  Thank you Orange Towing and driver Miguel for quick and professional service!! After being stranded for 3 hours on the 91 freeway at rush hour this company (the 4th one dispatched by AAA) showed up in 20 minutes. The other three were terrible (see my other reviews for the names).

  The person in the office that took my call was very helpful and accommodating! Pedro showed up to get my car. He was so nice and we had a really pleasant conversation on the way to my destination. I will no doubt call them again if I need another tow!

  I got a flat tire and Luis picked me up so fast. It might have been my location but it was the quickest road side assistance I’ve ever received. Luis car also called smelled good and the AC was cool. I know if I’m ever stranded or need help in Orange who I am gonna call.

  Was in an odd situation where I needed a car with broken front suspension moved from my driveway to a spot beside my house. I called, explained my situation and asked that they send a wheel lift truck and a good operator since space was tight. We set-up an appointment for later the same day, Victor came-out, assessed the situation, made some suggestions about where to place my disabled vehicle in such a way that I'd still have access around it which I hadn't thought of and soon he had my car in it's spot, safe and sound! I was very impressed and will not hesitate to call these guys the next time I need a tow!

  Super professional drivers. I was by my apartments today and I saw 2 drivers working together to do what looked like a pretty difficult tow, they had to pull a car out of a really small parking garage. For some reason a random lady kept bothering them and she even CALLED THE COPS on those poor drivers when they were just trying to do their jobs. I heard her talking on the phone lying and saying that the drivers were cursing at her and threatening her which at no point did they ever do that. I also heard her say her name was Liz. Well whoever you are Liz, shame on you! Those drivers never did anything to you and even through everything you did they stayed professional the whole time. GREAT JOB ORANGE TOWING!!!!

  WORST COMPANY!!!! I called to get a car towed less than 1 mile!!!!! He came, and stated the truck he brought wouldnt fit my Yaris, so he needed to call a flatbed?!!!! while he called, they weren't communicative, i was waiting for over an hour when they said 10 mins. i talked to the first one and ask why he couldn't tow my tiny Yaris with his wheel lift truck, they stated their manager wont be there for a few weeks to discuss it with him!!! WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! i called to complain and they said well they will forward my info to a manager but he might not get back to me and might not really do anything since people are normally upset with tow truck drivers!!!! Are you kidding me?!?!!

  Every single time I’ve towed my car in the past, other companies always scraped my bumper. I was honestly so used to it at this point. Cesar came through and took extra care of my car. His thoughtfulness and expertise pulled the car up without even touching the bumper. He treated my car like his own and I was incredibly grateful. He is for sure the GOAT, if you gotta tow your car or get any kind of service from this company, ask for Cesar. You won’t regret it.

  If I could give 100 stars I would. My car wouldn't shift into gears and was parked in my garage. It was no easy task and even benz dealership couldn't pull it out. This company made it look easy. The guy who showed up was very polite and courteous. He was fast and efficient. I couldn't believe how easy and simple he made it look with getting my car out of the garage. He also texted me informing me that he dropped it off to the dealership. The dealership didn't even bother to call me to tell me they had received it. I cannot praise my tech and this company enough. GOD was definitely looking out for me and it was a blessing in a very frustrating time. Thank you thank you thank you.
