When I tried to pay in cash, they said they didn’t have any change. Then when I switched to paying by credit card, they added extra fees. On top of that, the person who handled the transport was quite rude and unprofessional. Just wanted to point that out.

this company is trash. tried to rip me off and charge me for service I already paid for thru my insurance. then refused service I paid for after making me wait. stay away. SCAMMERS.
Had my company car break down, Juan from alpha towing picked me up within 30 minutes and towed me back to my office an hour away. Was very professional and friendly 10/10 recommend!

Expensive company charged my family $250 just to take our car out the fwy to the nearest exit which was less than 1 mile. They wanted to charge us $350, but my dad argued with him that it was too much money just to take us to the exit. (And we didn't even called them they saw my brother on the fwy and took advantage that he just had an accident and it was raining) if we knew he was going to charge us that much we would have just waited for AAA tow. Their trucks are well maintained, nice to ride in, and demonstrate how much pride they take in their work. I Highly recommend Alpha Company Towing. I have a low car that gives most tow trucks trouble, but Brandon was very professional and made sure to he was careful and that the job was done right. They charged fair prices and were in constant communication as it needed to be stored as well. Great company to work with.

After my BMW's cooling system failed and left me stranded on the side of the road. I called alpha towing and they were on site in a timely manner and delivered my car to the shop at an affordable rate. Helping support a veteran owned business was another plus for me.
