Called at 10:16pm for a jump start they told me it would take 40 minutes to an hour and gave me a quote I was okay with all of that. It’s 2am and nothing no call from driver nothing. Luckily I was able to find someone to help. But unfortunately this towing company didn’t show up I never got a call from the driver with an update.
$140 for jump start and took 5hrs for them to come
Was in need of a tow for a small RV winnebago and found them locally from a Google search. The call experience was somewhat professional as the information that was taken seemed to have my situation and and urgency a priority and the service they could provide seemed to be the solution for the need. But unfortunately the it turned out to be like all the other companies: only in it for the buck. No truck until the next day and the price was 3xs higher then all the other companies I has called.
