At this time Sanchez is the best for recycling cans and bottles. Never any metals. However I go there every day to recycle my cans and bottles for the passed 8 years give our take a couple days from the week. I had to use the bathroom and asked the lady at the payment window if I could use the restroom. She asked if I was recycling. I told her yes. I pulled up in my car had recycling all on top of it why would I pull in their property with recycling on my car and not be there to recycle????
After her question I looked at my vehicle and answered "yes, of course I am." She then told me I could use the bathroom after I sell my items. I said, " excuse me?" While doing the pee pee dance. She said, " The bathroom is for customers only. So you have to do your recycles then you could use the bathroom."
Could she not see how ridiculously my vehicle was covered in recycling on the roof and inside???
I come here every day.
Why would I pull into their property, park in the front, and get out if I had no business to do there???
It's not like I'm someone they've never seen before. It's not like I was kicking it at the park. COME ON!! I had to pee so bad the dance wasn't helping.
This bothered me so much. I took a little over 2 pounds of cans, and told the guy that weighs the recycling, that was all I was doing. I had to use the bathroom so bad I couldn't do it all. I'd pee my pants by then. Cashed what little I turned in, so she could unlock the bathroom.
Thankful for using the bathroom yet still bothered she treated me that way. I took the remaining recycling I had to Renovate recycling (a better recycling place but a bit further away.) people if you want business. Treat your customers with respect no matter race, gender, stylish, wealthy or poor. Respect and kindness will get you more in life. Being stuck up will only drown you when it rains.
Still the best. Hoping the development of housing next door does not overtake them. Most recycling places are a hassle, etc. This place is the best! I had seen people say it was super easy and friendly, so I had to check it out. Easy parking, the workers bring you baskets, the whole weighing process, etc, was like a well oiled machine. In, loaded, paid, and all done super quick. Definitely will make this my permanent place for recycling from now on.

One of the few recycling centers in the area that still takes crv items (aluminum cans, plastic bottles, glass bottles, etc).
This is an physical recycling center location, not one of those recycling stalls that had a feeder machine.
I've had a pleasant experience every time I've been. There's always been parking/spots available, and it's not usually super busy (ie: no wait).
The place was packed and I was in and out in no time. Amazing!!!! Really nice staff and they’re friendly and helpful if you have a question. You won’t regret if you choose Sanchez Recycling.
Not busy due to the rain. I showed the attendant the coupons after I saw the sign, but he had already printed out my ticket. He said he couldn't correct or change it. I had a lot, so he pretty much robbed me of more than $10.
What an amazing service we experienced here! When we arrived we were immediately greeted by a gentleman who was very kind & bubbly too! He was joking around with other guests & making them laugh. Then when we went to weigh our cans & bottles, the kind lady there was very transparent & weighed it right in front of us! We will only be coming here from now on 🙏🏻 They also have bathrooms & a sink to wash your hands! May God continue to bless this business & the ones that work there as well. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
ive been going to Sanchez Recy. before they put the over past in. they have always been the best price for what you recycle. workers there always ready to help you out if needed. i gave 5 stars because they are hard working men there. the family is great too .

I brought cans and plastic that I had counted out to the penny. Worried about whether a recycler can cheat you I decided to just weigh both the plastic and the cans and see what they come up with. Well, I'm happy to say, Sanchez actually came out .85¢ higher than my count.
I completely trust them and they are very helpful. Highly recommend them.

The place looks clean. This was my first time to bring the plastic bottles to the recycling center. The process was fast and easy. They helped me unload. They weighted it, and I went the window to get paid. It is definitely better to bring the plastic bottles here than throwing them into the trash.
First time going to this location and it will NOT be my last. 🙂 The site was clean and the staff was so kind and helpful. Couldn't be any easier to recycle your CRV items and help out the planet a little. Definitely recommend Sanchez Recycling.
Went here for the first time today. Quick and easy process for recycling most common recyclables.
Google maps directions were incomplete. Have to turn West into Lakeview Loop when traveling from Lakeview Ave and follow it North a short distance and then make another right or East on Lakeview Loop and then an immediate left for the opening between two chain link fences.
Great little spot to recycle. It was fairly busy and one of the technicians still helped me out and sort my load. Didn't ask for help but he saw I had lots of bags so he took it upon himself. Prices are competitive with other spots I've visited. Definitely going back!

I just went to Sanchez Recycling Inc for my first time, for being a Recycling Facility, it was very clean and not scummy looking at all. I had over 20 bags of crushed bottles, I went there prepared to be there for well over an hour to recycle the bottles. I arrived at 2 p.m. and left 15 - 20 minutes later, the Manager named Emanuel saw I had a lot in my vehicle and started to assist me in emptying all of the bags into the bins without me even having to ask. Emanuel was friendly, had a positive attitude, didn't act like every other recycling center employee who looks like they hate their job. The customer service was great, after 80+ lbs of just plastic bottles and receiving $100+ for those items, I felt the pricing was very fair. This is one Family Owned Small Business that I will definitely be going to for now on, for all of my Recycling needs.
This place is always efficient. Aside from having to get cans and bottles (for which they help lots) you never end up there too long. Water and a handwashing sink available? It doesn't get better. Make sure you leave a donation to help families across borders!
I recently stopped by Sanchez to recycle during the crazy Covid pandemic. While the facility was very busy they were super efficient, practicing social distancing and doing with a friendly face. There was one man in particular working so hard to be polite and get customers in and out, I was impressed. It's not easy to find from the street but once you do you'll be happy you did. Recommended.
Very helpful, friendly and pleasant staff. Thank you very much! A very fast and professional recycling yard, kind on hidden off the street to the south of Orangethorpe Ave, I was in and out in 4 minutes! Clean and well-organized. I definitely will be back.
They are very friendly and helpful. It was fast to. The only difficult part was backing out in the full parking lot, but one of the guys directed traffic and got me out.

The place I used to go to had 1 person working and it took anywhere from 40 to 90 min to get service.
The refund I received seemed way low for the amount I brought in but the time and aggravation I saved was definitely worth it.
Do not go to this recycling center! You will be in my way and keeping me from completing my lightning fast transaction with their courteous and efficient employees. (I mean it, they even have a little hand wash station, your presence would make me have to wait to use it.)
Do the right thing and go to the one behind Ralph's on Rose. That way you can see the opposite of courtesy and efficient service and wouldn't that be a change?😂
the best local business around here! As soon as I pull in the parking lot we are greeted and helped upload to sort our recycling. The recycle pay is very good. Clean environment and family friendly place. I have been there about 8 times the last 4 months and will continue going there. The entire process is QUICK!! like in and out with in 10-12 minutes.
