These people dont want to give base prices they want you to go so they can tell you what they want to pay you in the parking lot no prices are posted for you to view wasnt always like this use to be more professional i think the father runs his own way of business the kids i have done business with are more by the book well they at least look at the pricing spread sheet.
Horrible people, don’t speak english(Vietnamese) , there liars , don’t do business with these people or water your time, they only care about themselves
This place is open 2 days a week. I made it a point to come out there today which is Friday. I called earlier in the week and asked for pricing and they couldn’t tell me since it fluctuates. I understand. So I drive in 1-1/2 hrs of traffic straight from work and show up at 4 pm. Closed and no answer of the phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. so absolutely frustrated with this business. Didn’t wanna believe the yelp reviews but I should have. Stay away.
Called to inquire about the price of recycle brass and before I could spit out two sentences I was told to "get to the point" then hung up on. Terrible customer service very rude.
called for pricing, man on phone named tran refused to give me pricing for the hundred pound of copper i have ready to be turned in. Said to bring it in. However it’s kind of a travel for me which is why i wanted the pricing over the phone.
This place lost my business and got a bad review for simply not providing the services they offer. asked to speak to a supervisor or someone else and he said no and clicked.
Nothing on the website on what can or cannot be considered metal they take. I brought down a cut up car and someone said they wouldn’t take it. I asked why and there response was “it’s to large and it’s not worth it” I asked for any suggestions on where Togo and they could t offer that either.
Coming here is a waste of time. Don’t bother!!
Gave me a quote on the phone. When I showed up they changed the quote to almost nothing after they had unloaded the car engine from the back of my truck.
In the end they gave me $5 for a full Nissan motor. Absolutely horrible business. Bait and switch.
These guys suck!! I have 400+ lbs of copper wire to recycle & I didn't even get a quote!! A-hole on the phone told me to hurry up because he's busy. I'll just find somewhere else to go if they're to busy for business.
Small family business but they pay the highest price for anything copper...even higher than some of the bigger recycling yards I've been to. Honest people. They pay cash and service is always fast. No waiting in line for hours. I was in and out in 15 minutes.
