First of all, I want to say that Moe, the Store Manager, went out of his way to try and help me out with an order that I placed online to pick up at this location. I would give him 5 stars on his own.
The online ordering system needs some work. I needed some different fluids that I had to pick up that day. I went online to the Napa website to place an order. There are several different Napas in my vicinity and each gave their own specific date as to when the order would be ready. Most stated that it would not be ready until the next day, but a couple said that it would be ready the same day, including this location. Since the information was unique to the specific location, I assumed that it would be accurrate. This Napa closed at 6:00 and I arrived at 5:45 to pick up my order.
In fairness, I did not receive a confirmation stating that my order was ready, but I assumed that it would be since my receipt had a pick up date of that day. Unfortunately, they did not have all of the fluids in stock. It seems like they order parts from a nearby supplier for the same day delivery to their store if they do not have them in stock. My order was placed at 2:00 and I assume that it must have missed their cut off for delivery that day. I understand that there are cut offs, but they should take this into consideration when determining when the order would be ready. I am not sure where the disconnect is since some stores clearly stated that the order would not be delivered until the next day.
Anyways, Moe went out of his way to check several different area including his warehouse to see if he could find the fluids that I needed. Unfortunately, they did not have them in stock, but his effort was appreciated.
To Corporate Napa - If you want to take online orders, your inventory system needs to accurately reflect the availablity of your products.
The level of service and knowledge of the staff here is unprecedented. These guys were so patient and hands on with my elderly father and his questions, and helped solved a mystery that had been plaguing us for months. Best place for auto parts, hands down.
The people inside the store were incredibly helpful and they had the items that I needed. It would be easier if they had to be sign out in front of the store to find the place.
Love Napa. Honestly, this location is not the same without dennis. Drive professional and needed a car battery. Came in at 1045, and they said they didn't have my battery. The truck will be here between 1230 and 130. They were going to call me. Went back in at 2 pm me and asked around regarding it. They said another 20 minutes because their truck broke down. They made sure they had my number. It's now 330. I called, and they are still saying another 20. So, I went to the auto zone. Mind saying it I HATE auto zone. But no choice. Waste of day not making any money waiting for the poor customer service. They should have offered to call another store and see if they had any. My fault I waited.
I come to this location because of the great service and the quality parts. I placed my order online on Saturday for a Monday pick-up. I received the email to pick up the parts. I drove a fair amount of distance only to be told the part was not in. I guess I'll be looking for a new parts house.
I was just shopping for an item that the website said the location had available for pickup and cashier said that they didn't. Furthermore the cashier said that the website saying it was available for pickup meant that it is available by Napa stores in general : really, It was my first and last time there. Unknodlegable employees and poor customer service!
Ordered part online, was supposed to be at the store the next day. Part never arrived. Called the store late in the afternoon, they had to reorder the part.
Waiting 1 hours for trans fluid, and 2 feet of hose, was first in line. Beyond frustrated, the other employees should have helped after seeing it take so long.
The staff is not accommodating with returns. They don't follow-up on the promise to look into the problem. I think they are not about being helpful to customers. They still haven't followed up on defective products.
Called earlier in the day requesting a part(battery) and was quoted at 116.60. They told me they would hold the part for me when I could come in later but when I went in the next shift had no idea what I was talking about. The part was a different price (thankfully a few dollars lower) and had to wait 15 minutes for them to find it. Good prices but bad communication between shifts.
Purchased snow cables and told we could return as long as we had receipt and it was in original package. We drive 20 miles to return item only to be told they made a mistake and we couldn't return them...Poor policy, poor business ethics and poor customer service... I'm surprised anyone buys from them at all... Never again!
We had ordered a part last weekend and went to pick it up the store is was ordered from didn't have the part and closed out the order so they never got it and didn't reorder from another place and was told it would take 3 days to get. So got money back and went to Pep Boys and they had it in stock..
I've been coming to this location for about 6 years now. The products are very good! The customer service is even better! Napa auto is a great company!
Normally they have most parts in stock but if you are calling in be prepared to be placed on hold for about 45 min no joke. Understaffed to say the least.
This is a small store in the corner of a large Napa distribution warehouse. The store footprint is quite small but if you ask for just about anything they likely have it in stock on a shelf in the back. This shop is hard to find, located in the back of an industrial bussiness center. I received good service when I went.
These guys might as well not exist here! Hard to find, does not honor paid for items and just don't care! At least that's the impression they portrayed when setting foot in their establishment. I was sent here to pick up my part that I had already paid for from a different store. So upon showing up and letting them know my reason for being there, "they" both older men weren't interested in helping me out. I was already frustrated of how difficult it was to find this place, so that kind of attitude was just uncalled for! Steer clear unless you're and older mustache treandy, beer belly individual. "Per their status quote"
The Web site and Google map both say open at 7:30am. No one is even here. Already had 3 other people show up and drove off. Please state your actual hours of operation.
I updated Google Map hours of operation, and called Corporate.
Once open, the staff was great and really helpful.
Thank you Art for your quick service and product knowledge. I was in and out in minutes. Great to have a local spot for those special needs items; from one off bolts/nuts to suspension components.
I haveworked with alot of parts stores over the years and This NAPA store goes above and beyond to get you the right quality part.The store manager does his best to make sure that receive the best and prompt service.
