries to jack me on the price....nice f'ing try as*hats.

Tl;dr: service is good, but be wary of estimate given.
Car died while on the freeway, luckily I was able to get to the shoulder. Called and was told it would take about 30 min for the truck to show up and the estimated cost I was given was $100 -$140. Truck took a little over 40 min to get there. The driver was able to load the car quickly and drive 2 miles to the shop. I was told the cost would be $170 which I was surprised at given my estimate.
My cars alternator died at night and they were great to come out and help tow my car to the dealer. Joe got there on time and made the entire ordeal go pretty smoothly and quickly.
