I showed up at 5:10pm to pick up my vehicle, and even though their posted hours online say open until 6pm, I was told they were already closed and 6pm is for “sheriff hours.” This was never mentioned anywhere, and it caused me to have to pay for an extra day. Very misleading and unprofessional.
I am beyond furious with this place. First, my truck has been in their yard for 3 weeks. I was, finally, able to come up with the capital and drove an hour to go pick i up. I was so excited and thrilled. As my friends dad pulled out his credit card to pay it in full, we were told that only a registered owner could pay for the vehicle. Off to the DMV we go. Somehow, we ran the gauntlet and added my friends dad as an owner to circumvent their ridiculous policy.
As we approach the guy working the front desk, John, told us we wouldn't be able to use the card. The DMV had left out an "A" in the last name. Even though you could clearly look at the back of the title to see where he spelled his name correctly. The DMV hadn't. We were denied again John told us that AAA was not too far away and gave us the address. The wrong one that is.
Repeatedly, I asked to speak to his supervisor. He continously told me no. Something about this establishment seems crooked, shady, and underhanded. I am already in talks with my attorney. I will be lodging complaints with the state and doing whatever must be done to bring their shady acts to light. Stat tuned
In reality would be a Negative 20, very rude white male wouldn't give me his name got him recorded cussing at me insulting me, threatening me multiple times saying he didn't have to be nice to "you people" this is what the world has turn to. Needless to say will never use would rather walk a thousand miles than call them for help
This place is the worst 3 days and my friend has to pay 800$. To get out a vehicle. He's stranded out there with no money and no way to get hime. And this jerk won't even let him get his car out even with a paper id. Messed up. Horrible.
Horrible customer service, rep stated didn’t have time for my question wouldn’t pass along her name then hung up on me. Would deny any calls after this encounter. AVOID
Insurance paid, auto body shop scheduled pick up. I did have to communicate with the office, and she was super friendly and accommodating. The driver was on time and very efficient. No complaints.
They are the worst!! Do not use their service! They add a bunch of extra fees for undisclosed reasons. I’ve never been to a tow company that treats their customers so disrespectfully and terribly. All I needed was a jumpstart to get out of the lot.. any decent human being would have done that considering all materials to do so are at hand. But he wanted extra money bc we had to pay for his “time” every 30 mins but would deliberately take longer so we’d have to pay more. Why do I have to pay when supposedly it’s 24hrs…on top of that as he was leaving and he cut me off.
They linked up to my vehicle saying they were with my insurance company and when we got to the house he made me pay 320$ after calling the sheriffs for me not wanting to pay because he lied. Then said my vehicle was obstructing the road. I got extorted 320$ to have my car towed .2 miles back to my house. A guy side swiped me and I didn’t want to damage my vehicles but the guy that towed my vehicle linked up to the tow rods on my suspension and damaged my car further almost making it not drivable. But it still is drivable. Don’t get extorted by these people. They are criminals.
Sorry about previous post! Obviously got my reviews mixed up! The office lady was very helpful in my time of need when I was saying goodby and emptying out my poor totaled car.
Super nice and professional. Staff too. They use a flatbed, which I appreciated. After I met them, I knew my ride and tools were safe in their yard. Proper Californians. Cheers ya'll!
Horrible experience. Broke down with no service to my phone. Told the officer who had called them out that I only needed gas and not a tow.
They arrive with a can full of gas but lied to me saying that they did not have any gas in order to charge me for a tow. They tow me 15 miles to a gas station and nearly charge me 400$. They would not tell me the price of the tow before hand only after and what other option did I have since I had no service to call. The man who towed me as well was arguing with his significant other the whole car ride as well. Hope if you are reading this it means you have service and definitely should not use them because they will rip you off and will be in an even worse position after you call them than for what you called them out for
Most of us are probably not going to a towing company in the greatest expectations. However I am giving them a 5-star because they do things by the book and they do not deviate. This is import when or if you haven't to be a potential victim of circumstances
Quality Towing illegally towed my car from a public street and when I came to pick it up from their yard, they wouldn't let me go to my car to get my personal belongings out of it, including my wallet. Instead, the extremely rude woman who works in the office went through my things herself. This company is so unethical I don't know how they are still operating. I have asked for a refund for the fees I had to pay to get my illegally towed car out of their yard. If I don't receive a refund in a reasonable amount of time, I will be taking the matter to small claims court and updating the outcome here.
Quality Towing doesn't even deserve one star the lady at the desk was very rude unprofessional and meaner than a junkyard dog we paid for 4 days when we should have only paid one this place is a joke would not recommend it to anyone
Quality towing been my friend for 30 years! Only one I trusted with all my sportscars! They knew right away flatbed! Always excellent service! Pride of ownership!

Called for a tow for my fiance's dad. Arrived quickly probably 20 minutes. Hooked us up on the towing. Just a 2 mile tow. I drove from brea which was about 40 minutes to the mechanic shop to pick him up. Thanks Quality..
Horrible company . Car was for 2 days , charge for 3 . Part off amount paid cash no receipt for cash amount . Staff is very rood and unprofessional , can't answer simple questions .
Just driving home . Driver was horrible . Cut across two lanes to make turn in front of me into aldelanto. White male 30-50's. Totally frustrating, just reminds me how towing drivers can be. Will never use quality towing sevice
Mark did a fantastic job. He pulled our car out of a garage and got it mounted on the truck in very tight conditions. I was impressed, and I really appreciate this towing company.
