Shop here! When looking for parts, most people dont know the details of the vehicles, sub model, motor size, etc etc. it's best if you provide your license plate number when searching for parts. Because, I KNOW YOU CANT SEE YOUR VIN NUMBER WHEN YOU ARE AT THE REGISTER lol... (Unless you have temporary paper plates with the vin on em')

They have a pretty good selection and are good at helping find the right parts. A few of the staff can be curt at times though.

My experience was awesome!! They helped me out every step of the way filling up my car oil! My car has a oil leak so I have to replace it evert couple of days but they gave me reccomendations to minimize the leaking! Now I'm using a reccomended thicker oil to prevent leaks and so far, it has helped a TON! They told me to use a thicker oil so that it doesn't seep through wherever it is going through. Overall, they have got to be the best car mechanic I've ever been to! They even had parts for my cars exact model! I was shocked since I drive a 1999 Honda civic lol. 2 hours. 2 long hours we spent replacing our headlight to no prevail. We tried everything, called everyone, and did it as recommended. Nothing. It was not until we called and spoke to Marvin that he told us to let him take a look personally. 2 minutes. 2 short minutes he identified the issue and was able to fix the headlights, as well as give us information for the future. Best in OC.

Today, I had some difficulties changing out my headlight. I called and Marvin told me I can come in right away and that he will take a look at it for me. He was able to quickly change all 4 of my lights and gave me other helpful tips as well. Great experience! Thanks Marvin!

I loved buying battery cables, connections, and the store employee calling the cops. I got to finish the repair, and I was more than happy to leave. Great memories.

Staff is not helpful or trustworthy. An associate told me the alternator in my vehicle was bad even though it was not after a 2nd test at another store. They would not show me the results, which was a red flag. They tried to sell me a part that was not needed. I’m going to AutoZone from now on instead.

5 stars for Jorge/George. My brake pedal went to the floor on my drive down from Walnut so I ducked in to get some brake fluid and hoped that was the problem. Not only did Jorge help me inside the store, he came out to make sure the brake fluid actually did the trick. He checked the fluid as I pumped the brake and all was well (for now at least), at least I know I'll get home. It's always good to find someone nice in customer service, but I never expect anyone to go the extra mile like that, it rarely happens these days. Thanks Jorge.

They had the right size nut I needed for the part I needed. The only issue was I had to buy the nut to replace the set that came from a product I had to purchase from Amazon to replace parts from a lead spring assist kit/add a leaf kit sold to me at O'Reilly's after my leaf spring helper broke loose while driving. I was able to recover the leaf helper but the hardware was never found. If I had been on the freeway it could have caused a major accident or fatality!!! I reached out to the company who made the kit, superior automotive, but they have ignored my emails and phone calls.

Went to buy windshied wypers and ask to use the bathroom and said no so i said nevermine after that i didn't go to that O'Reilly Auto agian. I started to go to Advance Autoparts.

Great and Exceptional Service. They had my part in stock and made me feel at ease. David helped install my brake light on my car and made sure it was working properly. He was very knowledgeable and provided me some very valuable information that I will remember in the future. I highly recommend going to O'Reilly for your Auto parts. It will be my go to place in the future.

I was there the other night and the guys on the evening shift were very helpful. I usually go to autozone because it’s closer to me but they always get parts wrong and the workers don’t know much about cars. These guys gave suggestions that I hadn’t thought about, which is uncommon in an auto repair store. Very friendly and cool guys. I would recommend going there.

Tonight both car license plate light bulbs went out I called before arriving to be the store had the correct light bulbs. Apparently I was @ the wrong location The Young Man Eddie said I will take. care of you He said I will hook you up I then ask can he please help me remove and replace. He said of course. After I paid he had it done in less then 5 min. I said please let me give you a tip.He said Thank You Mam , but no Thank You. I am doing my job.w / much appreciation I truely was. nimpressed w/ this young mans Expertise in Customer Service. Good value auto parts. I actually bought an entire engine and transmission here a while back. I put in in and I'm still driving in it as we speak. Staff has been there for a long time, too. They will try to help you if they can. I recommend this place for many of your auto needs.

Nice folks, good service. My check engine light came on and I went here to get an error code reading for the car. The rep was nice enough to provide the reading free if charge (as per its free assessment services). Nice people.

Bought oil 20w 50w for my 93. Mercedes Benz 400 sel. The fellows were friendly and helpful. The price was good. I was in and out quickly. If only getting my oil changed was this simple. I would recommend O'Reilly to everyone.

This store is filled with employees who would rather be lazy, than help a customer out. I came in to get a new battery and after already selling me the battery, they then tell me they can't change it out for me. I ask why because I know my car won't start and I don't have the tools to change it out myself. In the past all other shops have been more than happy to change it for me. They proceed to reluctantly beat around the bush and come up with the very poor excuse of being understaffed. I counted 4 different employees that were actively working the floor standard around and hanging out in the back. Mind you all other customers had already been helped and had left, I was the only one to help. Instead they chose to be lazy, and have piss poor customer service and proceeded to tell me they didn't have enough time. Thanks for all the help Mario, you should be a very proud Manager of O'Reillys... -_- Hindsight I honestly should have cancelled the sale entirely and taken my business elsewhere, but I just wanted to be done with this. Do not go here unless you need 0 help and just simply need to buy something. Then again you probably shouldn't go here at all after this experience.

I purchased 2 batteries on 4/27/2018 for my truck. I asked if they could do an electrical check. Mario D. told me I had a bad voltage regulator and a bad alternator. He showed me on his tester that I needed both. He want to know if I wished to purchase them then. I told him I would have someone else take care of it and he said I should do it quick before I ruin the new batteries. Thinking he was telling the truth I drove it to the Ford dealer at Main and Katella and told them what I had been told. 3 hours and $146 dollars later I was told that I did not need either of those items. Either they intentionally tried to rip me off or they are working with defective equipment. Either way I do not trust them and I will never do business with them again and I urge you to do the same as well. They cost me $146. If you have had a electrical check done with them and you were told you needed to by new parts, I would have it double checked with a more competent group of people.

You spend a lot of money in parts to save money on labor for DIY'ers and sometimes you need to use the bathroom so when you're told NO when you ask just makes you feel irritated and that they could care less about your business. This is a COMPLETE OPPOSITE of AutoZone. You work hard for your money spend it where they appreciate you. I did and the operator that answered didn't even sound like they gave a damn about it. Never spending my money at O'Reilly ever again

I go to Oreilly for ALL my auto parts and questions. The majority of their staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There had been a few time there have been younger women (yes I know many women are good mechanics) that didn't seem quite as knowledgeable as they should be but that's extremely rare. They are ALWAYS the least expensive (but still QUALITY parts) and they offer a veterans discount

I am forced to give them one star because Google says that I have to give them at least one otherwise I would - them 15 billion zillion - them yes yes minus them because they well I can't blame them because the store manager teaches in that way and that's the way it goes in places that this supposed to do with the manager says and they do with the manager Javier he's a real piece of slimeball I don't know how you became manager he comes in their dirty from home comes in on his days off with his kids there you know and wearing an appropriate clothing for an old man you know he's not 29-cent 20 or 30 years old and he's trying to dress like that it's disgusting matter fact me and my me and my wife we laughed because of it you knowing in an old man that that's trying to wear young People's Clothing and his service is no good customer service bah humbug he is no good that he doesn't know what that means how I became manager I got no idea how he can function around other people in this country I would say even though I had love this manic World a great the hard workers except for some slime balls you like this one here he can't read on the computer he can't write correctly you know and he's got the worst customer service ever there was to be I don't discriminate at all whatsoever whatever he does on his own time is his own thing but if he's going to be gay he should not be hitting on the customers because I caught him doing that when I was there and I'm standing there not getting any help at all and he's not helping anybody he's over trying to get a date with this younger boy which I think is not politically correct friend to do that when he's working at the store everything I see this man do at the store is also not what you would think you'd be doing there he has a very short temper he yells at it he yells at everybody so beware of the all of the O'Reilly Auto Parts on Lincoln and State College where I go there and ask for Javier and see what happens guarantee you're not going to be happy I wish that you were but not going to happen he fired his assistant manager he was there longer than him he fired him because he did he help the customer and did the right thing instead of doing the wrong thing and Javier the manager didn't like that because it was under him over him whatever done with this place matter of fact I'm going to make sure that man is regrets every single day he met me because I'm going to comport him to the Better Business Bureau and corporate office kiss this Xavier
